Brilliant book! It explains and illustrates how fair chances, a good early education and a prosocial leadership can lead to a better workplace, society, etc. It was also fun to read and cool to see some age-old assumptions turned on their heads (for instance, that experienced people make the best decisions - yes, but may not always have the best ideas, unless they also listen to others in the room; or that positive discrimination works - it does, but it also casts a doubt on the competences and abilities of those from the protected minorities who succeed, unless other measures are in place; etc.). Basically, there are lots of nuances in everything, which is something we should all remember and which is so often overlooked. Enjoyed every page, highly recommendable.
