Buenos tips pero muy repetitivo

El libro hace una buena diferenciación de una persona con TDHA y su dificultad para mantenerse concentrado y no procrastinar, sin embargo los consejos resultan siendo repetitivos en varios capítulos.

A Great Book

I don't have a diagnosis of ADHD but boy this process makes sense for me. This was totally worth a read. I think it is also worth a second read.
