May 5, 2025I really wanted to like this but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I understand the FMC is insane due to past trauma but her behavior at times had me rolling my eyes. I didn't find any of her jokes/nonsense funny, just cringe.
I DNF'd the book shortly after I realized her scent-matched pack had a daughter through surrogacy. I don't know, it just feels like betrayal. And it's particularly cruel since the FMC was abused and graped and had a stillborn. And now her pack are (rightfully) concerned with how they're supposed to introduce their daughter to their scent-matched crazy and traumatized omega who's by no means ready to shoulder any form of motherhood. Yeah no, I don't feel like reading this.

I can't get past this annoying FMC. She's supposed to be traumatized and on a path of revenge but she acts like a mouthy 12 year old. And I'm so sick of stories where people act like murder is a funsies hobby.

okay this was literally EXACTLYYYY what i needed!! savvy is certifiably INSANEEE!! haha but so are her men & the crazy banter was soooo perfect for what i was looking for!! it was surprisingly a slower burn for an omv but definitely just on the actual sex, not the romance! of course that was CRAZYYYY instanttt hahaha i love this crew so much it was perfect!!!

I Love an unhinged FMC.
This was emotional, but so fun, too.
I loved how the guys indulged her throughout the book, even while being a bit wary about her ‘job’.

Blending dark elements with sweetness feels like it shouldn’t work but this somehow does! I found it a bit of a chaotic read but that fits the FMC well 😅 she’s gone through an awful lot (inc kidnapping, captivity, abuse etc - check your TWs) and it’s left her stabby, unhinged and a bit all over the place 🙈 but she has a softer side that comes through and one her pack will do anything to protect! She has no filter and it did make me lol at times with her inner thoughts and actions 🤣 The guys are a good mix of personalities that complement each other and balance Savvy. Although this is a slow burn (for the right reasons) the chemistry between Savvy and her pack is off the page and then when they do get to it it’s 🔥🔥 you see these five really come together as they face significant traumas!
There are lots of threads to this storyline which made it a bit jumpy for me and then the ending felt like it tied them in quickly after quite a build up. Overall a good read. 3.5 ⭐️

Savvy just jumped to the top of my favorite FMC list. Hands down, full stop. This chick had me laughing one minute and crying the next. She has absolutely no filter, which was a breath of fresh air. Caleb and Savvy together are spicy graphic romcom. Jake is her Hallmark movie Alpha. Daddy Leroy is….well daddy. And last but not least, Walker, the hot broody firefighter with a mouth hotter than the fires he puts out. This will make you laugh, but will also get you in the feels. I wish it didn't end 😭

Ok. But. This book is funny. Legit the humor is SO

I cried And the stuff that our FMC went through is horrible and terrifying and scarring yet her entire personality still radiates light as much as crazy.
This book did a really good job with making me genuinely care about the FMC and it was also extremely satisfying for them to find out what happened to her in such open and honest and also nonchalant kind of ways
As if the FMC is saying this happened to me and isn’t that crazy ?! And all of the MMC are always shocked and horrified and just want to give her all of the love
I love that we have Caleb, who is so gone for her, but in the best way ever
I also absolutely adore the found family trope that we get and the fact that Duchess is genuinely her best friend and only has her best interest at heart and it isn’t this side character that becomes something evil
She’s straight up just her friend and also my boss and also bad ass

I will never get over how Alisha continues to have the ability to render me speechless with each subsequent release.
Whether it be omegaverse or any other tropes, she masterfully creates, I am never disappointed. This release is part of her omegaverse world, and believe me when I say- I ate this up. Or, as they say, “Alisha ate this up and left no crumbs.”
This book had all that I love from the author, with all the spice, a compelling plot, and always with the most memorable characters!
I loved that we get a mix of all of her best kinds of writing in this, with the dark aspects, the why choose, and the omegaverse world. These tropes together craft a fantastic and gripping read, that guarantees to have you glued to your kindle for 500 + pages.
When I say A can write a sassy, dangerous, and headstrong MFC, that puts Savvy mildly and tamely. She did not miss when writing her character and her story. Have I mentioned the MEN? If you’ve read her work before, I need no words. If you’re new….get your seatbelts on and crank the ac up. This will leave you gripped in danger, thrill, spice, and a story that will make your head spin.
DO NOT sit on this release. This one won’t soon be forgotten. I can not wait for this delicious story to come to paperback; it’s gonna be a delicious addition to my shelves.

