Love Curly Bay

I started with the first 5books, then I went and found the next box set of books 6=10. Then I could not find the next set, but found the whole box set of 18 books and bought that. I am so addicted to Courtney and Curly Bay. Even with a great wrap up, I want to have more. Donna Doyle kicked it out of the ball park with this series.

Superhero and Sleuth

I got this 18 story box set for a great price and it was quite the discovery. Courtney is fed up with the rat race and a job with an animal shelter in a small town feels like just he change she needs. She has marketing experience that is just what the manager position needs. Things get off to a rocky start. The combination Pet Hotel with Spa and Shelter is run by two woman-Jessi runs the shelter and Dora runs the Spa and hotel. Dora wanted to be the manager so was slow to warm up until Courtney saved the crazy mess the owner had left the books in promoted the Shelter for big donations and clearing the homeless pets out regularly. There is always a fund raiser, headaches with strays and/or spa customers and a murder for Courtney to save someone from false arrest. Finally, there is romance what more could anyone want in a cozy?👌

Excellent stories of a hard-working woman who changes her life for the good of animals

Courtney Cain was fired from her high-paid marketing job and moved to the small town of Curly Bay. Her new job as manager of the Curly Bay Pet Rescue, Hotel, and Day Spa became the main focus of her life. She was devoted to her new job. Her neighbor, Jeff, a website designer, worried that she would burn herself out with her long work hours. In the end, all her friends gathered together to give her the gift of a lifetime, the expansion of the Shelter so she could save more animals.

Awesome - I had to keep reading

This series was so delightful and heart-warming I had to keep reading until I got to the end of the series. I want to live in this wonderful town (except for the winters, I don’t like snow and cold) but it is handled well in the book.

These are short and quick and I’m loving them! Each story is totally unique and gives me a chance to see if I can solve the mystery. Sometimes I do and sometimes I do not. Can’t wait to read the next one to see if I can solve another mystery; so far the author is in the lead. :-)

Cute,,, light cozies

Light reading. Love the subject matter. They are indeed "feel good" mysteries.
Would recommend to anyone
who loves animals and likes cozies.
