Ironically interesting is the clinical writing, how it will typically appeal to those already centered, whereas others might be challenged to fully grasp the content. I like to think I caught to the premise... condition our minds not to believe everything we hear or read... and learn to communicate with our bodies...and mind...

Chaste writing all the way around.
