If you have ever averted your eyes when walking past something for sale that you really wanted, knowing you could never afford it, you need this book. If you have ever had to decide which bill to pay because you couldn’t pay them all, you need this book. If you have ever looked at your bank account and wondered if you’ll ever have enough to achieve your dreams, you need this book.
I write this for the woman who has carried the weight, who has held things together, who has worked twice as hard for half as much and still wonders, Am I doing enough? Am I enough? Let me be Yes. You are enough. You always have been. And when you finally see that—when you believe it deep in your bones—the world can’t help but reflect it back to you.
Most books will tell you to budget better, negotiate harder, climb the ladder faster. This one won’t. Because your success—your wealth—doesn’t come from working more or chasing opportunities. It comes from recognizing your worth and standing in it, unapologetically.
For too long, we’ve been taught that empowerment means learning to play the game the way men do. But that’s a lie. Real power comes when you stop proving, stop striving, and start trusting in the value you already bring. When you stop shrinking, the world expands to meet you.
So no more waiting. No more second-guessing. No more handing over your power and hoping it is returned to you. It is time to gather yourself, stand tall, and claim what has always been yours.
Let’s walk together and rewrite the story—not by doing more, but by being more. By believing more. By finally seeing yourself as the unstoppable, extraordinary woman you already are.
I won this book through a Goodreads giveaway in exchange for an honest review. Thanks to Advantage Books for choosing me.
This book consumed me for an entire night. I'm not sure it was meant to be read in a single sitting, but that's exactly what I did. From the opening pages about Skipper to the very last word, I was enthralled. The journaling prompts were not only effective in helping me work through some hard truths, they were soul cleansing. This entire book felt like a therapy session in the comfort of my own home. Although, I'm going to admit that it was in no way an easy session. Olivia Jaras pushes you gently but firmly to be genuinely honest with yourself over and over and makes sure to get you out of your comfort zone and into a place where you can just be you, no matter what version that is. I cried a ton. I felt like I was expelling demons that had been overwhelming me for most of my life. I'm going to keep what I wrote close, I know that I'll need the reminders from time to time.
I was not expecting to lose sleep over this book or to be emotional, and yet I find myself grateful to Olivia Jaras for sharing herself and her journey with the world. I find myself at peace and at a point of acceptance that I haven't felt in a long time. I am by no means done with the work, but thanks to this book, I feel like I have a starting point that I can use to guide me through the rest of what I need to do.
I am a believer that books find us when we need them most even if we don't know we need them. This is absolutely one of those times. I hope it continues to make the rounds and falls into the hands of readers who need it again and again.
It was a pleasure reading Jaras, in such an amazing and inspiring book! As I read each chapter, I became more convinced that this book was a gift to myself. It helped me heal many thoughts that were disturbing me, and I learned the importance of recognizing my worth and standing firm in it. I loved how Jaras expressed empowerment throughout the book, moving away from the idea that we need to be strong like men. The most empowering acts are self-recognition, self-love, and knowing how much we are worth as women. I would like to recommend this book to every woman who still doesn’t know how to “fit in” this world. It will definitely help you discover that you are your own whole world.
‘Watch as that mighty self-assured queen reclaims her throne’
New Hampshire author/speaker/advocate Olivia Jaras continues her much admired inspirational books - The Unapologetically Wealthy Woman, and Know Your Worth Get Your Worth – with ENOUGH. Her ongoing supportive message to women: ‘This is the journey from self-doubt to self-worth. I’ve walked it. Now, I’m walking it with you. And I promise—everything you dream of is closer than you think.’ Sharing her own rich background that has provided the insights this book offers, Olivia encourages the reader to use the journal technique to address stages of growth. As she explains, ‘I’m here to aid and abet you into realizing you get to set the rules of the game of how life and success get to play out for you.’
Providing a higher plane for accessing the increasing importance of feminism than the current #MeToo and other modes of support, this excellent book is so well written that the information offered will appeal to a very large audience. Typical of Olivia’s expertise and coaching, she states, ‘Here’s to a world where every woman not only acknowledges her true inner worth but stands tall and unapologetic with bank accounts brimming with dollars and assets in her name.’ A must read for women of all ages!
This was my first ever giveaway win on GoodReads and I needed to dive right into it. Simply put, I’m not someone who takes interest into the mind of money, but I highly recommend this book to woman looking for a guide on the path of financial freedom and stability. Money has never been a problem or a focus point for me, but what I really took away from this book was the empowerment of finding my own worth.
Bits of this book stand out to me, reflect back to, and have been highlighted so I can recall them for more crucial parts of my life, while I write this review I sit in a hospital bed awaiting treatment and I reflect back on what this book has shown me, becoming the best version of myself, finding the worth that’s already inside us, and ending the day truly feeling enough.
