Great overview of user experience and six sigma methods for using analytics throughout the customer engagement cycle. Specific case studies used at clients as well as generic examples to illustrate how to do various analyses made it easy to understand. Even though I personally had background in this field, it was a nicely organized synopsis with lots of resources and techniques in every section. The predictive analytics section of the appendix was very informative.
