This is a great book.
Dino and Marisol are fantastic characters. Deep and likable from the start.
The story is intense and gripping. Had my attention from page one. Drama, angst, betrayal, danger, heat and so much heart from this dark Mafia romance.

Dark, Twisted, and Addictive! 🔥
Vivy Skys’ latest dark Mafia story is utterly addictive! If you have read any of her books, especially the Ruthless Mafia Kings series, you know to expect high octane chemistry, morally black characters, and intense emotion. Some characters from previous books are an integral part of this book.
This dark romance is not for the faint of heart, but if you can handle the emotional turmoil, it’s worth every second of your time to read.
This book features Dino, who never really felt like he fit in with his successful mafia brothers and his intelligent sister. He’s always angry and is unpleasant to be around. When he goes on Spring Break, he meets a mysterious young woman who is kind to him, takes him in, feeds him, and gives him her virginity, but is gone in the morning. Little does he know that Marisol is the daughter of Benicio Souza, a violent and brutal cartel lord in Brazil. She is strong in spirit, brave, fierce, and resilient.
Unlike some reviewers, I never give a synopsis of the book or reveal spoilers when I do a review, so this is my opinion on the merits of this book and the author’s talent and skill at bringing the story to life.
I will say that it is a very interesting story and holds the reader’s interest. The story took some dark and unexpected turns, which only made me enjoy it even more! Dino took a vacation on spring break and went in Panama City in Florida . He switched off his phone because his family didn’t leave him alone.
At some point he was drunk he went out from the club because the noise made him sick, his friends were nowhere to be found. He fell into the sand and he can’t stand his phone wasn’t with him,he left consciousness and a soft voice woken him.
The lady thought that he was dead when she asked him where he was staying he hadn’t an answer so she took him at her place gave him clothes to change and cooked something for the hangover.she told him about bad decisions and he asked what could be a bad decision for you and she started kissing him and they finished making out.
When he woke up in the morning she was gone.
After years he received a photo of her and a twins he knew that they were his, he continued to look for her.
years later Marisol came at his brother Mansion with the twins she was full of blood and scars, when she came to her senses she told Dino Family to take care of the twins because she had to go back to her dad because he had her mother and if not ,they would also be in danger because he’s after her.
Marco , Dino’s brother confessed some things to Dino and he told him i would always be by your side if you want to win her over I’m with you.
Another book of Vivy’s ,I started it reading it and can’t stop until I finished it.

A wonderful love story with a psycho father and repressed daughter and mother, great reading
Marisol had one night of true romance, her heart had been moved and her life had been changed and it left her with a wonderful gift, twin daughters that are the love of her life and she would be forever grateful and would die to protect them and her mother.
When her father had once again decided that he wanted her back under his roof he had taken her mother and she had known she had to return to the jungle and had herself over and hope that her mother could find freedom and return to care for the twins while they remained safe with Dino’s siter and brother.
Dino De Luca and Marisol's Story is a story that will hold you riveted to its pages, the fact that Dino had arrived at her father’s compound having put his life on the line to win her hand in marriage was more that she ever anticipated and she is determined they will both get out of this situation and return to the twins.
You will find it impossible to put this book down until you reach the end and discover the outcome for this amazing couple.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

The twists and turns that unravel in this story are mind boggling, so I'll say this. I wish I had read the prior books in the series so that I could have kept up better.

This is a gripping tale about a fearless young woman who finds herself fighting for her children’s safety by putting herself through hell and ensuring her loved ones are protected. However, what she doesn’t take into account during her strategic plans, is that the father of her children is not prepared to let her go, so risks his life to get her back. Getting out of a dangerous situation safely may be impossible for regular people, but having two people with a single purpose working together is a recipe for success, especially when you have family members indirectly helping you.
Getting back home safely was great for the couple, but it also forced them to finally acknowledge their feelings for each other, as they had to determine what they wanted their future to look like. Vivy Skys has definitely hit a home run with this book, that had a balance of drama, heat, action, emotion and razor sharp wit, giving this story an all-consuming reading experience. The story took me on one heck of a thrill ride with plenty of twists, but ultimately left me feeling like I wanted to read more. I really hope Andrei gets his own story.

