I will never not read a brother’s best friend book. I finished this book in 10 days. I couldn’t put it down , it was so good.

What will happen next?

Levka always had a crush on Luerna since he was ten. His father sent him to boarding school, now his back. Luerna is now married with kids. Levka showed up to her house and she didn’t at first recognize him. He still had feelings for her but now things will change. Now he had a meeting with her dad and he wasn’t happy with the result of it. Luerna sister Kira is now Levka new fiancee. He thought of how to get out of it. He talked to Kira and they both agreed that they didn’t want to marry each other. She asked him way and he told her why. What he wanted could never happen. So he had a plan with Kira and it worked, but now Luerna sees him differently. She is questioning did he really liked her or not. Things have change since their plans and he was outcasted by her father. She hasn’t seen him for about two years and she apologized to him for what her father did. He has changed also, he wasn’t feeling the same for her after everything that has happened. Will that change? Will he really give up on her? Will she give him a chase? All I can say is after reading the book I need to know what happens next? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I don’t know who my heart is breaking more for. Levka has shown his love over and over to Luerna, but at what point does he stop fighting for her. When you live in a mafia family, you’re not able to choose your life, it’s told to you. All she wanted was happiness and love, but now that she’s faced with it, she’s too scared to risk everything for it.
This is a great addition to the Morozov family series and tied a few things into Adrik’s story. I can’t wait for the next book to see what the future holds for Luerna and Levka. I want unbridled happiness for both of them but their lifestyle says otherwise.

However, the complexities of their lives, shaped by the Mafia world, make it difficult for their feelings to flourish without complications.

This installment in the Morozov family series is a fantastic read, and I'm eagerly anticipating the next book to discover what lies ahead for Luerna and Levka. It's hard not to wish for happiness for them, and the ending definitely leaves you craving more.

I love this story I felt so bad for Luerna and Levka . the life in the mafia can be hard. Luerna goes through so much and she has a chance to be happy with Levka but dose not see her self strong enough to walk away from her life because of her kids and being able to care for them . I don't like her husband at all. I can't wait for the rest of the story to see if Luerna and Levka end up together but I am not sure that they will have that happy ending I'll be waiting on pins and needles for the rest of the story. I'm loving this series its got me hooked everyone should read this series

This novella was soooo good. Luerna is a mafia wife her happiness is rarely taken into account. When she meets Levka again in a rather embarrassing situation. She thinks of him as a child but he thinks the world revolves around her. But when sparks fly they will do what they do best, catch fire. The love he has for is unwavering. He spent years building a life that would make her happy. Will they get their happily ever after or will mafia life win for these two? Guess you will have to read the next book to find out. Bravo to the author i couldnt put it down

This novella was sooo freaking good!! I have love loved this series and M.C Rivera really knows how to write a good mafia story!! I fell in love since the very first book! I feel so bad for Luerna and Levka. Mafia life can truly be hard and Luerna does go through a lot. I do think she has a chance to be very happy with Levka. Without spoiling too much just go give it a read! I can not wait to see what happens next and getting the rest of the story!

My heart aches for both Luerna and Levka. They have both been brought up with the Mafia culture/ rules. But it gets messy when the heart gets involved. It was nice reading what was going on with the daughters after the main book is focused on the males. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Heartbreaking. Luerna's life really makes me sad and heartbroken. And that ending... how rude of you M.C. Rivera! I was really hoping she'd get a HEA, but now I have to wait and see.
Her husband is a real piece of trash. I hope that Adrik or Levka serve him a slice of justice for Luerna's sake.
Speaking of Levka. What is it with the younger men going for older women, and being so dang perfect? I adored Levka! Still hoping that they get a HEA...
