TBH this was hot but the cheesiness bordered on cringe? The plot felt almost choppy and not in an ignorable bc I love instalove kinda way. It lacked the finesse usually present in AR books. Best part about it was honestly the snippets of Marcus and Bronte. I’m excited to read their story!

Winter Wrangler has the setup for a cozy, protective cowboy romance, but it doesn’t quite deliver the passion or excitement expected.

As they spend time together, their connection grows, leading to a romance filled with warmth, devotion, and the promise of forever.

While the premise is promising, the romance lacks the spark and intensity that could have made it more engaging. The relationship develops quickly but without much tension or passion. For those looking for a love story filled with warmth and comfort, this novella might work, but if you’re expecting more steam and excitement, this one may not hit the mark.

Winter Wrangler is a short and easy read, but it doesn’t bring enough romance or chemistry to make it truly memorable. Fans of Alexa Riley’s usual heat and intensity may find this one underwhelming.

Quick read, with a sassy FMC and a OTT/in love already MMC. I read this out of our from the first one ( A Cowboy Christmas) You don't have to really read it in order. However I am sure I am going to finally find out about their first meeting and how it goes to see what happen. Joy is a baker, and Devin is a rancher who is in love with her. He has gotten her to come be his cook for the ranch and among other things. Drama happens pretty fast with Joy's aunt being a See You Next Tuesday. Trying to get Devin in trouble, and you met Bronte in this one, and Marcus also.

Over all, classic, hot and spicy, loved the mom even got some action. Lunchtime read with spice to make it hot in the car for winter time.