I really enjoyed this book, I loved that the fmc was a badass trained killer and most of the mmc’s were pretty normal people. I was rooting for this fmc the entire book I wanted her to take everyone on her list down but I’m also really happy with how Savvy’s story progressed, she truly deserved all the good things. The twist at the end… I did not see that coming at all, it truly shocked me. Gosh I was so heartbroken for the guys, it’s so messed up what happened to them. I do wish there was more action in this book, I wish we got to see more of Savvy doing her job. This book was dark romance light in my opinion, it was really dark for the things the fmc went through and even the mmc’s but there really wasn’t enough of Savvy being who the book set her up to be in my opinion. I felt like the book could have been longer so we could have gotten those scenes and details. I ultimately gave it 5 stars because even though the book was missing some things for me I still really enjoyed it, it gave me all the feels.

So I found this randomly on Kindle by searching for omegaverse, and it did not disappoint! It's so underrated?
This is dark, but I really loved the FMC. She has no filter and is such a badass. Her dynamic with all the men is super cute. I also love how there was not 1 man that she actually preferred, because in why choose you usually have 1 favourite. She spent her time equally with all of them.

Put this one down for a while because I just wasn’t vibing with the FMC, but ultimately picked it back up and finished it.
I loved that the MMCs were down bad and that the FMC was unapologetically herself & said fuck everyone else. There’s some serious trauma Savvy went through and I’m all in for a good revenge plot. Even though she annoyed me a lotttttt at times, her character was always meant to be flawed and that’s okay.
The spice was plenty and overall, it was a solid read.

I absolutely loved this it’s a dark spicy OV with a fierce omega bent on getting revenge against the people who wronged her and the men determined to help her heal and love her. Loved these characters Savannah is sassy, sweet and a badass with a heart of gold her antics had me cracking up. I enjoyed the guys especially Caleb he was her partner in crime and all things crazy and dangerous. I loved that Jake never gave up looking for her, after their initial concern with how they met it was good seeing Walker and Leroy going all in and being supportive of her plan and I loved seeing them bring out her softer side. There ending was great well deserved after what they went through and I loved what Savannah did to help the guys begin to heal and get closure after learning the truth.

Me divertí mucho con Savvy! Me recordó mucho a parka de The Dark Side serie pero con sed de venganza y el ingenio de Lana de Minf*uck serie. Desde que la comencé fue adictiva y muy entretenida, amé a los personajes desde principales hasta secundarios todos estuvieron super bien.
El unico pero que le pondría es al desenlace, quería que fuera más largo y que Savvy disfrutara mucho más su ultima venganza. Igual lo disfruté!

I freaking loved this book every single chapter. I was dying laughing. Savvy is hilariously insane I love her and I love Thor. This was such a good book and the last few chapters were a emotional roller coaster. A really good book.

OMG! I want to be Savvy when I grow up! I love her confidence and zest for life, despite everything that she has been through.
That woman was tortured in every way possible, but somehow came out on the other side of it only slightly worse for wear.
I loved the way that the author captured Savvy's struggles through not only her trauma, but also meeting her scent matched mates and all that comes with it.

Now this is one read you won’t ever forget. With a wild omega who has a thing for blood, some interesting alphas and one silver fox beta. It’s been entertaining, hilarious and just crazy. Huge fan of Caleb. He made the story for me aswell as savannah.

really loved this one BUT the only thing that disappointed me was that we didn't really get group sex scenes like i thought we would because they were all horny literally all the time

While this is a dark romance I did really enjoy it. I loved that the FMC didn’t take shit from anyone and boy was the twist at the end so good. The ending brought everything to closure well and was happy.

Really wish ratings were halved or quartered to give more accurate representation of readers enjoyment, but I digress. I enjoyed this story. It slowed down a lot for me around the 70-ish mark where she starts developing her relationships with each guy individually. Also, the alphas don't seem very...alpha-y to me. They cried a lot, IMHO, and were insecure.
That being said, I LOVED Savvy. Loved her to freaking pieces. The individual dates dragged for me because her revenge agenda gets shoved way into the background and I would have preferred smaller, condensed date night scenes and a lot more Stabby Savvy getting bloody revenge.
