After spending three weeks in a coma, Amy Thompson wakes up with no memory of the last two years. She remembers being a college student, but she can’t recall when she graduated, why she traded in her Jimmy Choos for Doc Martens, or how she became estranged from her family. At her side is Adam, her handsome and affectionate boyfriend…but he might as well be a stranger. The doctors believe that Amy will regain her lost memories, either little by little or all at once. Meanwhile, pieces of her past return to her in her dreams. She sees Adam―or someone who resembles Adam―but this man is still very different from the one who stands before her. Now, Amy must sift through her memories to discover who she was before the coma, who she is now, who she wants to be…and whether Adam is really as trustworthy as he claims. I missed the boat on this one. It's highly rated here. But it's not for me. I thought it was quite bad. 'Ice in my veins' and 'I just want to feel' kind of writing. It was very bland. High school writing. I picked this up thinking it was the basis of the movie 'The Vow', but felt like it was some kind of knock off. It could be some kind of fan fiction. A woman loses her memory after some type of traumatic incident, and has a gorgeous boyfriend that wants her back. She can't remember him, but has no problem with her best friend and drinking shots frequently. This reminded me of high school writing, with fluff and nothing solid. A light read lacking substance, but it would be doable if you are not at all expecting a heavier read.

3.5 stars!

My quick 2-cent breakdown:

I liked the premise of the book. It's original, unique, and a very real reflection of what some couples go through today. I admire and respect the hell out of this author for writing about such a topic.

While Adam and Amy's story was deeply emotional and touching, I found myself getting....bored. I think the content was actually really light compared to other books with heroes/heroines trying to recover their memory so for me, I wasn't particularly invested in any one character, but interested enough to finish reading the book.

If you're in the mood for a quick second chance romance with a couple re-experiencing every memory, every moment of their time together, this may be the one for you!

This book was ok. I love the amnesia trope and I like how the author approached this so that you aren't sure if Adam is a good guy or not. But she did too good of a job of making me think he wasn't. There were times I wanted her to leave him because he would get angry with her for not remembering she loved him. Every time she remembered a piece of him, it was always a memory of him with other women. I'm not a fan of that. I also think no one in her life was properly supporting her amnesia. She was constantly lied too and everyone was keeping secrets from her. No matter how much she asked for the truth, they kept putting her off. Everyone pushed her towards Adam when she really just needed time to get to know him again. The therapist was the worst of them. I was just frustrated for her and that took alot of my enjoyment from the story.

I borrowed the audiobook from Kindle Unlimited and loved the narrator. She has a great male voice for a female...if that makes sense.

4.5 Stars I don't really get how the cover art matches the book content....Anyway, I really enjoyed this book!! I loved the mystery surrounding the heroine's amnesia and who Adam was in her life. The author did a wonderful job of showing the conflict of both being attracted to Adam while also being skeptical of him. Very good!!

I am not a fan of stories that involve amnesia, but I really liked this one. Told in one POV (loved that) and you never knew if Adam was a good guy or a bad guy.

The BFF was okay. She annoyed me sometimes.

The narrator also did a great job.

I listened to it on Amazon KU (Read and Listen for Free). I recommend!!

What an amazingly different approach to writing a love story! I fell in love through flashbacks while simultaneously experiencing all of the confusion and fear Amy felt as she battled her missing memories!

Amy comes out of a coma with amnesia and though the doctor anticipates her memories returning, there is no way to tell when or how they’ll return. She’s lost two years worth of memories and suddenly she’s on the outs with her parents and living with a man she doesn’t know. Her entire life is thrown upside down. Her best friend and parents insist Adam loves her, but when Amy’s dreams give her glimpses of their past, there’s so much hurt and fear in each of the memories that she can’t reconcile who she’s supposed to love with the man before her. Amy can’t understand how she became the person she sees in the mirror. Two years ago her life had been on an entirely different course and she doesn’t even recognize the types of clothes in her closet, much less the person she supposedly became.

Part of what I thought was so great about REMEMBERING US was the mystery of not knowing if Adam was who everyone said he was. Add to that Amy’s parents’ shockingly distant treatment of her when she’s lost and scared and I didn’t know who to believe.

Stacey Lynn did such an amazing job of keeping the story in present time while allowing the reader to experience Amy’s past through dreams and fall in love just the way she must have. Adam is full of secrets and pain and I could completely feel both his frustration at Amy’s reaction to him as well as her terror to trust someone she doesn’t remember. I found the entire story remarkable and yet believable. It was full of pain and hurt, yet at the same time passion and love that doesn’t let go or give up. I am in awe of Stacey Lynn’s art and this amazing masterpiece of a story.

