Instalove novellas are difficult to rate highly because.. instalove novella.. but for a palette cleanser light read between fantasy you cant go wrong

I give this 4 1/2 Stars!!
I want to start by saying I received an ARC of this book. This is a true sweet instalove book. The main characters are Luca and Mia. Luca is Formula 1 race car driver. Mia owns a family run cabin with her sister. Mia and Luca meet when he is looking for a place to stay as he can’t make it back to his hotel. Will they find room for him as well as others who need a place to stay? Will they give each other the kiss they have wanted when they first met? Are they willing to try and work things out so they can be together? This is a cute and super short instalove book. There were some funny moments that made me laugh. If you love instalove books and a swoony F1 driver then this may be the book for you. I can’t wait to read more in this series.

It is definitely tough rating an insta love novella super highly — because… well, it's an insta-love novella 😅
That said, it was a sweet, light read and worked perfectly as a palette cleanser between heavier books or in my case when you're in a book slump. so personally, I picked it up to help shake off a 3-month reading slump and push myself a little closer to my reading goal, and for that? It totally did its job.
Not groundbreaking, but not trying to be. Quick, cute, and easy to breeze through.

I found this on my audiobook subscription and thought it might be a fun little break between heavier books.
Big mistake. From the very start, the narration felt off — it just didn’t click. Then I checked the book’s page and realized it was read by an AI voice. Ugh.
So yeah, not the best. As an audiobook, I’d honestly give it 0 stars. The novella itself? Maybe 1.5 stars. The idea is cute, but I won't be continuing with the rest of the series.

A fun quick read, witty banter starts at the beginning and continues in this short story. Luca and Mia have an instant connection and love with hot and swoony kisses, shared one bed. Their love is fast just like the Formula 1 racers. Grab this book for a fast and fun read!
