There are some hurdles that even a cupid struggles to spring over. Cupids have been around longer than written history, in the faded memories of all they have helped for centuries upon centuries. After a long existence, Cupid has finally discovered his breaking point. There are more humans in need of their help than he can handle. With one swift change, his mind is cleared, and he is able to once again to take on an assignment for himself. Favoring helping older mortals, Cupid was not expecting Alicia Harlow; college student with the ambition to become a museum historian. But also a massive aversion to allowing someone into her heart. Flashes into the past and struggling to find a way through Alicia’s hard head, Cupid will be pushed to his limits in this journey of love.
Brooke lives in North Central Wyoming with her husband she affectionately refers to as the warden, their two wild and crazy boys, and her yellow lab, Timber. When she doesn't have her nose in a good story, Brooke enjoys spending as much time as she can outside. Walking around town, fishing, hunting, hiking, and messing around the mountains, Brooke loves the great outdoors which shows up quite a bit in her works. Brooke has been writing and telling stories since she was old enough to get someone to sit and listen to her, mainly being her best friend. She started off posting fanfictions and then decided to publish when she was on maternity leave with her youngest. A year later My Cowboy came out. Brooke doesn't just write one type of romances, but loves to explore as many as her mind can come up with. Her hobbies outside of reading are landscape photography, drawing, and just being outside where she can get dirty.
I won't say Cupid is the final book because you never know where my imagination will take me down the road. I have some dark stuff I want to work on and another cupid story might just be needed as a palate cleanser. But for now, Cupid is the final story. The boss man finally gets his story and just like the others, there is lessons to be learned and laughter along the way. I hope if you've gotten this far in the short series, you've enjoyed every one of them.
