Erik and Allie worked hard to build a life they were proud of. It wasn’t easy, but by the time they reached their forties, they were content. Not just husband and wife, but also mother and father to three energetic boys. Unfortunately, that didn’t leave much time for each other.

If you have been married for a significant length of time you know that sometimes bedroom activities can fall by the wayside. It is never intentional, nor is it planned, but sometimes life doesn't stop and something has to give.

Black and Quinn change that entire thought process with their Untying the Knot Series. Putting in that effort with your partner is priority number one and this couple has already laid the groundwork.

One simple finger (hehe) opens up a new kink for our couple and as they explore what it means to be filled situations arise that must be handled.

Consent. Conversation. Safety.

With those things comes some of the naughtiest and most fulfilling bedroom moments I have read about in quite some time. If you feel safe and taken care of, the rest will come.

Allie and Erik are the perfect couple—perfect in that they perfectly mirror real-life sexiness in married life. Things don’t always go to plan. There are interruptions. And sometimes even the hottest ideas just don’t work out the way you think they will. But they celebrate the successes and learn from the fails. That’s why with each book in the series I love this couple more.

I love this couples dynamic so much!

I especially love how Erik takes his time, doesn’t put too much pressure on Allie and has her well being in mind when it comes to exploring new k!nks!

This series is proof that the exploration doesn’t have to stop when you have kids. So many people lose that part of themselves over time and it doesn’t have to be that way!

I really think this series could help couples a ton!

I loved this book. I appreciate the fact that the couple feels real. Its so good to read that even though they want things to happen, some things don't always work. Allie and Erik recognize that they are ok and work through it. They can recognize that its ok to be scared or nervous. It is reflective of what a good relationship could and should be. Well done. Go in expecting this to be exactly what it is. This is a short novella about a married a couple and their sexual journey.

I loved that the characters are in their 40s and their inner dialogues were so relatable! I actually wish this story could’ve been longer.
