Ghost lied to his club to protect me, putting a target on both our backs.

Trouble is… I didn’t know I needed saving. Or that I was still being haunted by my past.

Now my loyalty to the Twisted Kings is in question, and the only man who can protect me is a tall, tattooed biker with a taste for revenge and a vow of abstinence.

Ghost is haunted.
He’s reclusive.
He ignores me at every turn, and I’m certain I mean nothing to him.

Until I discover Ghost has been watching more than surveillance through the clubhouse cameras.

He sees everything.
And I’m his favorite subject.

Guess what? I liked this one a little more than I liked Steel. Ghost was the best. Imagine a massive super tall biker, tattooed from neck to knuckles, who’s also the club hacker and best in torture techniques. Imagine that he is so quiet and brooding that he barely speaks to anyone besides his very close brothers. Imagine that club bunnies try everything to catch his attention but he’s been celibate for 5 years with no plans of breaking that. Now imagine him being completely obsessed with Luna this sweet girl with violet hair. He is the BIGGEST stalker ever, he has cameras even in her room and he watches her day/night, yes even when she’s asleep…. 😂😂😂😂
So you know that when she broke his walls he was FERAL for her ! 😍🔥😍🔥😍 he never had any doubts of his feelings, it was always and only her. The only doubts he had were the same every biker has and it is how to bring any good person into their criminal dangerous life.
I loved !

All the perks of Motorcycle Club, Gamer, Biker, Hacker, Stalker, Tension, Found Family, and none of the angst or frustration. 🏍️⭐

I enjoyed how obsessed Luna and Ghost were with each other, and the small subtle, and big things they would do for each other.

Ghost is dark, with a heavy present and past that he carries with him.
He's your dangerous neighborhood broody protective tatted hottie. He carries his heart on his sleeve, but only those who know him see it.

Luna is your feisty determined best friend. She spreads warmth around her, with a side of thrill and dare.
Watching her break Ghost's resolve is entertaining, especially since he was a gone-gone-gonerrr for her.

The build-up and the world were smooth to read through and understand, although there are a lot of elements at play.

I have received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

"An angel like her doesn't belong in hell, but if that's where I'm headed, I just might have to take her with me now."

It’s been a while since I dove into an MC romance, and I completely forgot how much I enjoy them! This book has everything I love about the genre: action, strong brotherhood bonds, sizzling tension between the main characters, and of course, some seriously steamy scenes. Ghost and Luna’s story unfolded slowly, and I savored every moment. The suspense had me on the edge of my seat, and I didn’t see the plot twist coming, even though I probably should have!

Ghost is the talented hacker for the Twisted Kings MC. He’s got that broody vibe and has sworn off love due to a heartbreaking past. But what I loved was his loyalty to the club and how completely obsessed he becomes with Luna from the very beginning. The moment he lays eyes on her, it's clear he’d do anything for her, even if it means bending the rules for his club. His fiercely possessive nature and prioritization of her well-being made my heart flutter!

"Luna crossed my scorched path and offered me hope. She made me believe I can be a better man."

Luna is an incredible match for Ghost. Despite her youth, she’s smart and possesses hacker skills that rival his. She’s been through a lot since childhood but remains strong and determined to create a better life for herself. One thing she truly yearns for is a sense of family, and I loved how she found that within the Twisted Kings MC. Her bravery in capturing Ghost's attention made me cheer for her! Their mutual obsession and possessiveness towards each other are just so captivating, and I’m here for it!

This book is such a fantastic introduction to Eva’s work, and I love her writing style. I can’t wait to dive into Steel’s story and, of course, I’m excited about Legacy’s book too. Thanks to Eva Simmons and The Author Agency for providing me with the eARC!

This is the second book of the Twisted Kings series but can be read as a standalone. I hadn't read the first book, but after reading Ghost, I couldn't download Steel fast enough!

This was my first MC romance, and it definitely won't be my last. I love the mix of action and broody men who are willing to protect their club and the women they love at all costs. Ghost, our MMC, is a hacker healing from some past trauma who has vowed to not let anyone in-until Luna enters his life. Luna, the FMC, is a badass gamer girl who also happens to be an excellent hacker. I enjoyed their dynamic and the secret obsession they have for each other. The story is perfectly balanced with spice, along with intriguing plot twists and turns.

