Welcome to Blood Luna Labs, the exclusive hospital that promises to deliver the ultimate prize to alphas heirs. Using cutting-edge technology, this lab offers solutions to the greatest dilemma of the wolf packs—an alarming scarcity of female wolf shifters. Desperate and willing to pay any price, the male wolves flock to this fertility clinic with hopes high and wallets open.
But behind the gleaming smiles and bright lights lies a chilling secret. Blood Luna Labs is run by a group of corrupt vampires who are playing the wolves like pawns in their twisted game. Their motives? Power, money, and a darkness that runs deeper than anyone suspects.
And the women? They're not willing participants. They're captives—stolen, imprisoned, and forced into a horrifying reality that no one should have to face.
The wolves came for heirs. The vampires came for profit.
But the women? They’re ready to fight for freedom.

Book One in the Blood Luna Labs Chronicles
Written by author M.T.Syler
Victoria thought her biggest concern in college would be surviving her final exams—until the night she was abducted from campus and thrown into a nightmare she couldn’t escape. As one of the rare female wolf shifters, she was a coveted prize. And now, she was destined to be used as a surrogate for wolf packs desperate to secure their bloodlines.
Damian would do anything to ensure his pack’s future, even if it meant paying a hefty price for the Blood Luna Lab’s “services.” But when he discovers the horrifying truth behind the hospital’s operations—and the role he’s unknowingly played in Victoria’s suffering—his entire world is upended.
As secrets unravel and betrayals emerge, Victoria and Damian find their fates intertwined in ways neither could have imagined. In a world where power and greed reign supreme, can justice prevail? Or will love and freedom come at too high a cost?
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC in exchange for an honest review from the author!
I really loved the story line for this book! I loved the dystopian, handmaid tales vibes. I also love a shifter romance so that was right up my alley.
📚: Victoria leaves her pack to go to college where she is kidnapped by a vampire run fertility clinic. Her story ends up intertwining with her fated mate.
Does deal with forced pregnancy, and pregnancy loss Ends with a HEA.
🌶️ : 2/5
Will follow this author to see what she puts out next in the series!
This was a bloody good time! The vampires and wolf shifters have a treaty, but what actually happens behind the Blood Luna doors? Definitely check your trigger warnings , but get ready for a spicy shifter time! And oh yes… there’s definitely a 🪢👀 can’t wait for the next book!
this book was cute, it was a nice short read..the mmc wasn't a manwhore. wich was awesome im soooo sick of reading about manwhores...done with it lol.there was no ow drama..there were ow that flirted with him..but it was brief & shut down real quick. this was a breeding book..not as severe like handmaids tale..they weren't held down & raped...the women were kept in cells..and were forcefully put onto tables to have sperm put in them..but they weren't touched inappropriately or anything. female wolves were being kidnapped or sold for breeding purposes..against there will..the mfc is pregnantwith the alphas babies..she doesnt know who the donor was..shes just thinking of escaping & protecting her babies in her belly the alpha mmc. went to the facility bcuz he didn't want to find a luna cuz all women only wanted him for status but he needed a heir ..he didn't know the women were having it done to them against there will. So..when his wolf urges him to run in the woods he finds her injured knows right away that not only is she the one pregnant with his twins she is also his mate..it was refreshing to read a book that wasn't a rejected mates trope for once. sadly they lost one of the babies the other one survives..So if anyone is triggered by miscarriages I wouldn't read it cuz that part was sad. but overall it was a good book. I wanted her ex bf to get some sort of payback for how he treated her..I wanted him to suffer & the elders to suffer..they are clearly currupt in some way.. the next book is ff..I'm not into that at all..but I'm going to read it..because I want to know if the one girl finds her missing baby. I'll just skip the sex scenes lol. but there's so much unanswered..so hoping the whole book series is posted so I can read them all.

I read this all in one sitting! Found the book from the authors tiktok and had to check it out. I loved (hated) how it brought real life things that women go through, like victim blaming, or not believing someone has been S.A.ed is so prevalent. The feelings Victoria felt about it and how she was frustrated with the system that was ment to protect her were very real. I enjoyed how Damien waited on her, and followed her lead as she healed from her trauma. He didn't try and guilt her into keeping the baby, even though he wanted it. It was nice to see in in the male mc.
I was so lucky to get an ARC read of this book and YALLLLLLL!! Omg it was so intense! Like the emotions and the details love it. Especially the 👁️ scene like *pop* woooowws. I cannot wait for more books from this author shes amazing even her other seriess ‘crystal fae’!!! Yall gotta read this isnt to long so perfect for inbetween booms to get your feet dipped in and not to fast and makes you keep going!! Do follow her nice trigger warnings but like her fmc is AMAZING. And the mannzzz so sweet. Like true emotions not over the top and just very ughh so good. Get ittt asapppo
This quick read follows Victoria and Damien. Victoria is a college-aged shifter who was kidnapped by a breeding program run by vampires. Damien, the broody pack alpha, hires what he believed to be a reputable surrogacy clinic to assist him with an heir. As expected, the truth of the clinic becomes known to Damien when Victoria escapes. The politics of this book were interesting, as well as some of the side characters.
I got this book off of tik tok shop. I read it so quick, I've been on a paranormal Romance kick recently, and this book thoroughly scratched that itch. I did have to keep my brain open to the triggers, however once I got into the meat of the story I really enjoyed it. Short Sweet and to the Point. There are some small grammatical errors, but I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys Shifters.
I was lucky enough to arc read this amazing book and omg I could not stop it was so brilliant and I fully intend to add it to my wishlist once it's out as it's so fantastic and so well written the story and the characters- wowzers I highly recommend xx
I read through this so quickly because I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next. The dangers and threats in this book felt real and the love interest between the characters was charming despite the unconventional start.
I liked this book but it felt flat. I know there are 2 more. im hoping the other 2 complete the series to feel very full. Because I felt I needed more. More Badass fc, more mc, love the alpha energy, give me more. I will read the next 2
The overall story is intriguing and the author has promise. I think if the writer hires a professional editor then a lot of the issues I had while trying to read the book will be fixed.
Thank you to the author for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
3.5 stars! I did enjoy this story it’s unique compared to other wolf books, but I did feel like the story was rushed at the end, the writing was good, until the end, needs editing as there are lots of mistakes in it. But I’d like to read more of this series.
Well written! It's a cute love story. Well, I gave this four stars because of the way it was written. I would give it two Chili Peppers for spice level. This book was more of a young adult read, in my opinion.
This was such a good read. The MMC is top tier and Victoria is strong AF. Definitely check the trigger warning’s as this is like handmaiden tale meets werewolfs. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. These are interconnected stand alones which makes them perfect for a nice quick read. This was hard to put down.