I think this would've worked better as either a dual pov or from the pov of Adam. Sure with Amy's pov we got the mystery but I would've much rather read about the pain Adam felt every time she didn't trust him. That seems like a better story to me.

Wow! What a roller coaster of a story!

This was one of those stories that grabbed you from the beginning and it didn't let go even when the story had finished and you had closed the book. I was riveted and completely invested. Stacey Lynn did an amazing job in bringing together all the elements that encompass an awesome read for me. I'll try to break them down for you because if not I'll start rambling and never stop. ;-)

Great characters

These characters were not easy to get to know. They were complex, intriguing and exasperating. I often found myself tittering between loving them or hating them. I was constantly on the look-out for the next time they messed-up or make things right. Both Amy and Adam kept me guessing and tittering between that love/hate line. I wanted to smack some sense into both, hug them, separate them and locked them in a room for days. Never a dull moment when these two were concerned.

Emotions

Confusion. Curiosity. Astonishment. Exhilaration. Heartbreak. These were just some of the emotions I went through as the story unfolded. You can only imagine how the characters felt, what they went through. The lust, the longing, the sadness and the pain. Those were the most intense emotions Amy and Adam portrayed and like their story, it was messy, edgy and intense. They were all over the place. I was right there with Amy and Adam. I was pissed. I was happy. I laughed, cried and sighed both in annoyance and in longing.

Plot, Pace and Resolution

Man, did Stacey Lynn keep me guessing! One moment I thought I had it all figured out and them WHAM! She threw me a curve ball and I was right smack in the beginning, not knowing what they hell really happened to Amy or how their story unfolded before the accident. The concept was captivating and the author went out of her way to execute it well. Revelations disclosed at the right time to garner the most impact, every event in its place and coupled with the appropriate emotions made for a riveting read. Nothing was rushed nor was it delayed. Everything paced accordingly so that I could truly understand the depth of Amy and Adam's relationship so when the moment came for it to unraveled I never felt overwhelmed.

Chemistry and Connection

I'm a sucker for a couple whose chemistry and connection go beyond sex. Amy and Adam had it in spades. Although I had my doubts in the beginning, I was immediately proved wrong as the story progressed. With every moment spent together and every dream and memory Amy encountered, I could glimpse the depth of their connection. Of course, there were those moments when it was their chemistry that shined through and those I enjoyed too. What they had was intense, raw and emotion-driven - be it their interactions, their lovemaking or their silence.

Yes, I loved this story! Packed full of emotions Remembering Us was a love story of two people who found each other once and their journey to find each other again, even when the odds were against them.

3.5 SO easily could've been 5 stars!!!!

This book HOOOOOKED ME from page 1!

Amy wakes up from an accident not remembering the last 2 years ... including Adam, a boy who everyone says loves her deeply.

The love between Adam and Amy seemed very intense and it was... the flashback scenes showed the intensity, the jealousy and craziness that was their relationship.

Slowly she starts remembering.

It was insanely good ... but 2 things made it go from 5 stars to 3.5:

The situation with Britnee. (Spoilers ahead)

In the beginning it took her A LONG time to accept a date ... I believe it was 4 months or so? Cause he was a manwhore.

They're on a date and she's ready to sleep with him for the first time (she's not a virgin just takes time). And goes to the toilet and comes out and sees him "because plastered against the wall in the hallway is Britnee and Adam is the one doing the plastering. Every single inch of his long frame pushes against her. She has a fist holding his tie between them and his hands are against the brick wall, his lips pressed against hers... moving."

And it's Britnee who pushes him back.

SO that to me was a dick move but later that scenario changes and Amy says looking back she doesn't think he wanted to kiss her, and that it took him a second to realise what's going on but he didn't want her. And it's repeated that he didn't react because he was confused for a second (cause before that they were having foreplay him and the h and his head was cloudy). But if that was the situation why was he the one plastering? And why were his lips moving? And why was she the one who pushed HIM ?

In order to enjoy the book.. I gave the author the benefit of the doubt and believed it when it was said that he didn't want it or her and it just took him a second to realise what had happened. But this stuff to readers who don't like cheating or at least like consistency with how it's dealt with can ruin a part for me.

What made me happy is that from the moment he saw her there were no other women despite the fact that they don't actually speak for the first time till after summer holidays, he didn't get with anyone else.

So That made it better.