Thank you Eva and The Author Agency for the ARC!

Ghost was a good read. I liked the characters and their interactions. The guys separately as well as the ladies. Sadly what didn’t work for me was the romance between Luna and Ghost. I needed more tension and pining. Not Luna throwing herself at Ghost and him rejecting her. Also there was way too much internal monologue which also affected my overall opinion of the story. I didn’t get as invested and deep into the story and the romance as I had hoped.
Still I’m going to continue cause I’m interested in Legacy and his baby daughter Bea. Their close relationship with Ghost was definitely a highlight.

Another hit from Simmons.

Luna and Ghosts mutual obsession with each other drew me right in and I couldn’t get enough, first with the pining, and then when they finally gave in, the spice 🥵

The two were made for each other, and as we continued to explore the Twisted Kings world I ate it right up.

This is the second book in the Twisted Kings series and can be read as a standalone if preferred, but I would recommend reading in order as you get a better understanding of the characters and their history in book one, Steel.

After finishing Steel I was so excited to dive into Ghost and Luna’s story, probably a little too excited lol. I actually enjoyed the slower burn with this one, it made more sense once Ghost’s past was fully revealed and just hey, sometimes those slowburns burn even hotter by the end (that club scene ooofff. iykyk) ;) Ghost is a man OBSESSED, no joke. Idk what it says about me, but I loved that he enjoyed just watching her on his cameras constantly…such a protector. Another one of the biggest selling points for this series is the found family aspect behind it. The members of the Twisted Kings MC are closer than family and they protect their own. I already cannot wait for more!

I gave this one 4 stars out of 5 only because I predicted the bigger plot twists pretty early on and it took a bit of the excitement away for me. (This honestly is probably due to reading so many of this author’s books and getting so familiar with her writing style.)
With that said, I still 1000% recommend this series!

The way they both are equally obsessed with each other, in secret, more so every day was chefs kiss 💋 the possession, caring for each others safety & undeniable attraction was really fun to watch unfold. OMG I LOVED,LOVED,LOVED This book.!! GHOST is book number 2 in this series and it was just as captivating and addictive as the first book, I am loving The Twisted Kings MC. Luna and Ghost are such an intense, passionate and amazing love story, a love story I don't think they even expected.
Ghost is a biker who took a vow of celibacy after something that happened in his past, makes him just stay away from people. His role in The twisted Kings is the protector of the club he specializes in surveillance and a bit of hacking...He doesn't talk much, being the strong silent type and when he sees Luna he finds something else to protect and watch. Ghost becomes infatuated with Luna as soon as their eyes meet and the feeling is mutual. Luna is a gamer who also has hacking skills and she keeps breeching the clubs fire walls...This gets under Ghost's skin and the chemistry between them is electric. Luna has had her own unpleasant past and she has been so lonely, yet she finds a family in The Twisted Kings MC. Ghost is a troubled soul with a murky past that holds him back, because he never gets close to anyone. But Luna gets inside of the walls he has built around himself and she accepts all of his darkness and broken pieces. Because they do share a history of trauma in their lives, together they help one another heal the scars they have. Eva Simmons always reels me in with her stories, I am enjoying her writing a lot. There is so much to love about this book, The Anticipation, The spice and the love they have for one another it is all just perfect.
I can't wait for more of The Twisted Kings MC. BRILLIANT. 5 Stars.- Cat W.

Wow! I absolutely love a good MC romance and this series has not disappointed me yet! This is book 2 in the Twisted Kings MC series, but it can be read as a standalone if you haven’t read the 1st book. Ghost is the Twisted Kings hacker/cyber security tech and he has closed himself off to showing he cares about anyone other than his club. Then he meets Luna, the hacker that he’s obsessed with and the feeling is mutual. It’s definitely a love/want to hate relationship between these two, but the chemistry is undeniable and when they give in it’s pure fire!! When it comes to Luna, Ghost will do anything even it means going against his club to rescue her from a rival club. I can’t wait to see what’s next in this series because I’m definitely hooked!!- Elizabeth

Holy cow this book was a rollercoaster ride of suspense, action, drama, angst, and spice. I loved this book from beginning to end and couldn't put it down until I reached the end. I thought the storyline was page-turning and original. I thought the characters were well-written, complex, and had an undeniable chemistry. I love a good MC book, and this one checked off all of my favorite tropes. There is the MMC who is emotionally unavailable, or so it seems, a little omission of truths; he's obsessed and possessive and has a mouth that sins in many ways. I loved the FMC was smart, loyal, and protective of her found family. I felt all the emotions from happiness to sadness while reading this book. I love Eva Simmons's books; she has created a dark and exciting world filled with characters that will break your heart and have you swooning the next. I am so ready for what comes next in the Twisted Kings MC series!!!-by Brooke

This is my first Eva Simmons book and DANG did it deliver.

