From New York Times bestselling author Whitney G. comes an intense and intoxicating thriller with a sensual twist.
Sadie Pretty has spent the last several years of her life behind bars, wrongfully convicted of first-degree murder. Upon being considered for parole, she's sent to an experimental program with esteemed Doctor Ethan Weiss.
Two weeks in a secluded cabin is all he needs to determine if she's a risk to society, but every minute spent with her makes him question his own morals, and before he knows it, he's crossing the line in more ways than one...
I was surprised! At first I was frustrated with some things, but my gosh…
The twists were TWISTING 🤯
And I ended the book with a smile 😉 and a giggle 🤭.
Sadie Pretty (no age given but she’s probably in her late twenties) has been in jail for over 2000 days (almost 7 years) and is being considered for parole when Dr. Ethan Weiss (I’m assuming 30 ish?) decides he wants to do an experiment on her, The Weiss Experiment, where he has her for two weeks under surveillance and locked up in a secluded cabin along with trusted employees that’ll be monitoring it all.
You see, Sadie was found eating pancakes (after taking a bath) right next to the bodies of three people 😬 and she claims to be innocent 😅. Dr. Weiss is going to get the truth out of her, and a lot of people are going to be watching this unfold.
But things aren’t what they seem, and as sparks fly between Sadie and Ethan, more gets revealed.
In the end, will we find out whodunit???? 👀
Incoming potential spoilers . . . . What I liked/loved: SPOILERS —the twists 🤯🤯🤯. I literally GASPED!!!! Tidbits were getting revealed here and there, and then BAAAMMM… I was 😳😱😳😱🤯🤯. Well done Ms. G 😉
—the 🔥. It takes a little more than 50% for anything to happen, and by 73%, we get full 🔥. Most of these felt rushed, but yes, it IS spicy 💦
—the dirty mouth on this doc 🥵. Yaaaaas. Keep it coming Dr. Weiss 😉
—Sadie’s skills 🫶. I love that she’s an artist ❤️
—the tension 👀. This could’ve been built more, but I appreciated what we DID get 🤷♀️
—the comeuppance 😈. Muahahahahahaha 😈. Look. I’m not a violent person, but sometimes, certain people can never be redeemed 🤷♀️
—my heart goes out to Sadie 🫶. She’s suffered through a lot ☹️
What I didn’t like/wanted more of: —more development 😭. So many things felt rushed. By the end, I understood, and good thing too because I was gonna make notes of why things didn’t make sense 🤣 but then it all did 😈
—consistencies/fluidity mistakes 😅. I especially noticed this during the 🔥 scenes. Like. When did her underwear come off? And his pants? Things like that 😬😅
—grammar mistakes, like tense shifts 😅
—this is a SPOILER: one thing I needed to be cleared up is why this all took SOOOOO LONG to happen 😒😑 so much could’ve been done sooner 😑 Sadie really spent almost 7 years in prison! Ugh
—the epilogue was so abrupt 😭 I needed more 😭 but I tend to always want more in epilogues 😒
Overall, I enjoyed this! It’s one of my favorite ones from Whitney G’s newer books!
⚠️safety squad⚠️ -no cheating/sharing/owd/omd -murders/deaths/bloodshed -sexual assault/rapes recounted and flashbacks of this -dirty talk/praise kink -no condoms/no talk of safety -HEA?/HFN/too quick of an epilogue
Pretty Cruel was quite clever. I loved the way author Whitney G. delivered it. I typically read the author’s workplace romances and rom-coms, so Pretty Cruel was a change that I thoroughly enjoyed. The suspenseful build-up of the story made me not want to put it down—I read it in one sitting.
Sadie is serving time in prison for a crime she did not commit, and she has been passed up for parole several times. She is accepted when an opportunity arises for an experiential type of parole program led by Dr. Ethan Weiss. The program, though, is performed at his secluded cabin with methods that are quite unorthodox. That’s when things get very intense.
The experiments and past/present timelines give readers more clues about who committed the crime that led to Sadie's imprisonment. Though Pretty Cruel is a relatively short read—about 212 pages—it was paced well and packed with suspense. There were some steamy scenes, sensitive topics, and a twist that came together like a perfect puzzle. I liked it!
