This book was so good, I devoured it in just two days. Harper’s story will tug hard at your heartstrings. You really feel every moment of her journey, and it’s impossible not to get completely swept up in her emotions.

And then there’s Jax his love for Harper is not just beautiful, it’s intense, raw, and unbelievably sexy. I fell for him straight away. His character brings so much depth and heat to the story that you can’t help but fall in love right along with Harper.

I enjoyed the first book in the series, but this one absolutely blew me away. It’s emotional, steamy, and impossible to put down. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a paranormal romance that gives you all the feels and leaves you wanting more.

Seriously, I went into this book happy to read it but I finished it with a big OMFG! This book is just so, so good.

I read the first one and liked it, but this book is better in every single way. Harper is such an incredible character to read about strong, relatable, and full of heart. And Jax? He gave her the happy ending she needed and deserved, and it was absolutely perfect.

I couldn’t put this book down. I literally sacrificed sleep because I had to finish it.

The chemistry between them is unhinged, and the emotional stakes in this one hit hard. There’s more magic, more curses, and a stronger sense that this world has layers we haven’t seen yet.

What I loved most…These characters aren’t perfect—they’re messy, stubborn, hurt, and real. The love stories aren’t smooth or idealised, but they’re earned. The writing keeps the pace tight and the tension high. I genuinely didn’t know where it was going, and I loved that.

I enjoyed the plot for this one. There were some side characters I would have liked to have gotten more backstory on. I felt they were compelling and would have enjoyed having them more at the forefront of the story. I liked that Harper was an independent and protective FMC that did anything and everything to protect those that she loved no matter the cost. I am a bit torn on the love story part of it. It felt a bit fast paced for my usual taste. I am definitely more of a tension and really slow burn type though. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I have to admit, this book was an emotional rollercoaster! There were moments I wanted to throw it across the room, but I was so hooked I ended up reading it in one night. Bound By Spells & Regrets is Jax and Harper's story. There's plenty of heat but there's also Harper's dysfunctional family and learning that she can be loved unconditionally and not have to do things on her own.
I loved it and it was lovely coming across Ashton and Eden again.

Harper and Jax are EVERYTHING!

With this second book in the series the world is building and the plot is thickening at a rapid pace! We got introduced to some new characters and also had our friends from book 1 back for more.

Bound by Secrets and Regrets, we get taken deeper into the world of witches and learn more about the paranormal universe Mandi has created. Harper has a lot to answer for but god did her backstory tug at my heart strings. She’s in such a difficult situation and she needs to claw her way out of it, accepting the love and help surrounding her instead of being so self-reliant.

I really enjoyed learning more about Jax the protector. He is the perfect grumpy MMC with more broody possessive heat 🥵
Harper is so cheeky and pushes all his buttons which makes for some hilarious scenes!

I can’t say too much more without spoiling it but I loved the building tension of the overarching plot. Book 1 was such a terrific start and this one definitely keeps the momentum going!

So this is the second book in the Woodville Springs Pack, each book focuses on a different couple, the first time Bound by Lies & Regrets focuses on Eden and Ashton. This one focuses
on Jax (broody, silent and possessive) and Harper (Strong, playful and dangerous).

Heres the gist: Harper has always had a terrible family (mummy and daddy issues alert 🚨) but she made do, forced to mix with unsavoury beings however still able to manipulate the info received. That was until 6 months ago…everything changed, powerful curses, betrayals and the risk of losing everything. Yeah not for the light hearted 🤧
