Vex and Tessa
This author has done it again. The way she combines MC romance with a paranormal twist is incredible. The Kings of Anarchy MC Alaska are a take no prisoners type of MC so when a battle ensues you know it is going to be epic. Tessa and Vex have a pull and Vex has done all he could to stay away…until he couldn’t any more. So sit back and be ready to make this a one sit read with a cliffhanger that is killer. I cannot wait to see what comes next.

This book is everything. We’re back in Alaska with the Kings and we find out what some of our supernatural heroes actually are. There is an edge of your seat battle that is epic. This book is about Vex and Tessa who are perfect for each other.There is a doozy of a cliffhanger and I can’t wait for the next book to see what happens next. This one is can’t put down read in one sitting book, once you start you can’t stop. I highly recommend this book,series and author to everyone, do yourself a favour and add this author to your reading list,you won’t regret it 🖤❤️

Once again, Kathleen Kelly shows just how truly talented she is. This story keeps you on the edge of your seat as you transcend into the supernatural world of the Kings Of Anarchy MC. Vex and Tessa's story is beautifully written. He's a vampire and she's a mortal. Something's coming for Tessa. Something cold and dark and all-consuming. Can Vex and the Kings keep her safe or will she become part of the darkness forever? This is a gripping tale that takes you on a journey like no other. This is Kathleen Kelly at her best! Not only are the characters incredible but the storyline is brilliant. I highly, highly recommend this one.

Great easy read.
This is an easy read, I would have finished this in a day but sleep got in the way. I really enjoyed this book, Kathleen Kelly books are great books. Vex and Tessa are a great couple. I love the Supernatural part of the book. Feel sorry for Prophet .

This book?? This book grabbed me by the throat from page one and didn’t let go. I am still vibrating.
TESSA. MY GIRL.
She just wanted quiet, normal, safe Alaska vibes and instead she got thrown into a world of MC mayhem, ancient monsters, and a vampire biker who would set the entire wilderness on fire for her. Every time she tried to be brave I was like YES QUEEN, fight the darkness, even though the darkness is… uh… stupidly hot.
And VEX?? V E X ???
Absolutely not. That man is ILLEGAL.
Silent, deadly, white-eyed vampire VP of the Kings of Anarchy MC? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THAT INFORMATION EXCEPT LOSE MY MIND.
The obsession? The restraint? The “I’ve been watching you for years” energy? The “if I touch her, I won’t stop” line?? I had to put my Kindle down and just stare at the wall for a full minute like I’d been personally claimed.
The atmosphere is everything—icy Alaska, monsters lurking in the dark, the MC’s gritty don’t-mess-with-us energy, the chaotic family dynamic, the way everyone just KNOWS Vex is unhinged but also respects the hell out of him. The danger feels so real you can practically hear branches snapping outside your window.
And the chemistry? Pure wildfire.
Sharp, intense, raw, and so addictive it should come with a warning label.
Tessa is terrified but drawn in, Vex is a whole storm of “mine” energy, and the push-pull between them made me absolutely FERAL.
This isn’t just a paranormal MC romance — it’s violence and devotion and secrets and survival and the kind of love that bites hard and doesn’t let go.
I finished this book feeling like Kathleen Kelly had bitten me too, and honestly? FINE. TAKE ME. I BELONG TO THE KINGS NOW.

I don’t have the words to explain it
This has fastly become my favourite MC series. The supernatural element just adds so much to it. While I’m thoroughly annoyed with both the cliffhanger and the bonus epilogue., I’ve been literally fighting sleep because I needed to finish this book.
So many jaw dropping moments, I think at one point I actually started sweating. And now my greedy hands cannot wait for the next instalment!!
Don’t pick it up unless you’ve got time to read the whole thing on one sitting because you will struggle to put it down!

Tessa has been trying to ignore Vex after discovering he was not human. He'd been trying to ignore her--without success--after She discovered his secret. The club members were not human. She was afraid something would happen. It does but what?
love the characters. I loved the first book in the series. Over all great story.

