Pose For Me was a filthy, dark, twisted read, and I devoured it! I love Maree’s books, but this one was just special and so f—king good.

I thought a lot about this book, and i gotta say it was giving until things kinda went downhill for me. It was still a good book.
Rayne was everything a photographer doing boudoir photos for people's was everything I love that the author put little stories with the clients and their struggles. It was sweet, and I loved those moments. That's how she meets Knox when he books a session. And when it's his turn, he's there with River, and their session leads to a "one" night stand with all 3. Or what Rayne thinks is a one-time thing. But she's getting letters and photos from someone. Even if the two guys are watching her in the shadows, she doesn't know she had another stalker who doesn't like her men touching her. Plus, it's a serial killer to.
Now my ehh.. for 2 mmc to be already in a relationship, we only got one and a BJ scene that was MM.. 😒 we didn't even get them by themselves, really. So idk how they had a relationship before Rayne.
They were kinda distance and stalking even after meeting Rayne. Which had me thinking maybe River wasn't real. Because Knox felt the more obessed guy. You'll find out why. River started getting more toward the end. I still didn't believe in this 3some. Knox and Rayne fit more than River or all 3. Which was sad.
The drama i kinda figured out who the stalker was, but that other twist i didn't see coming or should I say 2 twist.

Definitely kept my interest throughout the story.
I feel like the stalker was easy to identify early on but the ‘wait what?!’ moment when they were finally found definitely took me by surprise. Hindsight and all that, there were signs just not that were obvious to me.

I had the privilege of being an ARC reader for Pose For Me by Maree Rose and it was an absolute rollercoaster from start to finish. The tension, the mystery, and the dark, seductive pull of this story had me completely hooked. Every time I thought I had things figured out, another twist threw me off. The unpredictability kept me on edge, making this such an addictive read.
Rayne, Knox, and River? Pure perfection. Rayne was such a well-developed FMC—strong, independent, and completely captivating. And the MMCs? Knox and River were everything. Dark, dangerous, and utterly irresistible, their chemistry with Rayne was off the charts. The way their relationships unfolded had me flipping pages like my life depended on it. The spice? Next level. 🔥🔥🔥 Every scene was intense, passionate, and so well written that I was left absolutely wrecked (in the best way possible).
Beyond the steam and suspense, the storytelling was masterful. The slow unraveling of secrets, the way the lines between obsession and desire blurred, and the psychological depth of the characters made this book impossible to put down. And that bonus scene? Hilarious! It had me howling, and I love when an author throws in a moment of levity amidst all the dark, twisted chaos.
Maree Rose never disappoints, and Pose For Me just solidified that even more for me. If you love dark romance with intense twists, jaw-dropping revelations, and a spice level that will leave you absolutely breathless, this book is a must-read.

This book was a surprise! I wasn't expecting much it was a Amazon Unlimited freebie and I was just expecting some mindless drivel. This actually had some depth to it and it examined some really interesting moral dilemmas. Yes, it had a degree of smut but the strength of the story throughout meant the smut wasn't the main factor of the story.
However, the reason I only gave it 3 stars was because I had figured out who the stalker was pretty much straight away and so that part came as no surprise, but the 'twists' and big reveal at the end were the main reason for the markdown as they were so incredulously over the top and unbelievable that they were just ridiculous and ruined what could have been a really exceptional story.

I’ve previously read some of Maree’s work so I just knew this would be amazing.
Rayne is such a sweet soul, and wants to make everyone comfortable with themselves and love their own bodies.
Then, there is Knox and River… I couldn’t get enough of these two and how their difference in personalities is so balancing to their dynamic.
This book was so fun to read and the men are perfection. It flowed beautifully and captivated you throughout each chapter. Full of twists, turns, and deliciously steamy moments. The bonus at the end had me laughing and needing more of that point of view in the story. It was so fitting.

I was privileged to receive the ARC for this book. The characters were delicious, the tension and spice were amazing! The way that Knox and River were so utterly gone for Rayne, just wow! The ending did leaving me wanting a little more and felt slightly abrupt but overall was a great read!

Rayne, the sweetest, kind-hearted boudoir photographer, meets this couple who come in for a shoot, but her life is about to be drastically flipped around.
Knox and River are dreamy and toxic but so hot! Haha. They truly know their way around Rayne, and let's not forget Luna, lol.
Overall, it was a quick, spicy, twisty-turny read!