The second thing I don't like is the underwhelming ending. The beginning and middle is SO full of angst and suspense ... like in the beginning she's scared of adam for some reason... there's a massive secret (which was minimal at best and could've been told by her doctors right after she woke up), and it all leads to her remembering them HEA...

I guess after such a good 75% of the book I wanted more! I wish also we got more of their history as a couple.

Not going to lie. When I read this, I thought that the big reveal at the end would be that this was an abusive relationship. And Lynn, I felt, would have really had that going there. This plot would have been a great and ground breaking metaphor for the countless survivors of DV who were made (and continue to be made) to feel that they are losing their minds.

...But let's romanticize abuse instead. Because it's not like anyone has ever done that before.

From any other literary stand point, the prose was just flat with awkward/cliche descriptors that were honestly laughable at several points: "Adam looks like an Abercrombie model that stepped into darkness."

I don't know what that's supposed to mean but I think it means he's sexy.

It is very possible to write a good romance novel. It is even more possible to write a prose that offers, as bell hooks would put it, a "liberating image" of love.

I absolutely love amnesia books and this one did not disappoint. We meet Amy who has lost her memory of the past two years. After her accident, which she doesn't remember, she moves back in with Adam her boyfriend. While everyone tells her she was happy with him and in love, she doesn't remember and he feels like a stranger to her. It doesn't help that when she sleeps at night, some memories, usually unpleasant ones, return to her in her dreams.
"It's been weeks since I woke up from my coma, and I don't remember anything more than the fact that I live with a stranger and I don't like him when I dream."
On top of her amnesia and confusion of her relationship, she is also dealing with a strained relationship with her family, Adam's issues that he hasn't opened up to her about, and fighting her attraction to him.
"I turn to Adam, and for the first time hate all the uncertainty between him and me. It's all twisted together like an elaborate spider web, and I'm caught with no way out."
I also caught myself feeling not only for Amy for what she was going through, but also for Adam as far as the toll the accident is taking on his life and not being able to convince Amy that they were once in love and she trusted him fully.
"Stop trying so hard to remember. Stop thinking and just feel. Feel me, Amy. It's what we've always done best." "We're such a wreck. But it's the most glorious wreck I've ever seen."
I loved this book. It wasn't too deep yet kept it suspenseful while waiting for Amy's memory to return and find out what happened. While the book isn't very long (I would guess approximately 200 pages or so as I read it in one sitting) the characters and story line were very well developed and I felt like I knew the main cast of characters. The writing style flowed very smoothly and for an ARC I found very few errors which is always a lovely surprise. The ending ties up very nicely with a sweet epilogue. It was a great stand alone story that I really enjoyed!
"We begin to move slowly, whispering words of affection. I take them all from Adam like precious little candies and I tuck them into my heart, hoping to never forget how he feels ever again."

Amy wakes up from a coma after an accident with no memory of the past 2 years. She has no memory of the person sitting next to her who is the boyfriend that everyone claims she loves and who loves her. Amy comes to realize that a lot has changed in the past 2 years and she is struggling to figure out what she went through to be the very different person she seems to be now. Her memory is coming back in small pieces and her initial memories of Adam are not helping her to feel safe in her relationship or understand how she and Adam are as perfect together as everyone is telling her.

This book had me hooked quick and kept me engaged throughout the whole story. We are left with Amy to try and piece together the past couple years of her life and figure out who she really is and what she really wants. The memories that come back to her first are not all that helpful or encouraging and provide more questions than answers. It is easy to connect with Amy and understand how frustrating it is when the people in your life know things about you that you don't know about yourself. It is clear that Amy and Adam share an intense physical chemistry, but it took me a while to decide who I trusted and what I thought. I also felt for Kelsey and Adam as they had to be patient while Amy struggled to remember everything. I read this straight through once I started and would recommend this to anyone looking for a good sexy romance with some mystery thrown in. I will definitely read more by this author in the future.

Remembering Us was a very different love story between 2 very different people. Amy grew up privileged. Adam wasn't so lucky. Adam was a player, Amy was a good girl. Amy was tutoring Adam and worked his magic finally getting her to go on a date with him. He was all wrong for her. She was insecure and jealous for good reason...his past. She was the one girl that could tame him, he had eyes only for her. They fell in love, Amy didn't want to grow up following the plans her parents set for her and she finally rebelled. She became her own person, making her own decisions and was punished by her parents for that. Tragedy strikes and Amy can't remember her life with Adam and he is walking on the edge trying to keep her from running. She remembers her old life and Adam scares her. The only memories she has of him are of fear and betrayal. The story is written from today going back and how Adam was able to bring Amy back today. His main goal is to get her to remember that she loved him. That is proving harder than it should be. This is a very touching story. Very sad at times and frustrating at others. It is a story of patience and love and how sometimes it is needed to get to the ultimate goal. Beautifully written, story line flows well, characters you will love and hate at different times and some you will absolutely fall in love with.

