there isn't much to say probably because there isn't much to know I guess. The only thing i remember from the book is "Do not switch careers" because it will lead to a reset of your income

I completed this book in a single sitting. While it was an overall enjoyable read, I found it to be somewhat formulaic, akin to many other books on financial freedom. However, the inclusion of some impactful quotes was truly beneficial.

Simple, common sense stuff that might be good for someone who is financially illiterate.

I did like the accounting vs budgeting concept, which was new for me. Traditionally I have used a budget, but the thought of just making sure you know where you money is going and ensuring your net income is greater than your expenses is interesting. It doesn't seem optimal but there is some value in there somewhere.

This short book is fine, but his YouTube channel is excellent and much more advanced.

Basic financial tips and mindset.

Basic knowledge about building wealth. This is not a get rich quick book, nor what assets to buy to get you rich fast. This book talks about the basic financial fundamentals and the mentality that will get you to become wealthy in the long run.

I enjoy Brian Kim’s content on YouTube, but I found this book a bit dull. The '10 steps to build lasting wealth' felt too simplistic and lacked practical depth. That said, I still appreciate how Brian presents his knowledge in his videos.

This book is basically the TLDR version of personal finances. It's a very quick read, with a nicely balanced approach. However, while I love Brian Kim's YouTube channel, I feel like there wasn't much in this book that you couldn't find in a lot of other online resources for free.

A great overview, but something I would recommend only to very beginners to the world of personal finance.
