Andie Bale lives in Ann Arbor (Go Blue!), Michigan, with her husband, daughter and awesome four-legged baby. Her love of reading started at a young age when sneaking her mother's romance books to read was the highlight of her day. Now, she is beyond grateful and excited to be able to bring the characters in her head to life.
JUST FOR FUN is Book 44 of the multi-authored The Holidates series. It's a steamy, opposites-attract, fake-dating, girl gets her hunk romance. Zara is super serious and has no interest in relationships after her parent's messy divorce. Kyle is a charming, partying, playboy who doesn't take life seriously. Zara’s brother challenges her to get a date and she doesn't want to back down. Kyle has a friend's wedding to attend and needs a respectable date, not the usual strippers he dates. Both turn to the Holidates app and hilarity ensues with these extreme opposites. It took me a bit to warm to Zara. I hated Alex, and Kyle cracked me up. Their chemistry was hot, the banter was funny, and the ending was happy after some angst. These opposites helped to balance each other out.

Punctuality matters This is such a great story. I was honestly captivated the whole time. Zara and Kyle were such opposites but their instant attraction and connection was so sweet. This deals with long standing mental trauma from Zara’s parents divorce when she was little, which has led to trust, social and relationship issues for her. The emotion and characterisation is realistic and relatable, with sweet and swoony moments, humour, drama, romance and steam. Friendships are tested and new ones formed and the strength and support of family is beautiful. I can’t wait for Alex’s book next.

Zara has not been interested in a relationship since her parent's divorce. She has her routine but a challenge from her brother about he lack of personal life has her not backing down. Kyle needs a date for his best friend's and the girls he is usually with are no appropriate date material. The get connected on the holidates app, each for their own reasons, they could not be more polar opposites. Given that the chemistry is there between them but there are some that try to interfere.

As soon as I read about their personalities, I knew this book was going to be fun. I instantly loved Zara; she is quirky and is a planner. Kyle is anything but that, he's a carefree playboy. I love how fast and unexpected everything was. There were lots of funny moments and some awkward times but their story was so perfect for them.

Just for Fun: The Holidates Series by Andie Bale. I enjoyed this story and the drama that Zara and Kyle brought to the table. These two are opposites but the attraction is undeniable, and the banter is thoughtful and witty. I enjoyed the premise of the dating app and how it plays out in their blooming romance. Sometimes all it takes is a little fun...

The Holidates Series story of Zara Bray and Kyle Kelly. This one had me mixed up I kept going back and forth on liking and not liking Zara. In the end I was laughing at these two and how much they grew because of meeting each other. This is a drama filled story with the best matched loving characters.

They start dating despite being opposites. I liked how they get along and balance each other. Unfortunately his friend Alex almost ruins things. I'm glad Kyle found a way to be her again and they fall in love.
Zara is an accountant with PTSD issues. Kyle needs an "appropriate " date for a wedding. He has given everyone crap about using the Holidates App. Tropes: Virgin, rom-com, HEA romance, rental date, mental health.
A special thank you to Andie Bale and Booksprout for providing me with an eARC book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
She wanted to prove her brother wrong and be able to attend the party with a date. He wanted to prove to his friends that he could date a stable girl. What neither of them counted on was the app to work for them the way it had for the others. I look forward to seeing what the future holds them all.

When a tragedy in your younger life seeps over to your adult life and it makes you have unique quirks. Finding a person that accepts you and your quirks no matter what is amazing, until the unimaginable happens. Can things be repaired?
This book was a little bit of a mixed bag for me. There were some things that I thought were a bit ludicrous, some that were horrifying, and some that had me laughing hysterically. Zara was a lot…and not necessarily in a good way. To be honest, I found her unlikable. And as I got to learn more about her, and she loosened up a teeny-tiny bit, she started to grow on me. Kyle also started out in much the same way, but her opposite in everything. He didn’t seem to take anything seriously, and his reputation for being a party boy who dated strippers or the like, wasn’t exactly endearing. Yet somehow, when these two were together it worked. Her awkwardness and her matter of fact way of speaking amused him, and he somehow was able to get here to open up. I loved Owen, Zara’s brother! Alex has left a lot to be desired. While I’m glad he apologized, I’m still thrilled with what Zara did to him! I’m curious to see if he can work out his issues and find some happiness for himself.
