I want to change my life/self. To the limit that I don’t know how to do it perfectly. But instead we are looking for perfect, why don’t we see through our self. Write down, what your happiness, what things don’t want to lose. Etc. we hv rights to change, to make limit/rules/bounderies.
This books reminds me, that some of my step are true. Glad that the author is also psychiatrist.
You dont like certain people? Just remind that, oh thats the way he lives. You don’t like the time consuming for scrolling social media, uninstall twitter. Basically just simple as that. We just need courage.