TISSUES!!!!!!!! and plenty of them. I have sobbed at this book, its pulled at my heartstrings so much I dont think they will ever go back to normal. I loved this story, its heartrending tough and absolutely fantastic. Adam is sweet and tender, short tempered and moody Amy is a bit of a pain but thats understood when you read it. You may feel like you have a lot of unanswerd questions but dont fret they do get answered eventually, but that just makes this book even better because you have to keep reading, I should know i couldnt put this book down. It is advised that you have the survival pack ready. What is the survival pack I here you say. Well the survival pack consists of one large bottle of plonk, two large boxes of chocolates, one large book of tissues and a book loving friend ready at the end of the phone ready to help you through it.

Good concept. Writing style was quite established but the story did not hold enough. I stopped reading just after halfway as there was not enough to the story. The lack of depth and repetitive conversations and sometimes weak behaviour just could not hold me to it.

Amy has lost her memory from a hiking accident. She can’t remember the last two years of her life. She has distanced herself from her family and is living with her boyfriend Adam, who she barely remembers as a college acquaintance.

Her memories come back slowly in flashbacks and dreams. Adam was very popular with the ladies, and it’s hard for Amy to reconcile her memories and impressions with Adam who she lives with now.

It’s a little cliche, but I love memory loss stories. It’s well written and believable. Adam was great, what an awesome character.

Très différents des autres romans. Plus mystérieux, plus sombre et sérieux aussi.
On s'interroge.

4 star review by Jen Skewes

Amy has been in an accident that has left her with no memory of the last 2 years. She can remember everything before. And the person that she remembers is nothing like the person that she is today. The little things like the clothes that are in her closet, the apartment that she lives in to place that she works are all indications of the person that she has become and she finds that in the last two years she has certainly changed. But what she cannot figure out is why the change and does the man that she supposedly loves have anything to do with it.

Adam and Amy have been together for the last two years and currently live together. But Amy has no recollection of their relationship at all. She cannot remember their first date, their first kiss, or even what happened the day of her accident. The doctors assure her that with time she will get her memory back, but that still does't help ease her fears. She is still living with her boyfriend Adam, the man who everyone tells her that she is in love with. But she begins to have dreams of moments between her and Adam, and she isn't sure if they really happened or if they are just a dream. And either way they scare her. They cause her to become fearful of him and unsure as to whether or not she trusts him. She begins to doubt everything that Adam and her friends are telling her. She seems to remember the bad between the two of them and wonders how they are even together.

I cannot begin to imagine going though what Amy is facing right now. Waking up each day not knowing who she is or even what her future holds. . She can't remember two years of her life and to be honest I think those two years are very important years. Those two years define who she is today. She went from being the person that everyone wanted her to be to the person that she wants to be which is the "real Amy". The problem is that she cannot remember who that person is, only the person that she was. How do you handle the memory loss? Especially when the only moments that you remember are the bad ones, with the man that you live with and supposedly love.

Adam loves Amy and is doing everything he can to be there for her. But as hard as this is for Amy I think that it is just as hard for him. The woman he loves and plans on spending the rest of his life with is afraid of him, flinches when he goes to touch her, and doesn't trust him. She is unsure of everything that they have shared in the past two years, and with good reason. But Adam is just as scared as Amy is, but for different reasons. What if she never remembers, what if he pushes too hard and loses her. He becomes frustrated and at times angry which only makes Amy more afraid of him. And Adam has secrets as well about his past that he is afraid of sharing with Amy for fear of causing a setback in her progress.

One of the things that I honestly loved about this book is that as the reader you are blind to it all. We don't see Amy and Adam's relationship before the accident. We don't know his secrets and the problems that they had. We experience it all along with Amy though her dreams and her talks with Adam. I loved Adam and at times felt so sorry for him. He watched the woman that he loves push him away, he saw the fear and doubt in her when he tried to get closer to her. But experiencing it all through Amy's eyes made you wonder what was real and what wasn't. Why things happened the way they did and how did they overcome the obstacles in the beginning of their relationship. We get to relive all those moments with Amy for the first time and that is what I loved. It was all as much of a mystery to the reader as it was to Amy.