One night on the beach where two souls met that had lasting memories and twins.
Dino was always treated differently from his siblings and couldn’t understand why his dad and brothers seem to hate him. He often rebelled and sometimes got into trouble. He went on vacation with his friends, but a night of drinking led him to the beach where he had passed out. Marisol was vacationing and was left by her friend who went off partying came upon Dino on the beach. She helped him to sober up and they had a night that left memories and her pregnant with twins. Marisol father was trying to basically auction her off to the highest bidder. When Dino found out he went to Brazil to be one of the bidders. They reconnected. Dino found out that the man he thought was his father wasn’t and his cousin came to rescue him and Marisol after a mud slide that destroyed the home. Dino became the head of his biological father family while Marisol inherited her father’s assets. Beautiful love story. I recommend reading this book.

And our brooding, protective, possessive MMC, Dino De Luca (Drakos).He’s got some interesting stories too. Like the scar across his neck so deep he talks deeply and gruffly.
They met eight years ago on a beach . He just knew he was going to marry her. Then the next morning she quietly left him sleeping.
Turns out she monsters daughter. But that daughter has two daughters that are his too.

I hated the way the first few chapters were written. I was so confused with what was going on. It felt like I was reading a story written by a rambling old man that forgets parts of the story but expects you to know what he’s talking about.
I didn’t like that each chapter was left on a cliffhanger because the next chapter was from another person’s POV. It was very distracting because I wanted to skip ahead to find out what was happening to that main character before I go back to the next chapter that I was supposed to read.
It was a good story, overall, but I found the author’s writing style annoying because they didn’t just come out and say what was going on. For example, Marisol’s father’s attorney stopped by to read the will and gave her a letter from her dad. The author does not come out and say what was willed to her or what the letter said, until farther into the chapter - but even then, you’re still left with only hints of information.

Received an ARC copy and began my read immediately. I read through the story of Marisol and Dino, meeting only once and hooking up in Florida left her pregnant with twins. He woke up to her not being with him only to get information about her three years later and knowing she had his twin girls. He became possessive of her and wanted her to be his, when she shows up to leave her twins and make sure they are protected against her father. Marisol was in danger with her biological father but wanted to protect her mother and daughters so she remained on the compound d while men fought for her hand in marriage, Dino being one of them. Through a mudslide, men being killed and a struggle to find their way back home to their girls Dino and Marisol find their love. Their HEA has them moving to Greece, Dino becoming a man of family, bringing his Greek mafia back to life and becoming a Don.

WOW this was a great book. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the verge of my seat and I couldn't even put it down. It was addicted and mind blowing of drama. One special night a spark had ignited between Dino and Marisol had one night of passion and romance. The chemistry between them was spicy and the physical attraction was like fireworks in this mafia world. One night with him will change her life forever in a results of nine months in sweet moment. Could she tamed his wild ways and fight this temptation. Will she be able to keep her babies safe in his mafia world or run away in this world of madness.

And they have an incredible night.

What a wonderful mafia story. We are taken into the life of Dino and Marisol. They had a hot and steamy night together and it gave them both what they wanted. But despite the fact that she left the next day, neither of them could forget the other and often thought about each other. For Marisol, she has another reason that she cannot forget Dino, namely two cute little ones that she kept as a souvenir of their hot night. They see each other again when threats are made to Dino about her and he does everything he can to protect his family without the full truth that they are his own family and children. I enjoyed their story and can definitely recommend it to read.

Firstly, Dino is almost as hot as Sal. He is not Sal but darn close.
Dino is a troubled young man who does not feel "right" in his life. He strays from the family and spends his free time on the beach with his buddies. One night he meets a young girl and they spend a night together. Then she is gone and he has no idea who she is or how to find her. He returns to the family and tries to live the life.
Marisol returns from her break with a surprise. She is pregnant with twins. Her mother tries to protect her and the children but her father is cruel and she fears for their lives.
They find each other and he is determined to get her back.
Loved their story and had me reading most of the nights.