This was a stunning mix of heat, tension, and twists that had me completely hooked! I loved how the story unraveled slowly, revealing one piece at a time while keeping me completely off balance. I knew there was going to be a twist. I was primed for it. But Whitney G still managed to pull the rug out from under me. (Yes, it gave me whiplash. No, I’m not mad about it.)
Ethan’s intensity? Whew! He was all in from the beginning, and the chemistry between him and Sadie was off-the-charts scorching. Every stolen glance and smoldering tease had me reaching for the AC remote and a cold drink. The tension was so thick, I was practically begging for it to snap.
Fast paced, sharp, and sinfully addictive, this is the kind of read that leaves you dazed, breathless, and immediately scrolling back to reread your favorite moments. This one’s totally unforgettable and lingers, sharp and smoldering, long after the last page.
Sadie Pretty is sent to be evaluated by a Doctor Ethan Weiss. He has some unconventional ways of determining if Sadie is ready to enter society again or remain locked up. Two weeks….alone together in a cabin…will the Program go on as planned? These two have an insta connection from their first meeting. Will Dr. Weiss find the truth or will Miss Pretty hypnotize him? A “who really did it” psychological twisted romance. Ok, this one you won’t be able to put down. Told in first person and dual POV.
I really enjoyed this one, and that's coming off what seems like months of mediocre reads! I thought that the very end was kind of cheesy and predictable, but otherwise, it was a unique to me storyline, and had likeable characters. Would recommend this one to fans of Trisha Wolfe's Madly/Darkly duet.
The fact that this book had a dark romance and some mystery, made me give it a try. Thank you so much Whitney G. and team for accepting me to be part of the ARC team!
Saddie Pretty had been in prison for several years but she was constantly claiming that she was innocent. Her case has caught up Doctor Ethan Weiss's attention, who wanted to know more about what happened there and to find out if Saddie was indeed guilty or not.
Saddie will be part of Dr. Weiss's trial program, but things were developing in a dangerous path, where lines got pretty blurred, which could put both of them in jeopardy. Will the truth be uncovered? How those forbidden feelings change the situation they were in?
I was pretty invested in this story, wanting to know what happened to Saddie. I really didn't know which side to choose, not having all the info I needed to be sure. The relationship between Saddie and Ethan was electrifying, but so very forbidden because of all the complications which came with that connection. But the attraction was way too strong for both of them and just one taste has made them addicted to one another, trying everything to cheat the system to get more time to themselves. That was a very dangerous thing to do, but they were willing to risk everything for what they shared and craved.
One story which made me create so many different scenarios, to question myself and which surprised me in the end. I haven't really expected that but I had a hunch that there was something more than we knew. If you love romantic suspense and mysterious books, then you should definitely put this one on your list!
ARGH! This story was so unique to anything I have read before and I quite literally did not put this down. I inhaled it in under 24hrs--which for me is a dead-giveaway as to how invested I am in a story.
I love Whitney G's writing style and the pace of her books. This story just had me flicking through the pages so fast, I literally had to have a breather after finishing.
From the prologue we know the FMC is in prison for a triple murder. She is known as the "pretty murderer" and labelled as the ultimate psychopath by the media. So when Dr. Weiss takes an interest in her case and requests her for his "experiment" she is determined to prove her innocence.
This is all I will give you on the story as I think if you're comfortable with the above (and some dark triggers, DM me for those) this is one to head into virtually blind.
But MAN was this twisted (in all the best ways) and honestly, is there anything more addictive than a love story that starts in a secluded cabin with 24hr cameras? Nope. No, there isn't.
Was this story perfect? No. There were some inconsistencies and I felt as though the ending could have been 100 pages longer. I love a fast paced book, but there was so much detail missed at the end here that would have been perfect to wrap the story up neatly.
But based purely on VIBES, a unique story and a forbidden chemistry you are just desperate for more of--I enjoyed every single second and would highly recommend.
I've been in the biggest book slump recently, and Whitney G is always my go to author to get out of them. Pretty Cruel Love had me hooked from the first page and I was instantly obsessed with Sadie Pretty's story.
I won't say much about this book because it could give too much away, but it’s a fantastic read and you'll be hooked from the first page.
A psychological thriller with the author's twisty, snarky stamp. I pretty liked it. Darker than what I'm used to from this writer, it's still highly engaging and full of mind games.