I loved both of these characters. Amy was scared and at times feared Adam and doubted everything around her. But she never gave up. She let her walls down and tried to just feel things with Adam. Tried to let go of the fear and doubt and just feel. I loved Adam and while he had some of his own issues, the love he had for Amy was real. She was everything to him and all he wanted was for her to be happy. And the uncertainty of their future broke him in many ways. Stacey Lynn did such an amazing job with this story. It was unique in it's own way and honestly the first story that I have read like it. But she captured all of emotions perfectly. I fell in love with Adam and Amy and wanted nothing more for them to find their way back to each other. For Amy to see how much she loved Adam and how perfect they were. This was an emotional heart breaking journey but one that was with worth taking and will leave you smiling in the end. Excellent job!!!

Remembering Us is an emotional journey through Amy and Adam's life together. Amy was in a tragic accident that has caused her to loose her memory. Not her entire memory, just the time she has with her boyfriend Adam. Amy can remember life before Adam. She remembers her family and friends.

Adam's love does not give up on Amy at all. He is there throughout everything. He is working his hardest with Amy to get her to remember. He has been there to help her recuperate when she is released from the hospital. Adam cares for Amy both mentally and physically. Adam is trying to follow the doctor's orders on how to help Amy deal with everything. At the same time he is miserable because Amy doesn't remember their love at all.

The worst part of Amy's memory loss is that she remembers "flashes" or dreams. All these certain things center around Adam. Usually in her dreams, they have to do with negative things that Adam has done. This is not making her feel comfortable with him at all. She has flashback to when he was a womanizer, their fighting, his "cheating". All things Adam would have preferred she didn't remember. Or at least he could explain to her the entire story.

This story was told though such emotions, you will guaranteed to be crying or heartbroken. The journey that Adam goes through alone is so heartbreaking. His love for any is so intense and unconditional it will make your heart swell. He is every woman's dream.

While Amy at times is rude and standoffish. At first I was put off by this, but when you take into consideration that Amy is pretty much living with a stranger that tells her what she used to feel, you can see where she is coming from too.

This story was an emotional dollar coaster for me. Up and downs the entire book. Amy had a difficult battle. Memory loss would be tough for anyone. On top of that she filters in bits and pieces that some don't make any sense. Rather than out right tell her what things are, her friends and family are instructed to let her figure it out by herself.

I thought this was a beautifully told story. It showed the bond that Amy and Adam had. True love really does conquer all.

***Received ARC in return for an honest review.***

This was a quick contemporary romance that was very engaging and delivered a realistic ending. There was quite a bit of angst in the story, not unexpected given the circumstances. The heroine, Amy, is recovering from a near fatal accident and cannot remember the last two years of her life. Estranged from her wealthy parents and a recent college graduate, she's living with Adam, the sexy, dark-haired man she's "told" she's "madly in love with," but cannot remember. In the early chapters, the book reminds me of Tarryn Fisher's The Opportunist, another contemporary romance that I absolutely love. If you're one of those readers that must know if this is a HEA, here's a simple yes or no without details:

The author jumps right into the issues between the couple and creates a lot of mystery. Why is Amy afraid of Adam? What is he keeping from her? How exactly did this accident happen? As the story progresses, Amy's thoughts are revealed to us through 1st person POV and fractured memories which plague her in nightmares. The story smacks of realistic fiction and is rich with human emotion, regardless of the amnesia cliche.

I thought the author did a fabulous job with red herrings. I had several guesses about what Adam was keeping from Amy, but I wasn't even close. I love it when that happens! He was such a tortured soul and I really enjoyed watching the couple struggle to cope with their problems. Adam's character could've been better developed, but I still really liked him. I also liked how the author gave her characters flaws. It made them more human. My only major criticism isn't with the author, but with the publisher. The print in my paperback copy was ridiculously tiny.

The author has a fabulous future ahead of her and I plan to read more of her books. I highly recommend this to any contemporary romance fan. ***Adult Content***

Spookily the book I finished before this one was about a woman who lost her memory after a car crash and couldn't remember her fiancé. This was a little bit of déjà Vu.

It's a beautiful story, although I cannot imagine how hard it is for Amy trying to share a home with a guy who she doesn't know. There are issues with her parents, which means she really has nowhere else to go.

I don't think for one moment I doubted how much Adam loved Amy, or how much it hurt him that she didn't remember their life together.