Two of my good bookish friends have been talking a lot about how much they love Eva's book, so when I read the blurb for Ghost I thought, well this sounds right up my alley. And it was. I could NOT put this down and finished it in less than 24 hours.

If you're a sucker for MC romance like I am, you're going to want to pick up this series immediately. It's definitely a darker romance with a morally grey MMC (oh hey Marcus Jasper aka Ghost). But Ghost has everything a dark romance lover could want - he's possessive, growly, tatted, and he belongs to a motorcycle club. Not to mention he's absolutely OBSESSED with his woman and has eyes for her and her only...

Then we've got our FMC, Luna, who's quite the badass as well. She's a gamer girlie with a knack for hacking computer systems. Despite her traumatic upbringing and bouncing around various foster homes, Luna has finally found her own "home" with the Twisted Kings motorcycle club in Las Vegas. Her and Ghost both work together ensuring the safety of the MC compound by setting up high tech cameras and making sure no one else can hack into their system. The two spend quite a bit of time together, but Luna just can't seem to break down whatever walls Ghost has built up to keep her out. One minute he can't keeps his eyes off of her, the next he seems to be ignoring her completely. Little does she know, the man has eyes quite literally everywhere, and he only has eyes for her...

I think I found a new series to obsess over, and I am not mad about it. This book was so binge worthy, fast paced, and hooked me immediately. Not to mention the SPICE. Hot DAMN it was so good.

I'll leave you with one quote I loved (even though I highlighted so many parts):
"You're worth more than you can comprehend, Luna. More than a man like me is owed in twenty lifetimes. You're worth bargaining my own damn soul."

Read if you like:
- MC romance
- dark romance
- morally grey MMC
- touch her and die
- forced proximity
- SPICE
- HEA

Thank you to Eva for my eARC!

*My ONLY wish for this book is that we had gotten to see Luna become Ghost's old lady. Ghost told his brothers he wanted to make Luna his old lady, but he never told Luna that. Yes, they still get their HEA, but I wanted to see her reaction or how the club celebrated them.

I kinda wanna rate the romance and the club business separately.

Because the romance was what the books are made for. The tension in the first half of the book was of the giggling & squeaking variety and I ate every single bite of it. Then the whole emotional connection development came in with a nice serving of smut and it got even better.
I kinda wanted some big romantic moment at the end to seal the deal, though.

As for the club business, nothing much happened in the book. The plot twists were obvious and I couldn’t quite understand anyone’s reasoning.

Everyone knew the rival club had their sights set on Luna specifically, so why didn’t the Twisted Kings think about showing her any of those guys’ pictures to find a potential connection? That would save them a lot of time.

Luna wasn’t much smarter either. She lived with them for over a year, she knew the dangers of that… environment, yet she decided to go in to meet the enemy with no backup whatsoever AND covered her tracks? What did she think was gonna happen - a nice chat over some tea and cookies? Come on.

So, basically, nothing particularly significant happened and anything that happened was just a result of them acting stupid.

Nevertheless, it was a fun read and I’m excited about the next book after that epilogue.

This ARC came at the perfect time because I’d had been itching to dive back into an MC romance and after the banger of a first book I could not wait to get into Ghost and Luna’s story 🖤

When Ghost met Luna he was tracking her attempt to hack the club. Knowing he had to protect her and the club he lied to everyone and brought her on board. After the events of the last book with Tempe and Steel he comes clean to the club and they attempt to find out who had originally hired Luna. Throughout the past year, Luna had thought there was something between the two of them but Ghost shot her down at every opportunity. When her safety is put on the line Ghost realizes he will stop at nothing for this girl he has distanced himself from for the last year.

