Christmas and Valentine's day are distant memories as you navigate the first year of your new relationship with an alien king of an unknown planetary system. On top of trying to find where you fit into the castle settings, you're feeling even more homesick as the Earthen calendar ticks closer and closer to your favorite holiday.
Halloween.
All Hallow's Eve.
Day of the Dead.
To keep the spooky festivities alive, you decide to decorate the great halls like a haunted house and get all the children involved in a castle-wide trick or treat costume party.
What could possibly go wrong with a group of alien children who have never had a piece of Earthen candy or experiences a jump scare in their entire lives?
Star Wars meets Hallmark in this cozy, holiday novella as Seraphine teaches Zy about the spookiest time on Earth. While Halloween might be said to be full of treats, the duo quickly discovers just how many tricks this old, alien castle holds.
I have truly loved every single book in this fun, quirky, different series. The main characters are so loveable and I've enjoyed getting to see their relationship progress throughout the different holidays and seeing the FMC find her true home and place in the world. There's also a really great side character who is hilarious. This novella was extra special, I got a little teary eyed at the end. I'm so happy with how it turned out!
