First of all, I wanna say how damn addicted I am to this series so far & it’s only book 3!

I absolutely love how safety was a huge concern among the characters. The horror stories are real & could be avoided with some proper research!

I just love how these two are finding new ways to explore each other! Their dynamic is just beautiful & so real.

Also: I adore Allie. She’s my kinda girl. 🤣

I’m so excited for the next story! I just can’t get enough of these!!! ❤️

What are Logan and Skylar putting in these books?!

It's crack, isn't it? Kidding, kind of.
I read this book TWICE! Back-to-back!

Over the last year I've noticed more and more authors talking through consent and making sure that their partner(s) are comfortable with what is going to happen before the "playing" begins. Skylar and Logan have done that since book one of the Untying Knot series and it is refreshing to still see it being discussed. Consent is necessary when you are talking about things like breath play.

Which Allie and Erik fully explored in Choked!

As someone who is a big fan of hand necklaces, I found this book immensely erotic and HOT!! Some of that play starts in book 2 but by book 3 it is all hands-on deck.

When you are talking about a married couple with children there are going to be real life issues that get in the way, they don't shy away from that either.

What Logan and Black have done is give a realistic expectation for those who might be struggling to spice up their married life. I can't wait to get into book 4, Filled, where we find out exactly how much Allie likes to.... well, you will see!

I'm loving this series of the short spicy adventures of a married couple who are exploring new things in the bedroom while juggling real life scenarios with kids interrupting.
The authors have added even more realism by emphasising the dangers that can come with these games and making sure the characters know how to stay safe.
Though this is not a "how to" it's a good introduction for those wanting to explore the world of dominance and submission.

Allie and Erik delve deeper into their exploration of BDSM as they add choking/breath play to their erotic repertoire.

Erotic breath play was not a practice I knew much about or, frankly, was that interested in. I’d heard that, done right, the climaxes could be incredible, but, done wrong, well…☠️. But I’ve really enjoyed the realism of A&E’s exploration to date and had to give it a chance. Glad I did.

The combination of abject parental reality and a loving couple exploring their mutual kinks made for a heady brew. Anyone that has them knows kids are the original cause of involuntary edging, but here the payoff is well worth the wait. Quinn and Black’s storytelling is real, informative, and hot AF. I love this author pairing as much as I do Allie and Erik.

Another hot read from Skylar and Logan. I can’t wait for the next.

This is my first book from these authors and I loved it. I loved how relatable this book is because of the characters. I love how Allie and Erik are normal people with kids while they try to explore this. I love how Erik cared for Allie and was so concerned about her throughout their exploration. Choked is book 3 in the Untying The Knot series. Definitely read this series in order; each novella is a continuation from the last and will have you immediately searching out the next book. The characters are engaging and there is a definite overall series storyline. I am off to read the next novella in this entertaining series, Filled!
