Good Resource
I had never really fasted for spiritual reasons before reading this book. The videos offer encouragement, especially if you’re not doing this with a group.

My church did this 4-week series, and this bound version was easier for me to review throughout each week and keep my journal entries where they could help me! I had dreaded this practice, and now I look forward to my fast days each week!
