An amazing book written by amazing people! It gives you a real insight into their lives and how they have become the people they are. I loved reading it and even though they do speak about the issues they've faced and the troubling times, you can't help but feel happy for them and everything they have achieved.

Heartwarming, candid and influential biography that is brilliantly written, sensitively addressing the highs and lows of fame but also showing how "real" they both are.

Absolutely love the informal conversational tone and chapters, it makes it feel more relatable and accessible to read and I can literally hear their voices in my head - 'yes mate!'.

Having briefly experienced vlogger life through my Autistic Ali social media pages, this was even more relatable - and the raw honesty was so insightful.

Brought for me as a Christmas present, we will definitely be recccomending this to others and also be continuing to support LadBaby.

Really enjoyed reading this. Mark and Rox are just 2 people who started from nothing and are now doing well with lots of hard work. Reading this made me think life has lots off bumps in the road just keep going and you will come out stronger.

After watching mark and Roxanne for such a long time, I believe the first time I came across them was a toolbox lunchbox video I had seen. Since then, I've watched many videos, listen to all 5 sausage roll songs, and enjoy the prank videos.

Four number ones later, including: I love Sausage Rolls, to We Built This City On Sausage Rolls, Don’t Stop Me Eatin, and Sausage Rolls for Everyone, a crisp promotion, a rollercoaster promotion, and this year when they announced they were releasing a book. I was over the moon. Excited to pick up a copy. I had to get a signed copy of course, if only I had arranged to go to a book signing.

When they announced they're announcing their first book in 2019 parenting for £1, they also released Greg the sausage rolls books before their autobiography, which is the book I'm reviewing
Mark and Roxanne’s latest LadBaby video on Mother's Day 2025, included a canvas containing both their children's cries when they were born. This was super touching and really tugged on the heartstrings as I was midway through the book.

The first chapter after the prologue which I could relate to, starts off talking about their childhood. And some of the things that surprised me was the trolling. I think that the book is going to tug at heart strings, perhaps shed a few tears for myself, but I am proud of Mark and Roxanne for all they have achieved.

Mark talks about being bullied at school and the level he had to cope with which is completely relatable.
Rox made me laugh when she mentions splitting her trousers at gawping golfers, I've split trousers before but luckily not in public.
I really enjoyed the book I felt every moment that they were describing and I think they have done incredibly well to get to where they are and I look forward to what the future brings.

This one was a true joy, I loved reading about their early days and as a follower right from the toolbox lunches it was a blast from the past, I found myself going back and watching their videos of particular moments as I was reading, it was awesome to be able to do that, I also think I found a new appreciation for them as a backseat follower I had no idea quite how much they went through and how awful media and people online can be, it's a shame that their wonderful help to the trussel trust also became a low point for them. I have a new found respect for the both and the way they left no stone unturned.. The good the bad and the ugly and I wish them all the best for the future.
It also brings absolute shame to the behaviour of certain companies and social constructs and shows just how much real people not celebrities, underdogs are looked down upon in daily life.

Wasn’t keen on how the book was set out at first but got used to it as it started to make sense. The book itself goes through as a conversation between Mark and Rox as they talk about their lives.
I take it as an honest account of what they’ve experienced (positive and negative), and as the book is set as a conversation, just like their videos you can see the bond and the love they have for each other and the respect they have for the family/ community they have built.

I found this on a book swap shelf in the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura) and as it was a book I’ve been wanting to pick up for a while, I enjoyed the read sipping a strongbow at the side of a pool in 24 degree heat in the middle of November… yesss maaaaaaaaaaaaate! ;)

What a great read! I couldn’t put it down and finished it within 24 hours! I’ve followed Ladbaby since their first viral toolbox lunchbox video, so it felt really interesting to read their story. I got so deeply angry throughout the trolling stories and how bad it got, I remember people accusing them of taking charity money and I thought it was a load of b*****ks, which of course it was. The internet is a scary place so fair play to Ladbaby and Ladbaby Mum for continuing to put out positivity and raise money for charities. Next time I have a Greggs sausage roll I shall think of you and your five Christmas number ones, and pop a little something to the Trussell Trust ♥️

I loved listening to Mark and Rox tell their story. Like the rest of the world, I had absolutely no idea that they lived through such awful trolling. This world can be so scary at times and I cannot imagine how terrifying it was for them. The fact that their joy for life has never wavered is a testament to their wonderful characters, their love for each other and their drive to help those in need.
Really enjoyed their audiobook and wish them all the best in life 💗

Ladbaby is an absolute legend and I follow him and Rox on Social media and have done for a long time. I listen to their podcasts and I jumped at the chance to read this book.

It was such a good read, really upsetting in places so know they have been trolled after everything they have done over the years for charity. People are just very jealous and the only way they can handle this is to troll people and it's terrible. This lovely couple are just amazing and they are so inspiring what they do. If you watch them on social media when they achieve things they get so emotional and you can really see how much it means to them. They are so down to earth, just a normal couple with some remarkable achievements, this book was brilliant.

A lot of the stories in this book they have never shared before, so after reading what they have been through, it only makes me like them even more. They have such a good relationship and they are best friends, a great book even despite some sad parts.

I love Ladbaby and I support everything they do but, I’m not sure this was worth the wait. I enjoyed their back stories and it was good to read about the other side of being on social media but I expected to get a bit more than I did.
Well done to them both for being raw and honest but it’s not a book I’d recommend.
Sorry guys, still think you’re fabulous though.

A really amazing read. Most people think what they see on social media is real life but reading this and seeing just what trolls put this family through when they were trying to do good is shocking.
I’ve been a LADBABY fan since 2018 and I am more of a fan now after reading the story!
Lots of love to Mark, Rox and the boys, keeping being you guys because we love you!

I have been reading a series but thought I’d take a brief break to read this book about lad baby.
What a heart warming book. I have followed these two for many years so when they brought a book out I had to read it.

It’s very interesting to read about their past and their roots. They are such a fun loving couple

It was definitely a great book for fans of LadBaby. It was written in such a different way that books usually are and I completely understand it's because Rox and Mark are dyslexic. I think the only thing for me is it felt like a podcast and their podcasts are free to listen to, so £11 felt like quite a lot to read one podcast script.

I had no real idea about who these two are before my sister loaned me this book. written with brutal honesty in a dialogue format. Very easy to read, frighteningly blunt about the huge rise and dramatic fall in their life because of social media. A sad eye opener to some of the nasty impacts caused by the online world but humerous in so many places too, enjoyed their story..

Amazing book delving into the lives of lad baby. Sharing the highs and lows of living your life through social media. Letting people know how good social media can be but also how devastating it can be to the point of ruining your life. It tells how they coped with this and still rose to fame and didn’t let the trolls win. I have much more respect for this amazing couple since reading this book x

Amazing read

For anyone who wants to read a heart felt story of how good people can be treated by social media this is the book for you. I have cried, laughed and nearly got a black eye from head butting the Kindle as could not turn it off as gripped by the book but also tired and needed to sleep. Amazing book and cannot wait to see you next chapter in life.