It seems the main character is a female convict accused of notorious crimes and sentenced to prison who is accepted for an experimental and controversial medical programme. From the start, the reader never knows if Sadie is innocent or not despite the insurmountable evidence against her. I know I rooted for her because she is a victim of the system and the cruelty of men. However, the enigma surrounding the crimes and her attitude towards interrogations, media and the medical programme is intriguing.
Is Doctor Weiss trying to analyse her mind for his own pleasure or is he genuinely striving to help her? Sadie harbours more secrets than she lets on and her days in the medical facility are filled with strange methods, intense surveillance and the allure of an increasingly unethical doctor. The excitement is served.
Quick, mysterious and engaging. I love how boundaries are crossed, the naughty heat between the characters and the dark truth behind the events in the past and how they bleed into the current plot. Interesting turn for this author's writing. I wouldn't mind reading more of the kind.
The book releases tomorrow and hanging on for a new book to release by Whit G. never disappoints me!
Never in a million years did I expect the book to have so much suspense and I was hanging on to the edge of my seat (or book in this case) wondering what the truth would be and it turns out to be nothing that you would suspect!
Sadie Pretty, yep a beautiful woman, has spent years in jail convicted of a triple murder! Her story is famous but during her trial, after incarceration she maintains that she is innocent! In the beginning you think is she a psychopath, sociopath, innocent, did she really do it, etc.
Dr. Ethan Weiss is known for getting down to the truth with his patients. His success rate is 100% and he decided to take on the Pretty case a few weeks before she has a parole hearing. He is willing to put his reputation on the line to see if he can crack Sadie Pretty!
What happens during their 2 week retreat is nothing like I expected!
If you are a fan of Whitney G. this book will be a story you will devour! Suspense, chemistry, and excitement as it comes to an end!
The synopsis doesn’t do this book any justice. It’s super vague which is great, go into this blind. I loved everything about this book. I was a thriller reader before a romance reader and this felt like both combined. If you like your romances with some crime thrown in READ THIS BOOK! It does have past and present chapters, past for when we need to learn about Sadie’s story. I had an idea I knew what was going on but I blocked it out so I could fully enjoy the story. Dr Ethan Weiss is so mysterious! I loved the interactions between Sadie and Ethan. It was so forbidden and you can’t help but hope they end up together. The storyline is super fascinating. I took my time reading it but it’s only 214 pages so it can be read in one sitting. I truly never wanted this book to end. I’ve read reviews where they feel like the book ended abruptly and it definitely did. With that being said, I loved the ending. I mean honestly if the author wanted to write another book she could. I’ll leave it at that 🤐
A quick little dark romance Doctor/patient trope Heroine convicted of triple homicide
I really enjoyed this one. Especially coming off a crappy read. This was a perfect palate cleanser. Some twists I did not see coming!
I wish there was just a little more meat. Otherwise this would easily have been a 4 star. I didn’t do the math until AFTER I was done reading. Sadie has served 7 years of her prison sentence when the book opens. That seems like a long time before everything was set into motion….
Well.... this was a quick read. And TBH.... I didn't really enjoy reading this book.... nothing made any sense.... everything 'felt wrong'? 🤔 Still, somehow, I wanted... needed to keep reading? And then... towards the end, all of a sudden EVERYTHING began to make sense. What an twist!! 😍 The reason I picked up this book to begin with, was the a-ma-zing cover!! ❤️🖤 Whitney G. was a new-2-me-author. Although, I must be honest; if all her books are like Pretty Cruel Love, I don't think I want to read more of them. 🫣 Reading a book and not really liking what you're reading, is not something I'm looking for. 😉 Even an amazing twist does not make up for the struggle and the feeling of "Why do I even want to finish this book?". On the other hand: very well done 👍🏻 if an author can let me keep reading even when I don't know why I want to continue! 😆
Ooh, I really enjoyed this story! A relatively quick read with a pacy storyline and a stunning revelation towards the end.
Sadie and Ethan's story was intriguing and spicy. Sadie was stoic, tough, yet never gave up hope. Ethan was a puzzle - commanding and valiantly fighting his attraction to her. The chemistry between them was electric and compelling. There were elements in the story that made me sit up and try and piece Sadie's background together and the events that lead up to her incarceration, but it wasn't until just before the denouement that I realised the twist! It was a pretty thrilling read!
Although the premise was interesting, the execution of this book made it hard to get through. There were grammatical errors, awkward dialogue, and inconsistent descriptions that made the storyline hard to follow at times.
The epilogue left more questions than answers and the ending felt rushed.
