Good book
I love these short, quick read, cozy mysteries! I like the main character Jane. She's a single mom of two and owns her own cleaning company. Her ex is currently in jail due to gambling debts with some very bad men. Jane is in a new relationship with a state trooper, Mike Calloway. They are the theater with both of the kids when Mike gets a phone call. There has been a suspicious death. Mike asks for Janes help. Jane seems to have a knack for solving mysteries!

12th book in the Clean Sweep Cozy Mystery Series finds Jane and her State Trooper boyfriend at a local production of Wicked in their town. After the show, the Director is found dead in his office and Jane and Mike work hard to find out what happened after it’s determined the director has been murdered. Is it the ex-wife, the assistant director, or someone else? Read it and find out!

This book has just enough intrigue, puzzles, and deception to be enjoyable but not so dangerous to be implausible for a single mother. Good, comfortable, enjoyable cozy mystery.

I really enjoy the Clean Sweep Cozy Mysteries. I hope there will be more. Jane deserves a guy like Mike I’m happy for them. Now I ain’t for the next one, I hope I don’t have to wait long.

Mike saves the day.
I thoroughly recommend this cozy mystery. It is fast paced and a real page turner. It doesn't drag along, the story moves right along and the killer is found right away.
