Entangled With A Down South Hitta: Standalone

Rate this book
"If one of us fights, we all fight!" That phrase has been drilled into our heads since we were kids. But what happens when the fight turns deadly? I'm Keko Watson, and during my senior year, I am at the top of my game. Colleges from all over the nation are after me, and I am gearing up to play the most important game of my life. Then, in one split second, everything changes.

My brother, Dion Watson, has always been my protector. No one could mess with me without going through Dion first. But now, with me moving on to the next phase of my life, Dion's at a standstill. How will he occupy his time now that I’m moving forward?

And then there's Lauren Watson, Dion's wife. To the naked eye, she has been living in marital bliss—that’s until I came to town. My presence alone turns her perfect life upside down in a matter of days, going from perfect to revolting in her eyes.

Entanglements? Will certainly wet your palates. Drama? Is plenty and you will definitely get your fill. This urban fiction story is filled with trials and challenges that Keko is not really prepared to take on but must do so. Join National Best-selling author Jaz Akins in her newest release and find out what happens when you become Entangled With A Down South Hitter.

Ok Read

I've read better from this author but it was an ok read. I know why KeKo slept with Lauren but still it was crazy. Sometimes the book imo was all over the place

Confusion!!!!
So, Jaz I love your books. But sis, I am confusion. It was so much going on I don't know where to start. In the grand scheme of things, I think that Lauren got the raw deal. Yes, she was snooty before she knew why he was locked up. Also, Dee held out a lot of information from her about his past and family. I don't think she should have gone to jail. Dee was selfish in my opinion. Your brother saved your life, but you forgot about him while he was in jail., and you didn't allow him to stay with you. Nah, bruh...you gave him a car, yes...but it took him too long for him to offer him a job. In my opinion, he should have had him set up nicely for when he came home. I didn't like Ali or Brit, she was manipulative.

All in all it was a good read.

🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅

This was a HOT ASS shallow mess I don’t even understand what the plot of this was. Everyone freaking on each other getting pregnant being weird and it led to nothing it went no where. If you beefing with your brother and got your lick back what was all the other stuff. Sorry Lauren was puking early on so whose baby was it like I’m sorry this was horrible and thrown together. What was the point of this tale? What was the reader supposed to take from this? Likeee WTF man

Is Revenge Worth It?

Jaz Akins, good read. You gave us so many real situations. A sibling's love is unmatched and KeKo showed how much. Dee went through his way of handling something that never should have happened.
I thought each scenario played out very well. I can't wait until the next one from you. Keep looking up.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Not their brother's keeper

Boyyy, the entanglements definitely entangled in this story. Betrayal after betrayal. Lies after lies. Ali is the only real one because everyone else is selfish and had an agenda. For them to be brothers, Dee and Keko certainly wasn't each other's keeper.

I am so confused about what I have read. The story line was very messy, the narrative keeps changing. I read some of Jaz’s other books, but this one was extremely weird.