This took a little time to interest me. Sorry for the negativeness. I felt there was a long period between the last read and here. Yes, could be read as a standalone but the characters continued within the reads.
Dino was seeking something for years but was always the scapegoat for his father - why??? There was a secret that was revealed, one needs to read to seek answers. Though, his scars had a story to tell.
Marisol was his ray of sunshine. A drunken night 8 years ago, full of innocent sex —> Twins 🙄, secrets, parenthood. Most of this was hidden to him, but like everything, it all comes to surface.
Enough said. As stated, took time to appreciate the storyline.

Facebook keeps suggesting book that look like stand alone but aren’t so been having issues which major event that obviously occurred in a different book being constantly referenced and used to explain a relationship but without the background it is just confusing or makes characters look like a psycho. Anyway…I like the FMC in this book she actually is a strong woman who doesn’t wait on others to save her. While she does seem to give herself up to her fate she does it on her own terms, so that was refreshing. The MMC has issues and for me it somewhat got in the way of his development for me. This could be caused by a good chunk of his backstory development taking place jn a different book so I won’t deduct for it but it is annoying and makes him not seem like a 3d flushed out character.

Dino and Marisol's story starts out with a night neither can forget witch left her pregnant with twin girls.
When the life of her girls is in danger she takes them to stay with Dino and family, then gives herself up to her father.
Her father has never wanted Marisol until now and needs her for money, he's broke.
Dino to the rescue and a fight of his life.
This is definitely a story nit to be missed, loved it.

Dino and Marisol's story had me glued to the pages. They have a one-night stand that has lasting repercussions one that Dino can't forget even to the point of trying to find her. When they reconnect, it is to find out that he has twins and the woman who he has fallen in love is the daughter of a man that could put an end to him and everything he holds dear. Unbelievable
This book took me by surprise. I started reading it thinking it would unfold in the usual way-guy meets girl and falls in love. Girl meets guy and follows him to the ends of the world. This book took me by surprise. I started reading it thinking it would unfold in the usual way-guy meets girl and falls in love. Girl meets guy and follows him to the ends of the world. This is Book 8 in the Ruthless Mafia Kings Series by this author. It is a steamy second chance romance between former lovers, Marisol and Dino. These two flawed but likeable souls and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. Once they reconnect, it is a bumpy ride with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, forgiveness and redemption, family dynamic, twists and turns, plus appealing secondary characters. An emotional page turner.

I picked this book up at a lovely little local swap library. The blub had me hooked, I love a little Mafia romance. I was a little confused at the beginning and got lost in the first few chapters. It sounds like it might not be suited to be read as a stand alone, as I felt like I'd missed half the story. The blurb situation must have been unveiled in a prior book and I was disappointed to have missed it. Once I got past the confusion and into the plot of the book it was better, a woman who uses her power. Now I need to find out if Luca and Johnny are okay.

Dino and Marisol had one night of pleasure and a hint of what could be. However, she left without any trace of her identity, which was intense as it led to what became of these two years later. Their chemistry was off-the-charts and could not be ignored. I could not get enough of the suspense and thrill of this story as it all came to a climatic conclusion.

This was a very slow going read. I almost didn't finish it but I managed to get to the end. I found no chemistry between Marisol and Dino. I found it a bit much to swallow that Dino was part of the mafia but the mafia was terrified of Marisol's father who is part of the South American cartel? It just was a bit of a stretch.

Seriously intense, full of drama, suspense and attraction. Being forced into a pre arranged marriage, to help out her dad financially is not something that makes for a love filled marriage. The Mafia is full of those that cannot be trusted. She was doing what she felt she had to, to save her girls. Awesome, exciting read.

Great Book
I loved this story. Dino was so hard on himself. He never felt loved, so he didn't think he knew how to love. I would have loved more interaction between him and his children. Wonderful story about how love will always win. Did Johnny make it out okay? Will we see Moretti again? Hopefully.

This story kept me on edge to the very end. I was a little surprised about her father. He loved her his way and wanted to ensure her safety and that she love which she did with the father of twins; who came around the world to fight for her. Her father knew that as he died with his final words

Love for Love's Sake
This was the most intense of the three installments. I suspect somehow that Andrei Moretti will show up again, but I think Marisol and Dino will know how to manage him.
I'm looking forward to Marisol owning her father's organization and turning it on its head.