2.5 stars.
Well this one was quite disappointing after the 5 star read that was Property of Blade.
As I mentioned in my review of Blade, it was a breath of fresh air as the author prioritized romance over raunchy sex. She wrote the couple getting to know each other and developing a connection before they had sex. Something I am always looking for in a MC Romance but very rarely finding it.
Property of Vex was nothing like that at all.
First of all, I did not like Tessa, by chapter 3 she had moved into tstl territory when she decides not to go to the Kings after she got attacked. She was a stupid, stubborn independent female. It's not brave to be so stupid and stubborn. Then later in the book she has a martyr complex, all traits in a fmc that I dislike. By that time I was rooting for her to actually sacrifice herself so she'd be dead and gone.
Second, we're reading a paranormal/supernatural fictional story and the author inserts her real world political leanings into the story. Climate change is the reason why the big bad is on the loose 🙄. I read for escapism not to have ridiculous real world politics thrown into my face. The worse part is that she spouts the nonsense that climate change has caused the permafrost to melt weakening the seal that holds the big bad in it's prison YET the town in which the club is based is in the southern part of Alaska and is not in the permafrost zone 🙄🙄. Even more is that by the end of the book, the melting permafrost has absolutely no bearing on the strength of the seal keeping the big bad in it's prison.
There were several things that made absolute no sense.
There was some big battle for the finale and I had a hard buying that they would be riding their bikes into the forest on snow and ice and trying to shoot guns while driving.
Tessa was so afraid of Vex but then does an immediate 180° turn about and it seemed more about giving into hormones aka being a slut than anything else and then somehow all of a sudden she's in love? Lust does not equal love.
They teach her self defense and how to shoot and within a day she's perfect at it.
She's from some special bloodline that's been tasked to keep the big bad in it's prison but she has no clue about that at all. That just makes the whole thing seem too far fetched and like the author was just writing it on the fly making things up as she went along and didn't think things through.
After all is said and done it's suggested that Tessa consider having children because her BLOODLINE is necessary to keeping the seal closed and she gets all pissed that she's being relegated to broodmare status to continue her BLOODLINE. That just makes her an idiot. The story would have been better if she'd just sacrificed herself than she wouldn't have to worry about being a broodmare 🙄🙄🙄.
Major personal ick, masturbation scenes, especially if it's the fmc doing it. 🤮🤮
Too many explicit sex scenes
There were also editing issues and confusing time jumps.
I won't be reading any more from this author as apparently Blade's book was a one off. ☹

I fell in love with the first book in the Kings of Anarchy MC written by Kathleen Kelly, Property of Blade. It was like a mash up of Twilight meets Sons of Anarchy. If you need an explanation Twilight is a book and movie series about vampires, werewolves and falling in love with humans and Sons of Anarchy is a television show about a motorcycle club and the craziness surrounding them.
The Kings of Anarchy MC is about a motorcycle club that is tasked with keeping Alaska safe ... no matter what !!! And in the first book we met the President Blade who falls for Hannah who moved there to heal from an accident and relationship that went bad. I won't say anything else about that except go read it !!!
Now in Property of Vex, the second book, we follow the Vice President, Vex, who has been in love with Tessa for years. Tessa runs the local diner that he has coffee at every morning. Tessa knows the monster he is but cannot help the attraction.
The two are bought together when ancient beings who were locked away underground are starting to break through the seal and have put their claiming mark on Tessa. Tessa's bloodline sealed these demons away ages ago and now they are trying to go through her to be released. The mark on Tessa is ice cold and the damage being down is that people are being killed through the ice.
Tessa has no other choose but to work with Vex and the motorcycle club to try to save Crystal Creek and reseal the demons. Unfortunately, in order to do this Tessa as the anchor with the bloodline may have to sacrifice herself ..... whether Vex approves or not. He will have to try to accept this and lose her forever ....
Man, oh man !!! I thought the first book was crazy but this one is EXPLOSIVE !! I don't know how Kelly does it but I'm glad she does ! I did not want the book to end even though I had to know what happened. And you really get to see the club at their best and worst and you will love it. I had to look to make sure there was going to be another book to look forward to and I probably shouldn't have because now that I know there is and what it is about, I cannot wait !!! Talk about cruel and unusual punishment ...lol.