ARC REVIEW - READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE DIVING IN** The book was amazing!! The characters were so well written and I could feel the sexual tension and connections through the book, i got sucked in right away. I love the way the book starts out. We have Rayne, a young erotic/boudoir photographer living her life. The prologue has her being followed and watched in the grocery store. (Me - already intrigued...) At work, she gets a call from Knox, wanting to book the most expensive photo package she offers, for him and River. Of course, Rayne is excited and stressed about the big order. Knox sneaks into her studio and her apartment above the studio to check things and watch her. Stalker! He very softly wants to touch her as she sleeps. Rayne starts to think something is off. Now I’m hooked! Things go twisted when Rayne is drawn into Knox’s and River’s orbit. They are obsessed with her and she is drawn into something she wasn’t expecting. I love Rayne. The guys are so intense and the entire story is twisty and keeping me on edge. It was very spicy. I love stalkers. I received an ARC copy from the author and this is my honest review.

First off I loved the boudoir angle and jumping into the empowerment that clients feel after a session. Our FMC Rayne is an amazing photographer and extremely empathetic in what she does which is how she comes across Knox and River. They schedule a shoot but really it’s just a cover to finally get close to Rayne. Slight obvious twist, not only are they stalking her but she has another secret stalker that they all have to find know! And the last 20 mins of the book, while some you could guess others kinda came out of left field.

Rayne, she's living her best life as a boudoir photographer where she gets to capture some intimate moments for her clients. And she loves what she does.
It's when she gets a booking from a couple who don't give their names, just remain anonymous, and it makes her feel a bit uneasy. But, she takes the booking. And in that moment, in taking that booking, Rayne doesn't know it, but her life is going to change in ways that she could never see coming.
Everything starts normally enough, just another typical professional photoshoot for Rayne. As time passes, though, things start to progress into something far darker, and soon she becomes their subject, their obsession.
Rayne soon finds seductive, deadly, and dangerous webs of intrigue tightening around her, and she has to navigate it all without getting hurt. And she has to figure out what the hidden motives of all this really are.
Rayne soon starts to realize that not all danger is found in front of a camera lense to be captured on film. Rather, it's found hidden in shadows, and those shadows will do whatever it takes to make she theirs, and they will stop at nothing.
Soon, the images start to come into focus, Rayne starts to realize who is really in control and who the prey really is.
This is a very trigger heavy, very dark stalker romance. At the same time, though, it is also filled to overflowing with plot twists, steam, spice, and so much more.

Rayne, our FMC, and her adorable side kick Luna are our main characters in Pose for me, and Rayne just happens to be a boudoir photographer. Rayne's life is planned out to a perfectly. She has everything planned out meticulously. That is until a high-flying couple walzes into her studio for one of her most coveted boudoir sessions. The elite of the elite get this kind of package. What Rayne doesn't know when she books this package is that her carefully planned out life is going to be turned upside down by booking this session.
Maree has crafted such amazing characters in this book. She has crafted characters that are unique and different. While she has made some of the characters darker than others, she has given others light that light the sky and paint in shades of pink and blue. Each character has their own development and arc that helps you to love each one even though they all have their own flaws, pasts that are both light and dark blended together, secrets that they don't want brought into the light, enigmas that make them special, and when secrets do come to light you will never believe what you read and you'll actually wonder what you actually read never seeing that coming.
The twists and turns you will find in the plot of this book will honestly knock you off your feet. There were several times that I thought I had this book all figured out, I knew who was who, what was what, and I knew exactly what was going on and then suddenly I got thrown a massive curve ball and I realized that I was wrong about it all. And then the ending, I never saw that one coming. I am serious. This ending was a perfect chef's kiss of an ending. From page one to the last word, you will never be able to guess what is going to be coming next.
The characters were perfect. And their arcs are masterfully crafted. Broody, what can I say about Broody? Broody is sweet and gentle when that was needed, and yet you could see that they were also so empowering at the same time. They took what they wanted at times. Most of all, though, Broody is totally obsessed with our FMC and has her in his sights and doesn't let her out of his gaze.
I fell in love with River very quickly. River is one of my favorite characters, I think. He is such a sweetheart, a trait that he would often try and hide. And the way he would suddenly burst out with little shows of love and affection. It just made my heart go pitter patter.
And finally, we have Knox. Knox is a powerhouse. He's a king in his own right, and he knows his worth, and he walks around like he owns the world. And the power oozes off of him, and just like you know how much worth he has just by looking at him.
It was the small details that you really appreciate in reading Pose for Me. Along with the time and dedication that Maree puts into the world building that actually takes place. You can tell in reading this book that Maree didn't quickly write this book. She planned it out in great detail, making sure to detail the world and create detailed character descriptions before even writing the first word. In reading Pose for Me, I felt like I was getting a glimpse of Maree's own heart and soul on each page.

