This is my second experience with Little Frog, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s perfect for difficult moments, moments of calm and as a companion in times of sadness. My favourite reminder:
Downtime is important; it makes the good times even better.
Highly recommended.

Adorable and encouraging little book! I received it as a birthday gift from one of my besties who is a therapist. The artwork is key to this little gem, and it enhances the little bits of encouragement and inspiration throughout. I love seeing the artist and author’s vision come to life through the little frog and all of her boots. Great book when you want a little dose of positivity.

Malinká knížečka, kterou strčíte skoro do kapsy, a zároveň obsahuje krásný poselství.
Dala jsem si ji večer před spaním k čaji, a vznikla z toho příjemná chvilka pro sebe samu. Je to nádherně ilustrované barevnými a veselými kresbami žabky, která nám radí (jak už název napovídá) jak si k sobě najít cestu. Takže takové ty vcelku klasické rady, jak o sobě uvažovat, jak se k sobě chovat a tak. Jakože nic převratného nečekejte. Četla jsem už názory, že buď to milujete, protože vám to sedne, nebo to nepřinese nic nového. Já jsem ta skupinka číslo 1, protože sice jsem četla věci, co už prostě víte, že máte dělat, máte na ně myslet a tak, ale zároveň to bylo fakt milé, oživující a prostě fajnové.
Osobně si to umím představit jako roztomilý dárek pro někoho dalšího.

I absolutely love Maybell Eequay's artwork, but when I found she had encouraging books with my favorite Little Frog, I was over the moon! This book is perfect for a quick read, if you are in need of a pick-me-up or a little encouragement, and it also makes a wonderful gift (I gave one to each of my goddaughters for Christmas last year).

Some of my favorite passages from the book:

I found the phrases of inspiration and advice mostly spoke to me. I read the full thing and keep in on my desk to open to a page. The phrases are organized (Connecting with Self, Connecting with Others, Five Journal Prompts, Little Reminders) which is nice.

One thing I would have liked is a table of contents with these section headers.
