I have been a member of the bossbabe community and a follower of Natalie Ellis for a while so it was your natural to read this book . In The Freedom-Based Business Method, Natalie Ellis reframes The Art of Lean Delegation not as a luxury for when you are massive, but as an immediate necessity for survival and growth. Her core lesson is that you don’t need a bloated, expensive payroll to scale; instead, you need absolute clarity, dialed-in systems, and specific protocols that allow a small, hyper-efficient team to run operations smoothly in the background. By moving away from reactive micro-management and setting up strict performance standards, you stop being the bottleneck in your own business. Ultimately, this framework teaches you how to protect your boundaries and free up your energy to focus purely on high-level strategy and the true vision of building a freedom-based venture.

Absolutely brilliant soulful book for every entrepreneur and bussiness person; especially women who create value through their businesses without sacrificing their full life. Natalie's lived experience is compelling; her style authentic and advice grounded. Must-read if you are serious about staying authentic and aligned and living a life of abundance and freedom!

I read a lot of business books, and a lot of them are regurgitated fluff. This had so much more meat than I'd anticipated! As a seasoned entrepreneur, a lot was reinforcing, but there was plenty of fresh material, too. I particularly appreciated that Ellis didn't just cover business -- she looks at the whole person.

Made me fall in love with my business again. Not sure why it took Natalie this long to write a book, I want part 2!