This wasn’t my favorite book to have ever settled on, but I think everyone should at least read it, because just like I did, certain chapters called out to me, and sometimes that’s all we need. The writing prompts were also a beautiful touch, those might have been my favorite of the entire piece.
I'm not big into self-help books. When I started reading this I was just going along because I was intrigued because who doesn't want to be self-empowered while learning more about bringing wealth into their lives? And then I got into the part where I needed to journal. It almost shut me down and made me stop in my tracks. But I didn't. And I'm glad I didn't.
So, some of the introspection was a bit easier, some a bit soul searching. I found it was helpful in many areas. Not just for the objective to bring wealth into my life, but for life in general. I don't know if it will bring wealth into my life, but the practicalities of some of the philosophies of what the author writes are things people can use in general.
I won this copy of the Kindle Edition through a Goodreads giveaway. I honestly can't say that I would buy the book because I'm not a big self-help reader, but I would recommend it if someone asked.
I’m a very visual and graphic person, and I truly believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. The cover of this book is simply amazing—just seeing it gave me a deep sense of peace and made me feel that reading it would help me live, or at least inspire me to live, a life with lighter baggage. It’s fascinating how the descriptive language used by the author, along with the empowering story, makes it feel like your own. Without a doubt, one of the things that caught my attention the most was the title. It is simply magnificent and reminds me that I should use the word “enough” more often in my life. Doing so would help me be more grateful and complain less. A great book.
I believe this book conveys clear and powerful messages for all the women who, despite constantly fighting, do not see the expected results. Many of them feel they cannot overcome the barriers in front of them or achieve economic and personal success, despite their daily efforts to reach these goals. As the author mentions in her book, the key is to have confidence in oneself and take control of one's life and finances in order to achieve the desired objectives.
What I like about the author's style is that it is direct, warm, motivating, and accessible, with many practical examples. In this way, she aims not only to educate but also to empower her readers.
Olivia Jaras's book feels like a pause in this overwhelming world of finance. I really liked how Jara confronts the traditional, often male-centric, view of what it takes to be financially successful. This book really emphasizes tapping into our natural strengths, which sometimes get overlooked in the corporate world but are incredibly important. I loved the main message of this book, that true wealth comes from recognizing your value and standing confidently in it. It is really powerful, and everyone should identify with this message. This book really changed my life and gave me a new perspective.
This book really got to me. I felt like it spoke directly to those times when I have felt limited by money, doubting if I would ever reach my goals. The author has a very refreshing perspective on female success, moving away from the typical idea that you have to strive endlessly. Instead, she focuses on something much deeper: recognizing your own worth. It made me question those beliefs that make us think we're never enough. If you've felt that way, if you've ever doubted your worth, I think this book will offer you a very powerful perspective and help you see things in a different way. Loved it so much!!
In Enough: A Woman's Journey to Self-Empowerment and Wealth, Olivia Jaras presents a compelling narrative for women poised to assert their value and redefine success according to their own criteria. This is not a manual for increased effort; it is a call to action to elevate oneself by acknowledging your intrinsic worth. Through candor, perception, and steadfast support, the author urges readers to embrace their power without reservation. A must-read for every woman prepared to stop striving and start becoming. A highly recommended and uplifting read for both men and women.
This book will undoubtedly open your eyes and your heart. ''Enough'' is a book that every woman needs to read at least once in her life. That feeling of not being enough or not having enough is so common that it can cause us to live in depression, anxiety, and general bad moods. In this book, you'll discover a new meaning for what's enough and what's different in each case. This book is perfect for helping you discover yourself; it's a beautiful journey you must undertake to free yourself from the weight you've carried on your shoulders for years. This book is eye-opening and deserves five stars. I highly recommend it.
I like that the author challenges the idea that success means playing by old rules or proving your value through hustle. The book doesn't go there, it talks about stop shrinking and start to stand in your own power to see results.
The book is deeply honest, and incredibly empowering because it helps readers see themselves and their worth. I like that the book focuses on women and all the hard work that sometimes doesn't pay off. I think everyone that feels overwhelmed by money or is struggling to see themselves as valuable and worthy humans, will be guided by this book through that process of healing.
Enough by Olivia Jaras is a self-help book written by a successful woman who seeks help from other women to be just as successful. Olivia shares a powerful message on the key to not only getting others to recognize our greatness but also being able to recognize it ourselves. It is very inspirational! The book invites readers to stop and analyze all their work, their effort and daily activities, and to give them the recognition they deserve. It proposes a path in which women have the power to make the world truly see and value us. It is a book for all those women who work until they are exhausted and still find it insufficient.
