The McGlinchy Code

Rate this book
Stevie, Tam and Tariq are using clues to search for Leo McGlinchy's stash of booze. Little do they know that their search is leading them to something far more important. A religious maniac is out to stop them, under the orders of a sinister organisation. The lads' quest leads them all around Glasgow and beyond; even as far as New York. Hindered by fascists, hillbillies and unreasonable bus drivers, Stevie, Tam and Tariq search on undaunted. At stake is the lager industry in Scotland. Anyone that enjoys a drink of lager will find out, along with our three heroes, the true history of the drink and the sinister forces that tried to stamp it out.

Although born in Paisley I was brought up in Glasgow and consider myself a Glasgwegian. I worked as a primary-school teacher for 17 years. I am quite an eclectic reader and have a habit of returning to books I have read before. Most of the books I own I have read at least three times each. I have been writing for years now and hoping that somebody, somewhere likes it!
