A great self help book. Straightforward exercises that lead to the next exercise. The work can be done in a group or individually, although there are much better results working with a group or a partner. Pellissier includes personal and professional stories in between the exercises to help fine tune the points or idea being taught. I have been able to move some things off of my back burner.