True to brand, Whitney G has a flair for the outlandish - but hey, it’s fiction, right. But also, why is Sadie hated by everybody?! Like total strangers. Weird. Along the same thought, why is everyone so obsessed with how attractive she is. Double weird.
What I liked: Short/quick read Plot twist Funny moments
Oke, hear me out. I am a bit conflicted about this book. It is not a bad book and I really liked the plot idea, but the execution felt flat for me. Because of the plottwist I can't spoil much about the storyline, but in short, this is about Sadie who is in prison because of a triple murder. She is selected for a behavorial observation for 14 days by the famous Dr. Weiss somewehere in a cabin in the woods.
Although I guessed the plottwist early on, the story itself was original and entertaining. The vibes were vibing, dr. Weiss was hot and I really wanted to know how it developed and ended. But it had too many flaws for me. Usually I love short books, nothing more annoying than pagecount that is not necessary, but here it should have been at least a 100 pages longer. Because of that, the romance was too underdeveloped, the characters lacked depth, and the plot had a lot of plotholes. I have so many questions left, and a lot of things happened that were left onaccounted for. There was not enough room to get a real feel for their connection and chemistry and the spice was too rushed. I get it was necesary for the story, but I missed it anyway.
In conclusion, a really good plot idea, great writing and entertaining enough to keep reading, but too flat and underwhelming in excecution for me unfortunately.
What a plot twist! Definitely expanded your work here…Wow. Read it.
I love Whit’s writing, I’ve read almost every book (sans 4 series, the unreleased & anything outside of kindle unlimited) and she never ceases to capture my attention. I love the lengths of her stories, the diversity of scenarios.. the writing gives personality, comedy, romance, always.. always sexy and now even some darkness!
I first stumbled upon the office series and I’ve been hooked ever since (I’m glad I didn’t let the white men on the covers deter me)… it really is the writing for me. The perfect mix of fantasy with sassiness, common sense, realism and a dash of forbidden fruit.
Keep writing and ima keep reading; Effin love you girl!!
I didn’t just read Pretty Cruel Love—I devoured it. The tension between Sadie Pretty and Ethan Weiss was so thick you can feel it crackling off the page. This isn't just a romance, but a mind game! The twist near the end? I had to reread it just to process what happened. It wrecked me in the best way.
As all the other stories by this author I really enjoyed this one. From the first page I was hooked into Sadie and Dr.Weiss . The story was very well written and that ending really took me by surprise.
“You’re officially a bird in my cage, and my job is to study you intensely.”
This was definitely a great story and I wish to see more of it! Highly recommended!
Wow. Wow... That last page and I'm stunned and also absolutely head over heels with Whitney G's writing... I mean this book, grabbed me right from the freaking start but the suspense filled ride it took me... Ahhh.... Loveed it.
I seriously couldn't tell you where we where going with the plot. The prologue... Absolutely had me hooked. And it sort of makes you oh so all the more curious, compelling you to come with your theories as to what might our characters be like, Dark or innocent.
This one has a plot that's complex but the storyline is absolutely gripping and the clues, the flashbacks, the suspense - keeps on raising questions... One minute you think you have figured it all out and then you are again left wondering what could be the real truth behind it all.
So Sadie has been in prison for years, for a crime she didn't commit and is innocent for, but nobody would listen to her. The case was clear cut with all the evidence and especially her being there on the crime place.
All she hopes for is to get out of that awful place one day, and her prayers are answered when she is selected as the next subject in the experimental project of Dr. Ethan Weiss.
He's had a 100% success rate in giving convicts a chance to have freedom and step back in society but only after he rigorously examines them, in close surveillance along with his team which do all that they can to prove that the subject deserves another chance.
Dr. Ethan is a known and trusted name in behavioral analysis and Sadie can't believe that finally this can give her the chance to prove her innocence.
I can't get over how brilliantly the story has been written and structured. The chemistry is crazy hot right from the start as we see Dr. Ethan fighting his attraction to the famous Pretty girl and he does his best to stick to the program.
The Book gives you chilly feels in the way it keeps you guessing and yet some times you are conflicted and then don't know what to believe is real.
I felt for Sadie, even though I was not 100% sure about her innocence yet I did feel she didn't do it. Ahhh... Like I said I was so conflicted and the author has done a phenomenal job of writing it that way.
