Un roman Young adult tous simplement génial, un wold building bien developper et qui donne envie d’en découvrir encore plus dans la suite. Une héroïne réaliste avec des réactions parfaitement logique pour une fois et des retournements de situation que je n’avais pas vu venir pour une fois. J’ai hâte de découvrir la suite et pour ceux qui ne lisent pas en anglais sachez qu’il me semble que l’autrice le traduit.

This author put her heart into this book and the whole universe she built. The characters are so well fleshed-out and daaaaamn if I didn’t love them. And the storyline is just chief’s kiss.
Anyway, that’s a 1000/5 ⭐️ for me. Go read it, support this amazing new talented author, and I bet you won’t regret it.

This story is really captivating and soooo easy to read. Usually fantasy novels tend to be packed with so much information and complicated plots, which makes them so HARD to read, but this book, has proven me otherwise. The characters, the slow burning, the SUSPENSE?!
Defo 10/10 I really recommend it, especially if you’re newly emerging yourself to the fantasy genre.
