I liked the way it looked at willpower. I needed to hear these tips and now my new road just started. I need to practice the tips in this book in order to strengthen my willpower and use it in a sufficient way.
Don't have any willpower? Is willpower all you need? Ryan presents an interesting take on human behaviour to the point where he throws in Habits and Motivation which is most enlighhtening. If you think you have no willpower, well you may be right but here Ryan uncovers the reasons why. Presented in the easy-to-understand format for Dummies. A brief but insightful text on the true nature of willpower that has made me aware of how I can acquire, develop and utilise the most precious resource available to me. While the book does repeat concepts, I find it effective in emphasising the core tenets of willpower management.
The book is very repetitive, so just flipping through it would also work. I did read the whole thing, I must say it's helpful, depending on how much experience you already have with organising your day, staying focused and replacing old habits with new healthy ones. I reorganised some of my habits based on the advice here.

Went over the basics of needing good mental health and having yourself together to accomplish things via willpower. Was a short, good read and I would recommend it if you are looking to getting control of yourself.