THE TWISTS IN THIS ONE... My head is spinning and this is me.... 😳😱😱 But... I absolutely loved how shocked I'm, because try as I might, I couldn't have seen it coming at all.
An absolutely Unputdownable thriller and suspense filled ride that will keep you guessing till the very freaking end. Sprinkled with delicious chemistry, tension and desires and especially will keep you on the toes till the end about the real truth, that you won't stop to find and once you do find, will be SHOCKED to the max. Absolutely loved loved this one. Can't wait for the next Whitney G. book. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
🖤 Genre: Romantic Suspense / Dark Psychological Thriller
Some stories crawl under your skin. This one bled into my veins.
This isn’t just a story to me anymore, it’s a scalpel disguised as a thriller, and Whitney doesn’t flinch as she carves through layers of trauma, morality, and power. Pretty Cruel Love is the kind of hypnotic, cerebral experience that reminds you just how potent fiction can be when it straddles the line between emotion and intellect—when it risks everything.
💔 Meet Sadie Pretty--- A woman whose name once stood for beauty now whispers rumors in true crime forums and prison rosters. Wrongfully convicted. Unbelievably composed. Haunted, scared yet confident, still fiercely alive. I was drawn to her instantly; her vulnerability, her defiance, her ability to endure unspeakable injustice while still daring to hope. Sadie doesn’t beg for your empathy; she earns it, silently.
🧠 Then there’s Dr. Ethan Weiss. Ahem... Meticulous. Mysterious. Morally gray in the best, most devastating way. His experimental parole program is clinical on the surface, but beneath it brews an ethical storm. He’s meant to evaluate Sadie over two weeks in a secluded cabin. But somewhere between interrogation and obsession, science and seduction—he forgets the rules. And so do we.
📖 This story presents itself like an intimate puzzle box. Short, biting chapters keep you locked in. Every revelation makes you gasp. Every silence screams. Whitney uses dual POVs with surgical precision, peeling back the psyche of each character until you no longer know who’s saving whom or whether they even want to be saved.
The twist? Oh, it’s wicked alright! I pride myself on spotting plot curves from miles away—but this one slammed into me mid-sentence. Audible gasp. Kindle thrown. Heart racing. And yet when the truth clicked into place, it felt… inevitable. That’s masterful writing.
📚 This book isn’t just romantic or suspenseful only - it’s meditative. It makes you sit with discomfort. It asks what cruelty really means. What redemption costs. Whether love born in captivity can ever be free. I have loved each and every book Whitney has written, and this one obviously is no exception. This one, too, lingers. I’m still inside that cabin, long after the last page.
If you're craving something bold, cinematic, psychologically tense, and poetically twisted—Pretty Cruel Love is your next obsession. And yes, I'm absolutely buying the paperback because that cover? A total knockout.
✨ Thank you, Whitney and team, for this ARC. You wrecked me in the best way. Now please write more romantic thrillers. My heart can take it. (Probably.)
Pretty Cruel Love #Review: Not ARC but new to leaving reviews
I was highly anticipating the arrival of this book... not sure why exactly—maybe it was all the little hints Whitney G kept dropping on her socials? 😏 Twist and turns – 😵💫 😵💫 😵💫 😵💫 😵💫 Morally challenged MMC – 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤 Super cute FMC ---- 🎀 🎀 🎀 🎀 🎀 Spice – 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
Sadie Pretty (even the name is super cute) has been in prison for a number of years, for murders she claims she did not commit. Dr Weiss (MMC) is a world renowned Psychiatrist who takes on her case as part of an ‘experiment’…
This is where the story takes a whirlwind of turns
The twists and turn on every page, made me stay past midnight and into the early hours until I finished the book..
Pretty Cruel Love is a spectacularly surprising and exquisitely unexpected journey that will leave you holding your breath and utterly speechless as to what you just experienced. If you are looking for a story that will challenge your perception of reality then look no further. What you find within these pages will evoke your most potent emotions and push your reality to the very edge. Don't go wondering into off-limits places because you may not like what you find.
Sadie has been locked up in prison for murder. She has been in there for over 2 years, and yet she has not lost hope to one day regain her freedom. Her life is filled with more cruelty then you can even imagine, and yet she has kept her dignity and her heart safely intact. Ethan is a renowned behavioral therapist who has found great success in his field. He hopes to continue that success with Sadie regardless of the immense level of opposition that he is receiving even from his own team. Something bothers him about the crime she is accused of committing, and he is determined to unravel it to his satisfaction.