This story had so much depth and plot while also having steamyyyyy spice I loved every second of it. The push and pull between Ghost and Luna was delicious. I loved seeing her test and tempt him in every way imaginable. The way that Ghost watched Luna was downright unhinged but in the very best of ways. I loved both of these characters so much and seeing them come together and be there for each other was such a beautiful journey.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

I cannot WAITTTTT for single dad Legacy’s story up next. There was so much foreshadowing about what was to come and I LOVE being right 😇

“He saw me and couldn’t let me go. I saw him and wanted to stay.”

Ended up devouring this in one sitting! Luna and Ghost meet after she unknowingly tries to hack into the MC club he's a part of, however he shuts her out and keeps it a secret from everyone. After some time passes, Luna finds herself moving to Vegas and ends up taking a job with Ghost and his club. The spark Luna thought they once had seems to be absent, but she can't stop thinking about Ghost. Little does she know, he feels the same way but is holding back.

Loved the mix of plot and spice in this book! I also loved seeing Ghost open up as their relationship changes. And the other main members of the club really help make this fun to read! Cannot wait for the series to continue!

What to expect:
🖤Dark MC romance
💀Biker with a vow of abstinence
🖤Gamer FMC
💀He's stalking her
🖤Mutual obsession
💀Hidden identity
🖤He lied to his club to protect her
💀Touch her and die
🖤Voyeurism, public play, and sex cams

I’ll be honest — the beginning of Ghost didn’t do much for me. The characters felt a little flat at first, like they were being held at arm’s length. But once the story settles, they start opening up in exactly the messy, addictive way I wanted. The lead gets more layered the further you go — guarded, stubborn, clearly carrying more weight than they let on — and watching those cracks show made me a lot more attached than I expected early on.
The love interest is the real surprise. He comes off cold and untouchable in the beginning, almost too controlled, but the deeper you get, the more his edges soften in these subtle, blink-and-you-miss-it ways. Their dynamic shifts from wary to charged fast, and once they start actually interacting instead of circling each other, the chemistry is undeniable. The spice hits at the right time too — not dragged out, not rushed, just perfectly aligned with the tension breaking between them.

this was everything it needed to be. if you knew the lengths i went to get this arc... i have wanted to know marcus' story since he was mentioned in steel. and then that unrequited love that luna thought was happening with him but in reality this man has been obsessed with her since the moment he laid eyes on her. i mean he painted his bike the color of her hair. if that's not obsessed i don't know what is.

i loved everything about their story and how they both helped each other grow. luna opened marcus up to love again after he shut himself off because something traumatic happened in his life many many years ago and luna found a home and her soulmate after being alone throughout her childhood.

i mean you can see my reactions as i was reading the book. they're both obsessed and possessive of each other. eva's infamous public claiming scenes will forever live rent free in my mind. the spice, the plotline, the found family. the little teaser at the end for Legacy's book. yuppp amazing job Eva.

Thank you so much to The Author Agency and Eva Simmons for the ARC!

(I received an ARC for this book)

Trigger Warnings include:
MC violence on page including torture and murder, kidnapping, mentions of sexual assault and human trafficking, drug and alcohol use, obsessive behavior between the MCs. sexual content includes voyeurism, public sex, choking, cum play
The characters in this series make morally gray decisions that are not always redeemable. Hard topics will be discussed that may be sensitive for some readers. Content warnings (which contain spoilers) can be found on the author’s website .

I finally got to spend time with my favorite hacker! Something about that man’s camera skills does things to me…Once these two had their hacker meet cute, there was no turning back for my heart. I was all in! Ghost lies to his patched brothers, and then gets Luna a job with them. So obviously things are a bit messy. Which only makes it more delicious! Toss in mutual over the top mutual obsession and the way she constantly tests him, and oh boy! Gentle Ghost did dangerous things to my heart. A protective biker with a stalking streak, who hands out forehead kisses?! Man is the definition of “only for her”. He’s got a dirty mouth, she’s got a fierceness that could take him out, and while I love those things, my favorite thing about them was their bonded hearts, their bonded souls. Eva always writes my next favorite couple, and Ghost and Luna are no exception! I can’t wait for another round with this MC!

