The first story is cute—about traveling to Mongolia and reuniting with a first love. The second story is okay but a bit strange. The third one… what did I just read?! It was too weird for me and honestly made me quite uncomfortable.
I could understand why not every one gets the hype of this book if they do not have enough life experience. The three stories in this book are about how three women of different ages and backgrounds reconcile with their past and trauma through traveling and a special adventure. I adore how the author narrates the challenges modern women face, and how women possess unconscious strong inner power to heal themselves. A heart warming and fun read.
In the first story, the main character traveled to Mongolia. I was amazed by the precise descriptions. There are so many vivid details. The other two stories are touching for me. I love seeing how the characters find a way to move forward, even with their wounds.
