I don't know what to say anymore, it's been five books and everything I wanted to say, I said it all. But the fact that it is slowly approaching the final arc is kinda interesting. It does seem pretty similar to ม่านเมฆ though, not gonna lie, but eh, it's fun so why not?
I'm not going to take back what I said about the last book since it really was boring and unnecessarily dragged out. But the pacing in this one was much more thrilling and anticipating. The abduction thing was a nice touch and I must admit, I couldn't guess a damn thing about it. The whole time, I was dumbfounded. So kudos for that. The protagonists became a bit more interesting in this one, but my expectation still hasn't been reached. I expected more from them and hopefully I will get what I want. But holydamn, to be Huai Shang's protagonists, you really have to be tough. What do you mean they survived that? Is that even physically possible? Like YX and JT, they have been through sooooo much. Don't they know pain??? Give them a freaking break. I know they are police. But they are still humans, you know?
Also, I really want to know more about the shark guy, Phillip, I assume? You gotta up your game, my man. Go crazy. And I probably have no hope left for QS. Never really interested in that guy from the very beginning. He did have his moments during the final arc of ม่านเมฆ but eh, his personality isn't my type so I can't say too much. Jiang Ting though, that guy is a freaking saint. I love him.
