Not a lot of fantasy, lesbian, buddy-cop stories out there, so I found this premise pretty refreshing! This needs an editor to fix some minor issues and discrepancies, but I hope Blackwell continues to write stories like this

Thought I'd wait for some review on the book, but it's been half a year now, so I decided to buy it anyway! I haven't had the opportunity to read much of it yet, but I'm looking forward to write my review soon :)
