Angie Daniels

Never did she realize that her longtime dream to become a published author would someday become a reality.
In 1999 Angie decided it was finally time to return to her love of writing. She took a year off to write her first book Intimate Intentions, which started off as a simple romance novel and later escalated into 542 pages of romantic suspense. After two submissions, Angie was offered a four-book contract with Genesis Press and her first book was released in 2001. In 2003, she also signed with BET Arabesque, and Kensington's Dafina imprint in 2004. In 2006, she added Parker Publishing, Aphrodisia and Harlequin Kimani Romance to her list. In 2010 she will release her twentieth novel. Angie currently resides in Missouri.

OMG! The sex scenes in this book were so hot, I thought a real-life fire fighter was gonna bust down my door!
Peyton Powell is a sex-starved mother of twins. Her husband is too busy working to properly tend to her needs in bed, but he has enough time to screw one of his co-workers. Whenever Peyton does get some luvin’ her hubby gives her the ‘two-pump-chump’ treatment. Ladies, you know what I mean: P.E. Ironically, Peyton writes a sex column each month about what women want. She thinks it would be great if she actually had some experience to write about.
Fed up, she joins a secret club where she’s able to indulge in all of her wildest fantasies. She has some good ole nasty, coochie humming, eyes rolling back in the head sex with a complete stranger. Or so she thinks. The stranger actually turns out to be someone she knows!
I can’t even be mad at Peyton for doing what she did. Frustration and curiosity led her to take drastic measures. The author does a terrific job of making Peyton a character I can root for. It was interesting seeing her transform from an insecure, frumpy woman to a vibrant, sexy mama.
This was my first time reading a book about bondage and control. I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This was amazingly well written with characters who were well-fleshed out. Great storyline. Great ending. I highly recommend, and I can’t wait for book 2 – Service Before Self to come out.

In this story, we are introduced to Peyton Powell, married to a man who neglects her (and is cheating on her) and the mother of twins she adores. After being a stay at home mom , she takes a position writing a column for a women’s magazine, where she writes an article that’s get the attention of a club for women who want to spice up their sex lives with their husbands. She, however, is inducted into the group completely different from the rest of the women, she is inducted by “Sir” and now she is more than “Curious”, she may be addicted.
This is the 1st book in Seduced series and it was a knockout!, I tell you , it had me looking all over for when part 2 will be coming out. Ms. Daniels weaves a tale so decadent that you just have to know what will happen next. The super-hot sex scenes will have you looking for a glass of cold water (or the man in your life). What a way to be promoted!
Creed, grandson to the late grandmother who began the magazine to empower women also had another more insidious activity going on with the women who worked for him! It is unclear if any of the other women chosen for the private club knew of his participation but all seemed to be content both on the job and in the club! I wonder if Peyton's husband will ever regret neglecting his wife leaving her as fodder for someone else to enjoy! Curiosity caused Peyton to embark on activities that fulfilled her both at her work and intimately too. It was a good read.

The story was fun and interesting but there were issues with the book. While at the house, consent wasn’t too much of an issue but once we left the house, consent was not handled properly.

Très érotique. But the heroine was a wee wishy washy. And the author tended to repeat a summary of previous events ever so often which was on the annoying side. But all together a quick, fun read!
