It was a good audiobook, but nothing new or remarkable. However, this also shows that there is no real secret sauce to leadership - it is essentially common sense repeated over time in a consistent manner that leads to leadership opportunities.

Simplicity and practicality of application of these principles, and acknowledgment that some of these could complement and some of these may have tension with each other. Leadership is a practise. Very real.