My Favorite Quotes:
• “You’re the kind of girl who deserves a hell of a lot more than you get from life. You deserve to feel good. To be worshipped. To be treated right.”
• “I can’t have you any more than this.” “Too bad you already do.”
• “You’re worth bargaining my own damn soul.”
• “I have control over most things in my life, but needing you—craving you—isn’t one of them.”
• “You might as well be my greatest sin.” “Then take me to hell with you.”
• “Are you worried someone’s going to see my cock, beautiful?” “It’s my cock.” “That’s right. So, claim it.”
• “Who do you belong to?” “You.” “That’s right. And that’s what you’re going to get. All. Of. Me.”
• “You’re all that matters to me.
• “You’re so fucking beautiful. My greatest sin.”
• “I already have a home. I have you.”

Let’s talk about Paulina. Yes, Ghost introduced her to the Twisted Kings. I’m positive she didn’t meet her boyfriend through them. Not unless the Twisted Kings and Iron Sinners used to party together. I’d bet money that they didn’t. Of course guilt isn’t usually rational so Ghost can hang onto feeling responsible for what happened to Paulina until hell freezes over. He thinks they killed her to get back at him. Why? What did he do? He makes it sound like it was specifically directed at him, not the club in general.

What’s the point of his celibacy? Paying penance isn’t going to bring her back. He should have quit the club if he really wanted to self-flagellate.

What about Luna’s past? All I’ve read so far are hints that she’s hiding something that could be detrimental to her relationship with Ghost.*

There almost always seems to be kidnappings in these books and this one doesn’t disappoint. The instigator is interesting here.

*Nothing came to light for me. Living in a bunch of foster homes isn’t ideal but I don’t see why she would need to keep it hidden.

Ghost and Luna’s bonus story raises the question of why these people are willing to live away from the safety of the compound. I understand that it’s not an ideal place to raise children but wouldn’t it be safer than living in a neighborhood, enabling rival gangs to take them out with ease? I somehow had the impression that Steel’s house was still within the confines of the club's perimeter.

4/21/25 ETA - Just started reading Legacy: Mom was the only buffer... She lived in the neighborhood, a grouping of houses at the edge of the Twisted Kings compound. A place where the Twisted Kings are able to keep their families protected within the gates of the property line. The neighborhood is far enough from the clubhouse that it almost feels like a different place entirely,...

This answers my question about family living arrangements.

There’s something about a broody MC guy with a tragic past that’s always going to work on me, and Ghost had my attention from the start. The Twisted Kings MC is a world I enjoy returning to, and this book delivered obsession, pining, loyalty… and yes, a fair amount of frustration.

Ghost is quiet, intense, and deeply loyal to the club, having sworn off love because of his past. What I liked most was how completely obsessed he is with Luna from day one. He hovers, protects, and scares off any guy who gets too close — even as he stubbornly keeps her at arm’s length, convinced his feelings automatically put her in danger.

Luna is a solid match for him. She’s young but smart, resilient, and capable in ways that genuinely impressed me. She’s been through a lot and still wants to build a better life — and watching her find a sense of family within the Twisted Kings was one of my favorite parts.

The chemistry between Ghost and Luna is strong, and the mutual pining creates real tension. But Ghost keeping Luna at arm’s length for most of the book tested my patience. I understand the trauma, but after a while the constant “I can’t be with you to keep you safe” loop got old. WE. GET. IT. And unfortunately, we got it for about 70% of the story.

Luna’s big sacrifice moment also had me eye-rolling. The lack of communication and questionable decisions on both sides made things harder than they needed to be. That said, the chemistry still carried me through, even if neither of the characters fully hooked me.

Steel and Tempe were always going to be a tough act to follow, so while this wasn’t my favorite in the series, I still enjoyed my time with Ghost, Luna, and the Twisted Kings.

This was frustrating read. The fmc in the prologue is a hacker that gets caught by the mmc trying to hack into the MC. He hides it from his club and doesn't tell her he knew. She didn't know who she was hacking, which is weird??. How would you not know who you're hacking? I'm guessing there was overlap from the first book, which I didn't read. Plot hole aside, he asks her to come to Vegas where their headquarters is. This is where their story actually starts.

What I thought would be a story about a hacker/ competent fmc was not. She didn't hack anymore, she was essentially doing minor IT work if that. She was throwing herself at the mmc the first 45% of the book and he kept rejecting her over and over. I wanted her to have some self respect. I was getting second hand embarrassment on her behalf. What's sad is how she kept thinking about the club bunnies and how desperate they were. She is self aware to an extent and does realize her hypocrisy.