Everything starts normally enough, just another typical professional photoshoot for Rayne. As time passes, though, things start to progress into something far darker, and soon she becomes their subject, their obsession.

She has everything planned out meticulously. That is until a high-flying couple walzes into her studio for one of her most coveted boudoir sessions. The elite of the elite get this kind of package. What Rayne doesn't know when she books this package is that her carefully planned out life is going to be turned upside down by booking this session.
Maree has crafted such amazing characters in this book. She has crafted characters that are unique and different. While she has made some of the characters darker than others, she has given others light that light the sky and paint in shades of pink and blue. Each character has their own development and arc that helps you to love each one even though they all have their own flaws, pasts that are both light and dark blended together, secrets that they don't want brought into the light, enigmas that make them special, and when secrets do come to light you will never believe what you read and you'll actually wonder what you actually read never seeing that coming.
The twists and turns you will find in the plot of this book will honestly knock you off your feet. There were several times that I thought I had this book all figured out, I knew who was who, what was what, and I knew exactly what was going on and then suddenly I got thrown a massive curve ball and I realized that I was wrong about it all. And then the ending, I never saw that one coming. I am serious. This ending was a perfect chef's kiss of an ending. From page one to the last word, you will never be able to guess what is going to be coming next.
The characters were perfect. And their arcs are masterfully crafted. Broody, what can I say about Broody? Broody is sweet and gentle when that was needed, and yet you could see that they were also so empowering at the same time. They took what they wanted at times. Most of all, though, Broody is totally obsessed with our FMC and has her in his sights and doesn't let her out of his gaze.
I fell in love with River very quickly. River is one of my favorite characters, I think. He is such a sweetheart, a trait that he would often try and hide. And the way he would suddenly burst out with little shows of love and affection. It just made my heart go pitter patter.
And finally, we have Knox. Knox is a powerhouse. He's a king in his own right, and he knows his worth, and he walks around like he owns the world. And the power oozes off of him, and just like you know how much worth he has just by looking at him.
It was the small details that you really appreciate in reading Pose for Me. Along with the time and dedication that Maree puts into the world building that actually takes place. You can tell in reading this book that Maree didn't quickly write this book. She planned it out in great detail, making sure to detail the world and create detailed character descriptions before even writing the first word. In reading Pose for Me, I felt like I was getting a glimpse of Maree's own heart and soul on each page.
And the epilogue, oh my God, that epilogue, I read this in the hardest time of my life and for the first time in days, instead of tears I was actually laughing. I have to say thank you to Maree for adding that little bit in. You really helped soften the worst part of my life.

This was a fun read. The dark elements, the spice, and the plot twists kept me on my toes. I was definitely not expecting these twists and turns but they worked perfectly in this story. Knox, River, and Rayne were made for each other. They matched beautifully in energy, personality and smexually. I even loved the cat and I’m not a cat person at all! Unpredictable, deliciously spicy and perfectly dark.

As soon as I thought I had firgured it out, this book caught me off guard with something else. You know the writing is great when a book leaves you guessing until the end. I haven't loved an FFC in a long time. Rayne is my girl; she is truly an amazing character. I could see Rayne becoming one of my best friends. She is a really remarkable person. This is most definitely a book I will reread in the future.

I found myself crying at some parts of the book because of the emotions these women expressed. It makes me want to schedule a photo shoot for myself. Rayne is placed into foster care after she loses her mother at the age of twelve and her dad is sent away to prison. While she was there, she met a boy who forever changed her life. She wanted to help others feel the same way he made her feel. She never forgot about him or how what he said transformed her life.

