Common pain points are presented such as stiffness, joint pain, osteoporosis, seated exercises and preventing injury. Motivational tracking is stressed using milestones,a journal, and apps. Accountability as well as social interactions, come from exercising with a support group. He stresses nutrition and hydration. Holistic wellness is discussed along with mindfulness, meditation and sleep. Long term strategies are provided. A great book covering all the info seniors need to get started.