Eventually she does wear him down because he was obsessed with her, but it didn't feel natural and because she kept throwing herself at him.

There's also the plot that whoever she was hacking the MC for is trying to get her back and she endangers the whole MC by playing martyr.

My Review:
Eva does it again! 🙌 This one was a slow burn, but wow, it was so worth the wait.

Luna and Ghost are the perfect definitions of made for each other—their past, present, and future just clicked so perfectly. 💕

The plot? Honestly, it just keeps getting better with every book in this series. The mix of romance, angst, action, and suspense hit all the right notes.

Eva really knows how to deliver a perfect balance of everything. I can’t wait to read Legacy's book!

Blurb: Ghost lied to his club to protect me, putting a target on both our backs.
Author's Note: Ghost is a dark MC romance with a morally grey hero, heavy subject matter, mature content, and explicit scenes. Content/TWs (which contain spoilers) can be found on author's website. 18+ Standalone with HEA guaranteed

The Good:

* Strong found family themes. I assume that’s with most MC romances but I have honestly never read one! I’ve never been interested in the idea of it but I saw the name Eva Simmons and I had to read it. BTW, this is book #2 in a series but you can follow the plot just fine without having read #1.

* The Ghost and Luna love story is just so cute. They both grew up without families and the way that they lean into each other because of that is really sweet, in my opinion.

* I loved that the FMC is a gamer. It’s not a huge part of the storyline but it definitely does play a part. You just don’t see that too often in books. I’m not a big gamer personally, at least not beyond The Sims on PC but I appreciate the rep!

The Meh:

* Not much to gripe about other than there was one plot point that I felt was pretty predictable. That’s all of got for you in this section!

Bottom Line:

At this point, I am convinced that if Eva Simmons writes it I will love it. I just vibe with her writing. This series doesn’t seem like it’s as dark as the Sigma Sin series so if you’re looking to dip your toe into more of a gray romance and you liked Sons of Anarchy, check this one out! This is the 2nd in a series with each book focusing on a member of the MC with book #1’s MMC focusing on Steele, the club president (just in case you’d like to start at the beginning).

Someone is trying to hack into the motorcycle club that Ghost protects. Watching their every digital move fascinates him to the point that he has to know who it is. Tracking their location turns fruitful, and Ghost comes face to face with the most beautiful, innocent and beguiling woman he's ever seen. Now he has to decide whether to bring up her hacking to the pres, or lie to protect her.

*****

I've heard that Eva Simmons is a fantastic author, and this book reinforced it. Ghost is an obsessed and broken man, set to protect everyone he cares about from himself. Luna is a damaged and broken woman, looking to find a home where she finally belongs, and a safety net to call her own. Her hacking skills get her into Ghosts sights, but his obsession gets her deeper into a troubling world she might not survive.

This book was a slower burn between the two leads, with plenty of typical motorcycle club antics, including exhibitionism, club bunnies, and illegal weapons trafficking. This can be read as a standalone without any issues, but to get a deeper grasp on the characters and club history, I'd still read the first book in the series. Otherwise it was a fast-paced read, with fully-fleshed and engaging characters, and a couple of twists that were easy to spot, but still satisfying to see unfold.

At the end we get a peek into what will be the next novels leads, and I genuinely can't wait to dive into it!

*****

Thank you to The Author Agency for the digital ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

From first meeting Ghost a while back, I KNEW there was something special about him. Something that needed to be brought to light. He just had the mysterious, brooding and morally grey vibes that we ALL NEEDED, and I NEEDED his story… AND I AM SOO FUCKING EXCITED THAT WE FINALLY GOT IT! *Cue screaming from the rooftops*

Ghost is what I thought he would be AND MORE AND I FUCKING LOVE EVERY FUCKING INCH OF THIS MAN OH. MY. GOD. He is EVERYTHING AND MORE and I COULD NOT GET ENOUGH. His wit, humour and charm, not to mention how he holds himself is just *chef’s kiss*. His morals, and how he has been OBSESSED with Luna since the beginning and has done so in his own little ways HAD ME DYING. UGH. Why can’t someone be obsessed with me like that? WHY DOES HE HAVE TO BE FICITONAL. UGH.