Property Of Vex is book 2 in the Kings Of Anarchy MC, Alaska Chapter. This is Vex and Tessa's journey. Vex is the VP of the Kings in Crystal Creek, Alaska. His and Tessa's story is a gritty, dark, supernatural story. I love this author but I'll admit, these stories always catch me off guard. They're not my normal read and admittedly, she snags me every single time with her tales of vampires, shifters, whatever other worldly antics she gets up to in these stories. I absolutely LOVE Vex and Tessa! I love that for so long they have this unrequited love/attraction. It's only until another danger comes for her that the usually quiet Vex shows her just what she means to him. Tessa has been keeping secrets and protecting the club for a long while. It's only when she finally comes out of hiding that she finds she feels just a little more than she realized. This story is completely enthralling from start to finish. There so much going on I was afraid to stop so before I knew it I'd read the entire book in one sitting! A fantastic addition to this series!

Powerful paranormal MC romance.

Wow what can I say, Vex and Tessa were fire! These two danced around each other for a while now and when she saw him for who he really is it freaked her out, but the attraction is still there, the spark between them and when Tessa’s in trouble Vex senses something isn’t right and goes into action to protect her at all costs even if he loses control and takes what he wants, when he should leave her alone. The rush to figure out how to slay the danger coming to their front door. I loved these two and the love they have for each other. Absolutely loved this story and can’t wait for more in this series.

Holy shit!
Holy shit!! HOLY SHIT!! To be fair this is far from holy! But freaking hell!! So this book picks up from the end of Blade’s story and I could not of predicted how this book was going to turn.
I knew Vex felt the connection between him and Tessa. He had been watching over her for two years. But he was trying hard to ignore it when something ungodly comes for her!
Not on his watch or The Kings! Nobody fucks with the Kings! And my heart just….. at one point I was in tears, shouting at my kindle!
And that ending?!!

Another good one!
Finally got to see Tessa & Vex come to life and it’s soooooo freaking worth it!

This is more than 5 stars!! I loved it except 4 the very end. And it's heartbreaking about what happened in the end with that 1 death. Vex is a old vampire she is her mate but they both want 2 fight it at 1st. When a evil comes 2 destroy everything and everyone she finds out after she got attacked by a unknown intity that her family is wardens of this creature. What does she decide 2 do about it all? She needs 2 decide fast b4 it's 2 late. it was really good but tense in a few spots.

I loved Vex and Tessa’s story. For the past two years, Vex has been watching her, keeping her safe, protecting her. Even after Tessa discovers who (or what) the club really is, he continues to protect her, though she’s begun to keep her distance. Now something dark is manifesting, and it wants Tessa. Can Vex and the club protect her from what’s coming?

This was just ok, I liked Tessa and Vex but not nearly as much as I liked Blade and Hannah. There were editing issues (grammatical and plot) that pulled me out of the story a few times. I’m here for the vibes so I can look past it, but I can still feel my eyes rolling with the “this kiss was different” phrase. With all this, I really love Prophet, and the next installment of the series will definitely be on my TBR.

I'm blown away by this book! Kathleen Kelly's writing is like a siren's call - it draws you in, and you can't help but devour every word. The story of Vex and Tessa is a wild ride, with a vampire and a mortal falling in love. It's a match made in heaven... or hell, depending on your perspective! If you're a fan of paranormal romance and MCs, this one's a must-read. Buckle up, folks, it's a killer ride!

Vex and Tessa are EVERYTHING. I absolutely love how protective and obsessed Vex is with Tessa. I also love how Tessa excepts Vex as he his and how much they love each other. I like how they all work together to rewrite history to defeat the evil. I could say a lot more but don't want to give to much away.

I do love a bit of the supernatural/paranormal and this book doesn’t disappoint. Tessa, loved from afar by the brooding vampire, love is all around them, but Vex is holding back. It takes a creature who wants to erase the world to bring them together. Hold on for a ride that will have you crying one minute and cheering the next. I’ve already pre ordered the next in the series

I loved the first book of the Kings this second one is amazing so much going on , Tessa and Vex overcome the trauma of both of them suffering from different pasts . Dang i loved seeing the brothers and who they become, and the ending what ! So much to devour and I can’t wait for the next book.

Property of Vex
Vex and Tessa was a fun read and I actually liked the story a lot, but there were a few editorial errors, and I felt like the author repeated herself in several chapters. I gotta give it four stars for that alone, but the book was fun and I did enjoy it. These two ran hotter than book 1. So I'm hanging in for Prophet's story.

Unexpected
The book was not what I expected. It was better. It had sexual tension between Tessa and Vex. Their connection was beyond understanding. He’s a vampire, immortal and she’s a mortal. How they interact between each other, the MC brothers and the curse is what’s the story amazing and unforgettable.