River and Knox are our MMC stalkers. They are in a relationship and have known one another for a long time. When they lay eyes on Rayne they become obsessed and will stop at nothing to keep her safe. They spent a lot of time following her, finding out all of her favorite things, and befriending her cat. When they watch Rayne sleep at night, they bring her cat Luna toys, catnip, and delicious food. Everything changes when they schedule a picture session with Rayne. Now that they have had a taste; they are never letting her go. However, they must first find her stalker and end it.

Another great book by Maree Rose. This is my 4th book of hers that I have read and it certainly didn't disappoint. She had me at Dark Stalker Romance. There was the Mystery of the two men who where so obsessed with her, they lived their lives around her, watching from the shadows until they they claimed her. Pls read all TW and CW before starting, it is spicy ;)
Rayne, the FMC was a seemingly well put together woman, owned her own photography studio, was successful and well liked by all she knew. Strong, independent and knew what she wanted in her life, but of course do we really know what goes on behind closed doors? She caught the eyes not only the 2 men who wanted her, desired her, stalked her. She also attracted a stranger who had ill intent towards her. All the while a killer was on the lose in her city.
Knox and River, the sexy mmcs. They wanted her. They wanted her separately and together. They wanted to envelope her, take her, make her part of what they were and would do anything to make that happen. Not only were these two MMCs hot, sexy and every man and woman's wet dream;) They were the type of MMC who was obsessed beyond all else,would do anything for their woman. They were passionate and OTT intense in their desire for her, she was theirs, period. Whether she knew it or not. I liked that the relationship was fluid, Rayne didn't fight it, accepted it as fact. She didn't run from it, or hide her feelings. They showered her with intense desire and made her feel wanted. They were hungry for her, needed her.
But of course, there is a twist to this story, one I didn't catch coming. I felt I thought I figured it out, until there was the reveal. I'm not gonna stay what or when but it was definitely a WHAAAAT? I didn't see that coming.

Oh my goddess of sexy sexy prose what have you done to me with this book. The spice is top level, and you don’t have to wait long before your thrown into the passion between Rayne our sultry curvy FMC and her clients Knox and River who book a boudoir session in her studio. You see Rayne is a professional photographer bring people’s inner god/goddess to life in photo form, and she does what she does well! But when Knox books his session she never saw what happened next coming ( oh but boy did we like to read about it, and came it did). Undeniable sparks flew and the rest is history, right? Well no because this is where our author is simply amazing at building the story because we learn more about a known murderer terrorising the city, and when Rayne becomes the target of a stalker, those fears become all too close to home. Thank goodness for our sex-on-legs Gods Knox and River though ( who wouldn’t feel protected near these two). You think you have a feel for the book and all that our characters are, you feel confident in happy endings and spicy dreams come true to follow. But no where did I ever expect the twist. Oh my god the twist!! The secrets you will uncover are simply murderous, deliciously so. I cannot recommend this book enough.

I will warn you that you will need a spray bottle filled with ice-cold water. The spicy scenes went up level with each interaction between the three of them. I was having to cool myself off quite often with the spray bottle. It will be a staple next to me when I read more of Maree Rose's books in the future.
Any woman would be putty in Knox's hands. This man has a way with words and touch. When he tells Rayne, "A body like your deserves to be worshiped, like Aphrodite herself." What woman wouldn't become a puddle of mud with that.
Reading the ups and downs of what Rayne goes through is so emotional. This woman goes through so much in book. She's trying to figure out her feelings for the two men who just crashed into her life. OH! And let's throw in stalker that what's to do her harm. I will say that when the stalker and their accomplice's identities were revealed, I was saying WTF a lot.

OH! And let's throw in stalker that what's to do her harm. I will say that when the stalker and their accomplice's identities were revealed, I was saying WTF a lot.
This is why I love Maree Rose's books. The way she loves to sneek those twisted twists in there. This is a great book to read on those long vacations. Let's just say by the end you too would love to trade places with Rayne and be Knox and River's good girl.

The whole time I was trying to figure out who the threat was, and when the reveal finally came... I was absolutely shocked.
What I loved:
- Rayne is a strong, confident FMC who holds her own in a relationship with two intense, possessive men.
- The dynamic between Knox and River is everything—opposites in the best way, but both fiercely protective.
- The story mixes dark, suspenseful moments with just the right amount of humor and tenderness
- The spice starts early and stays consistent without overpowering the plot.
- That plot twist? I genuinely didn't see it coming.