Small snippets come back to her in dreams, often out of context, and not necessarily painting an accurate picture. She's scared of Adam and she doesn't know why.

All the way through this book I kept feeling there was some horrible dark secret waiting to be released. I was scared for Amy, that she'd fall for Adam again and he'd be the bad guy she worried he was.

I had teary eyes by the end of this book, it's a lovely story, full of emotion, lots of sad memories, but also some good ones. One of the best for me was Amy remembering buying furniture, because it showed just how much Adam loved her.

There are plenty of points in this book where it could take a different direction, and you keep turning the page, hoping that things work out for Amy. It's also great at creating a dream memory and then when you find out what actually happened it's so very different to the first impression.

As the story develops you fall for Amy even more, she deserves a happy ever after but will she ever find it.

After coming off a serious book hangover which surprisingly dealt with memory loss (but not similar story line) I was afraid my feelings would be tainted but thankfully Stacey did what she always has and delivered an emotional heart wrenching, fist clinching, tears falling and beautiful smiles phenomenal read.

I felt like I was Amy. That I was the one living with the struggles of memory loss. I loved that the secondary characters feelings were brought in to play and how this affected them also. I also liked that Stacey didn't take the easy route and made everything all better quicker that would've definitely turned me off.

I've read and purchased every book Stacey has written to date. I love that she doesn't stick to one theme. That her God given talent allows her to write all types of storylines. This is why she is one of my go to authors!

5++++++ star read for me. I felt this was a touching story of deep soul searing love that will have the reader captivated from the get go. I purchased this book this afternoon and was unable to put it down! I even had my Kindle in one hand reading, much to my husband's dismay, while eating dinner.

I recommend this standalone written solely from Amy's POV (would really have enjoyed Adams POV) to anyone looking for an emotional read that will leave you completely giddy by the end!

I will have to put up a gif filled review soon for this one!

Oh. My. Goodness. Amazing!

This book captivated me from the beginning. Beautifully written story about memory loss. Although she has no recollection of it, Amy was in a hiking accident, that left her with amnesia after a being in a coma. The last two years of her life have been erased, & most importantly her relationship with her boyfriend Adam.
I appreciated how the Amy's dreams were incorporated into the story helping us unravel the mystery of Amy's life before her accident. Amy was a very relatable character, where I was questioning what I would do in her situation. I felt as if I were Amy, confused and lost, desperate to understand her relationship with Adam.
Adam and Amy's relationship wasn't perfect before the accident, and unfortunately her dreams were only snippets of their relationship, leaving her confused with a lack of trust for Adam.
"Remembering Us" was Amy's emotional journey to remember the person she had become during the past two years and Adam, the person everyone tells her she in love with. Her relationship with Adam is slowly revealed and I thought it was very well done.

Romantic and heartfelt :) loved, loved, loved… Definitely one of my top favs!!

This is such a sweet, yet heartbreaking story about second chance love.

Amy has woken up from a coma, after a near death accident, to realise that she has no knowledge of the past two years. She remembers her family and her best friend Kelsie but has no recollection of meeting the stranger she lives with. Her boyfriend Adam.

"It's been weeks since I woke up from my coma, and I don't remember anything more than the fact that I live with a stranger and I don't like him when I dream" - Amy

Adam is so sweet. He is so happy that he still has Amy in his life but also so frustrated and distraught that she has no memory of her life with him. He has been told that it is best for her to remember on her own and not to push memories on her but it is so hard when all he wants is to pull her into his arms and just love her.

There are a lot of flash backs for Amy on her journey of healing and not all of them are accurate but they feel real enough to plant seeds of doubt in her mind about Adam. Can she trust him when she feels like she doesn’t even know him?

This is a sad but beautiful story of a couple falling in love again, reaffirming all the reasons they chose each other and I absolutely loved it ☺

I got to admit....I did very much enjoyed this book because it hooked me from the very beginning and wrapped me tightly around its fingers. It started out great. Awesome. And I had a hard time putting the book down. Like really...a book about a girl who lost her memory, couldn't remember her boyfriend of 2 yrs, and he's trying his best to make her remember their love. What's not to like?! had no stinking clue wtf is going on and whether or not Adam is the bad guy. But then it slowly depreciate from the middle. Maybe because it's the same problem happening over and over again and the plot didn't get thicken like I thought it would be. The story became predictable unfortunately. The angst was ok, the emotional roller coaster is there, and the characters are somewhat relatable (besides the heroine..she was a big B). But don't stop yourself from reading this book though...make your own judgement and let me know your thoughts.