Even after all the time Sadie has spent in prison and all the injustices that she has endured, hope still lives and breaths in her heart and soul. She endures, so that she can attain her most ambition goal. She doesn't waste time trying to get even with those around her that use and abuse her. instead her eyes are cast to the future and the prize that only she sees. Ethan is determined to move forward with his latest experiment. He doesn't understand why people insist on delaying and forcing him to alter his methods. He is not concerned with what makes them comfortable or happy. He just wants to do his job and propel his career forward like he has been doing. He is viscously determined to figure out what it is that people are hiding and shine a bright light on it. After all, that is his job, and the only way that we can all move forward.
Whitney G. has meticulously crafted a world that is both intensely emotional and clinically bare. Clashing those two worlds may bring about incredible feelings of unease and wonder as you walk this twisted yet methodical path. Don't second guess or retrace your steps. Just move forward and embrace the difficult and the uncomfortable for what you find at the end may make it all worth the excruciating journey that awaits you.

I really don’t even know what to say! Like wow! Whitney girl, this book right here, this is it!!!
Ok, I’ll start by saying, I appreciate the short chapters. They just make me feel like I’m reading faster. 😬
If you’re looking for a suspenseful story that will pull you in & hook you then look no further. This is what you want to read.
Now, I’ve read 21 books so far by Whitney & I’ve enjoyed them all. This one was so different from all the others I’ve read by her. Let me tell you, after this, I’m gonna need her to write more suspenseful romance.
I really enjoyed the storyline & the characters. Sadie was interesting. Is she crazy? Is she not crazy? Why did she do some of the things she did? Just question after question turning over in my head. Then there’s Dr. Weiss, the doctor at the secluded cabin that’s supposed to determine if Sadie is a danger to society. What’s his deal? Can he be trusted? Will he be able to prove she’s innocent? Again, so many questions. Then there’s the chemistry between the two & all the things going on at the cabin. It will have you on the edge of your seat.
This one kept me guessing for sure. I didn’t want to put it down. I’m reading along & I’m trying to figure this out. Then I hit a certain chapter but I’m not gonna say which one because I don’t want to give away anything. I’ll just say that I got to the 3rd page of that chapter & threw my kindle down because the wheels in my head were turning & I was telling myself, “I know. I know what’s happening” & I couldn’t believe it but then I thought, noooooo. It can’t be. I’m wrong. Then I picked it back up & continued reading & sure enough, there it was a few pages later. Confirmed. I audibly gasped out loud! Delivery equaled perfection! *insert chef’s kiss* 🤌
I LOVE stories like this. This was edgy, suspenseful, thrilling, captivating & had a hell of a twist! One of my favorites! I’m gonna need Whitney to write more romantic suspense!
Also, can we talk about the book cover?! It’s gorgeous! I’m for sure ordering a paperback for my shelf!
"Maybe -just maybe- the truth (parts of it anyway) will finally rise to the surface. And I'll be able to fly free... before the walls close in again."
OMG!!! I freakin' loved this book!!! From the first moment I layed my eyes on this cover and this title, I just knew I needed it!!! And I was right!!! This story was very original and I liked the suspense and the twists that the author threw our way!!! Sadie and Ethan were everything and even though, their book wasn't a big one, it had so much power in it!!! Even though I am still wondering for some aspects of the story...
You see, Sadie Pretty has been in prison for more than six years for a first degree murder, and to this day, she is still refusing that she had committed these crimes, even though all the evidence were against her... After many denied requests for parole, now is presenting a new opportunity for her... Ethan Weiss is running an experimental program for convicted in order to be considered for a parole. Two weeks in a secluded cabin is all it takes for him to determine if Sadie will be a risk to society, but every minute in her presence will make him question his own morals...
It won't take long for these two to cross the line, but it was a pretty beautiful way to fall!!! Slowly, we are getting answers of the past and what we are discovering is jaw dropping... This story excited me and intrigued me so much!!! Believe me when I am saying that my free time this period is very limited, but I couldn't put this book down!!! It was that good!!! And I loved the element of surprise near to the end!!! What a twist, ugh???
"You regret meeting me now, don't you?" "Not at all. You're exactly my type."
**I received a complimentary copy by the author in exchange of an honest review. Thank you so much!!!**
