I don't have any kids at home, (the youngest is in high school), but I read this book because of a request from someone in my circles. In truth, this was the first kids' book I read on my Kindle. To write my review, I had to kind of pretend I was a small child and rely on my memories of reading books to my children when they actually were "kids," and on my memories of their reactions. I find the book just great in terms of informative content for kids, but (this probably is my adult bias) I found it too short. It was just a very few minutes' worth of reading. Net conclusion: absolutely recommended for all those who are interested in keeping their kids absorbed and educated.

Image credits are given then table of contents where chapters are listed.
Chapters include: their life cycles, habitat, what they eat, etc. Each chapter also includes a full size photo showing different things about the squid.
Have seen these when fishing using them as bait.

My children love these little books. They thoroughly enjoy each and every story, as if they are all unique and individual without any cause for similarity among them. Even though sometimes, they might seem tedious and repetitive to me as a parent, I do enjoy being able to read short-stories to my children that are clean and respective.