The book I needed at this moment, I think as a woman I have always had this feeling of unworthiness and low self-esteem, especially in my professional life, where I have needed to be seen and approved by others, but this book changed everything. I understand that I will be able to generate the wealth I dream of if I start to trust in my value and empower myself in my strengths, besides opening my eyes to the importance of claiming what one deserves, to not be afraid to ask for a promotion or a raise for doubting my capabilities. A book that really changed my life and that is why I recommend that you read it several times and consciously.
I am in a time of many obligations and this book has been a real relief. Sometimes we need a good narrative, from a conscientious author, with the right words. This book is an eye opener to happiness, it gives us the tools to transform worries into opportunities, to stop looking so close to the nose and start looking a little closer to the bottom of the panorama, to strengthen our value as human beings, as professionals and as dreamers. It is thanks to coming across these books that I think that life is wise, because as my grandmother used to say, God squeezes but does not hang.
There are some gems in this book. Some chapters are really beneficial. I appreciated the journal prompts to do throughout. At the end of the day, it's really about reflecting, speaking into existence on what you want to do in your life, and working your way there. Olivia Jaras's writing feels like she was talking to me and I was sitting and listening to her. It felt relatable. I think I wanted a bit more out of this book. This is a great start in building confidence and really embracing yourself fully.
The author of this book is keenly aware of the challenges that are inherent for women who are trying to become empowered. They often must work harder to prove themselves in many different niches and industries. They also face income disparities when compared to what their male colleagues make.
This book can help any women who have ever felt discouraged or frustrated by these truths. If they read it, they can learn many actionable tips on how to get the recognition they deserve. This is a great book if you’ve felt stymied in your career and wanted to make a change.
Focusing on women is the key of this book. We are different; stop reading generalized self-growth and empowerment books. This book will guide you to becoming your best self and empowering yourself. Each page will be a moment of deep connection with you. I suggest reading it slowly; let each prompt, question, and reflection sink in as you work on yourself. Olivia will guide you, and there will be days when you want to cry. By rediscovering yourself with full honesty, you will recognize a new version of yourself, and that is the best part.
Enough: A Woman's Journey to Self-Empowerment and Wealth by Olivia Jaras, it’s a powerful book for women looking to take control of their finances and self-worth. What I liked most is how it encourages women to recognize their own value and stop holding themselves back due to old beliefs about money. Shifting your mindset from always trying to prove yourself to simply trusting your own value is such an important message. It’s not just about making more money, but about feeling confident and empowered in who you are.
Everyone believes that success lies in being as organized as possible, making elaborate budgets and other typical tools. Well, for me, this book has the real key and it is that, as the author reflects, everything starts from the sense of value. Who are you? What value do you attribute to yourself? Few of us sit down to ask ourselves these questions in the face of the success that we also believe we deserve. This book is not only an invitation to try different things, it is an invitation to reflect on the meaning of success.
Reading this felt like having a heart-to-heart with someone who gets it. The tone is strong yet kind, and the message is something I needed to hear: I am enough. I loved that the author doesn’t focus on hustle culture or traditional financial advice, but instead on helping women embrace their power.
This book is simply incredible, starting with its cover. It conveys peace, serenity, and at the same time shows us that we have a purpose when reading it. From the very beginning, the reader knows they are about to have a great experience. I love both its cover and the development of its content.
This is a reading that helps women find true empowerment, and will help them understand that once this empowerment is obtained, things will be different. And they will be able to achieve what they want. As a consequence of this, women will be able to have economic independence, with all the benefits that this brings.
What a great book! There should definitely be more books like this. While it speaks of a person's journey to build, find, and achieve much greater value, as a man reading this book, I realize there are so many things that apply to me and that I can improve to have a better life.
This book hit me right where I needed it. This is a guide for reclaiming your voice, not just your bank account. Jaras challenges the toxic systems we've been taught to obey and replaces them with a mindset rooted in value, dignity, and strength. The emotional depth of this book surprised me—it felt personal, empowering, and transformative.
The journal prompts and the reading do a lot for a self improvement and discovery. If you’re looking for a book that will help you deep dive into who you are and where you want to go I would highly suggest it.
Enough is really a wake up call for all women. It’s a call to believe you already are enough, and that belief alone is powerful. Every woman should read this. So, I recommend this book without any doubts. It is clear and useful too.
What stood out most in Enough is how personal it feels. Olivia Jaras doesn’t just tell women to demand more, in fact she shows us how to believe we deserve more. It’s emotional, yes, but also practical in ways that many empowerment books aren’t.
This book made me stop and re-evaluate the way I see myself and my worth. Olivia Jaras speaks with strength and compassion, reminding women that we don’t need to hustle harder to be worthy. Her message is empowering and refreshing.
It reminded me that wealth isn’t just about money—it’s about value, confidence, and no longer shrinking to fit into someone else’s world. This book is a must-read for any woman ready to reclaim her power and rewrite her story.
