Improve On reveal bigger truths about organizations and life. The way the author uses the idea of a restaurant to explain value creation, delivery, and customer satisfaction is so simple yet powerful. It made me realize how every product or service we enjoy is like a dish, born from an idea, prepared with effort, and finally served with care. The “Excellence Triangle” of Ideas, Implementation, and Income really stood out because it showed how nothing works in isolation. Improve On explains big ideas in a very simple way. I liked how the author used the example of a restaurant to show how products and services are created, delivered, and improved. The “Excellence Triangle” of Ideas, Implementation, and Income made me understand how all three need to work together. I'm glad I read this book and found it interesting how companies like Apple and Tesla keep changing with time, while others fade away if they don’t. The best part of this book was the focus on people and culture. The author explained it beautifully. It shows that success is not just about money like we think but also about teamwork, values and the right mindset. We should definitely learn this.

The thing that I liked the most about this book is that it doesn't push you towards more techniques and goals that would align with your work but works on you on a more grounded level i.e., working more towards improvement in mindset. Any work in life requires a brilliant mindset but what it really requires is the constant work and improvement that is done towards it. When I delved into the contents of this book, I was naturally pulled towards the great wisdom and knowledge that was poured into this book. I would highly suggest everyone to read this book.