And Luna! AAHHH! I LOVED HER. She stood her ground and wasn’t afraid to be who she was with being the most selfless and caring person ever when it came to the people she cared about. Oh, how I FUCKING DIED at her trying to get Marcus to break. THAT SHIT WAS FUCKING HILARIOUS. And I FUCKING LOVED IT. She is such a good match for him, and they ARE SO FRIGGIN CUTE I CANNOT.

The twists, turns and FUCKING plot twists in this book were insane! But I loved being able to see FINALLY what went down when Ghost first brought Luna to Twisted Kings and how their relationship bloomed into the MOST ADORABLE FUCKING THING ON THE PLANET. I. AM. OBSESSED. WITH. THEM. I loved it so much! *Cries because it was too cute, and I cannot.*

Tengo muchas expectativas 🤭

⭐⭐⭐.5 (rounded it to 4, because I know I would have enjoyed it more had I read book 1 first.)
🌶️🌶️🌶️

Thank you Eva Simmons and The Author Agency for allowing me to read an ARC for Ghost and leave my honest review.

Ghost is my first Eva Simmons book and she definitely left a good first impression

Ghost started a little slow for me, but picked up fairly quickly. Possessive Ghost was everything and then some. "Any gentleness is gone, and I’m faced with the beast he hides in his silence." Like 🥵!

I loved the spicy scenes, the banter and the over chemistry the main and side characters had. However there were too many side characters to keep up with, and maybe because I haven't read Steel it was hard to keep up with why each one was important. And because so many names and clubs were being mentioned there were times I got lost, and felt I was dropped into a well established world.

I thought I had this story figured out, but the plot twist definitely threw me. And I wasn't expecting the villain to be who it ended up being.

Overall Eva Simmons has created interesting characters and established a story that makes you want to dive in for more.

Luna and Ghost were a banter filled and spicy couple. And I just love me a good desk spicy scene, and Eva deliciously delivered one. Luna and Ghost found belonging within their relationship, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future.

“You’re worth more than you can comprehend, Luna. More than a man like me is owed in twenty lifetimes. You’re worth bargaining my own damn soul.” 😭🤧

Ghost's ending was a little rushed, but I know there is more action to come. The dynamics between the characters peaked my interest enough to want to go back and read Steel, while also being excited to read Legacy's story and the woman who will bring him to his knees. Eva had me at single dad/nanny romance.

We listen and we don't judge:

And that’s when I realize he’s drawing the letters of Ghost on my back with his cum. “Only mine.” He crosses the T. “Only yours.”

I will never forget this exact scene as long as I live 🤭. Cause this was kinky, and I oddly enough I found it extremely hot.

Arc received for honest review.

Sometimes I fear I'm starting to sound like a broken record with the reviews for Eva Simmons' books.

I have been hooked by book after book and this one wasn't any different.

You know when you meet Marcus and Luna in Steel you can almost feel the tension between them and boy was that tension just a glimpse.
From the first page of the prologue Ghost has you hooked into this ride towards healing, love and just desire between him and Luna.

These characters had me in my feels at late hours into the night.

Luna is such a strong badass that pulls you in and has you rooting for her in all her antics that lead her to her HEA. The way she holds her own in a world filled with debauchery is phenomenal.

Marcus was such a thrill to get into his mind and see what makes him so protective. He takes you on a journey towards healing and seeing into his last you can't help but understand his need to be the protector of all.

The level of obsession these two have for each other and the way it effortlessly matures into love was everything.

This journey Eva Simmons always takes us on with her characters is one that heals me piece by piece everytime.

Can't wait for the next one.

I started this book and couldn't put it down. It sucked me into is dark web and trapped me in. Ghost had me curious from the start. Ghost and Luna had me from the start. I'm a sucker for motorcycle clubs. This one is tattooed and possessive? Yum. I loved every inch of this (pun intended). This was so freaking good! UGH I wish I was Luna fr.

The war continues between rival gangs. I loveeeeee MC turf wars. Ghosty boy has to finally come to terms with his feelings for Luna. After she has enough of him ignoring her and keeping her at arms length. She wasn't shy about her feelings, or how much she wanted him. He just couldn't help himself.

There was drama and possession. I can't express how much I loved this story. I've already gone back and re-read a few of my favorite scenes. I wish I had my own Ghost to call my own. I'm even down for his kind of crazy. This story was just too good to put down. I can't wait already for the next installment. I'll have to go back and read Steel too.
