Well, erm…Ashlynn just grabbed my heart and stomped all over it once again! Gotta love her just for finding it 🤣🤣🤣
Presley’s life is just a clusterf**k and it seems to be going down the pan faster than water down the drain. Thrown back in with the Radley’s, her men left in limbo. For her then to find herself in the clutches of Dalton, who expects her to be his little doll but to her dismay Axel is also in his clutches. Meanwhile, on another part of the ranch (joking 🤣) the other guys aren’t fairing much better. Brax is as lost as a pig in a poke, in more sense than one. Mav and Cas are stuck in the deep end with no rubber ring. But hey, Harley has made a new friend just the where that’s the problem 😈 See trying to give you something without giving you anything, sorry not sorry because you have to read it for the full experience.

Just when you think Ashlynn can't rip your heart out and stamp all over it, more than she already has... she proves you wrong.
This entire book is gut wrenching. I knew it was going to be a hard read. I knew what the guys & Pres would have to endure for us to get to book 3, was going to be royally f**ked up but I didn't expect it to be this bad.
The Cyprus Brothers cross over with The King's always tickles my brain and knowing this follows the same time frame as Chaos answered sooo many questions but gave me more at the same time.
This book was phenomenal and I need book 3 like yesterday!!!

I always say the same thing, but I honestly don’t know how to describe how I’m feeling right now after finishing this book. And without spoilers: if you thought book one was dark and emotionally devastating, brace yourself for this one.
The amount of unexpected twists, the darkness throughout, the way it makes you suffer… it keeps you completely hooked, turning pages nonstop, desperate to know what happens next. It opens one thread after another and closes none of them, leaving you constantly in the dark about what’s coming.
This book is very dark. Really messed-up things happen, and I don’t even have words to describe how affected I feel. If the first book broke me, this second one absolutely destroyed me. The emotional impact was brutal. How so many bad things can happen to someone, and how people can treat someone that way… it’s just devastating.
You have to read it. Both of them. Dangerous Allure is the first book.
And of course, there’s a third one coming, which I’m dying to read because I need to know—like yesterday—what is going on and what happens next. Even though I knew it would end on a cliffhanger and that it wouldn’t be a happy ending, you’re never prepared for how it actually ends.
And here we also see characters from other books. I absolutely loved the way this world is interconnected, how the characters relate to each other, and how everything is woven together.
Like all of Ashlynn’s books, this one is 100% recommended. I loved all the books I’ve read from Ashlynn so far!! All of them are HIGHLY recommended. So go and read them!!
And lastly, please read the trigger warnings if you’re a sensitive reader. Very heavy topics are addressed. Everything is handled with respect, but what happens is intense.

December 12, 2025Who do I send my therapy bill to because I have some serious emotional damage after this rollercoaster of a book. I thought book one did a number on me but this book certainly takes the cake. And that ending?! Omg I just need the next book ASAP.
Ashlynn always warns us like: ‘there won’t be a HEA’ or ‘ends on a cliffhanger’ and every single time I have the audacity to have my flabbers gasted when she does just that. I finished the book this morning like “I know she did not just do me like that.” 😂
I don’t want to ruin it for those brave enough to dive into this series, but just know these characters go through some shit man. I know that book three is going to put my heart back together again… well at least that’s what your girl is manifesting. But the road to get there has been one gut wrenching hell of a ride. Like they just can’t catch a break. I thought Pres and her men were dealing with some shit in the first book… looking back, that was a walk in the park.
We got to see more of my Kings from The Kings of Chaos and Mayhem series and I kind of want to go back and read book 1 since these books all occur within the same timeline.
But for real. I know I say this Every. Single. Time. But guys, check your trigger warnings. This is some heavy dark shit, and your mental health matters. And if you do decide to go into this book or any of her others… buckle the hell up because it’s a bumpy ride.

Am I allowed to yell at the author? Because I'm trying really hard not to cry right now—it’s just too much!
These cliffhangers are absolutely killing me! The first one was manageable, but this recent twist? I’m left utterly speechless! This book was an emotional rollercoaster, and I feel completely devastated. After everything the characters go through, to have it end on such a cliffhanger is just cruel. I honestly can’t imagine how I’m going to wait for the next book!
But enough about my emotional turmoil—let's dive into my review.
I have completely fallen in love with Ashlynn’s writing! It’s captivating and pulls you into the story, refusing to let you go. When I got the email about Book 2, I was beyond excited; I devoured it in just three hours, even though it’s currently 2 a.m. The need for more of Presley’s story was too strong to resist, and let’s just say it came with a sprinkle of depression along the way! 😂
I want to emphasize that this story comes with significant trigger warnings, so please keep that in mind if you decide to read it. Despite this, I truly loved every moment of it. It’s a testament to Ashlynn’s incredible storytelling that even with the heaviness, I was completely absorbed.
Overall, I cannot wait for the next book even if my heart might not survive the wait!

With the Cyprus brothers crossing over with the Kings it’s kinda perfect and knowing that it follows the same time line with chaos. However, I really do need to send my therapy bill at this point, as it is getting pretty expensive girl!!!

Before I even started, I posted: “Am I ready? Probably not! Am I prepared to be broken again? Absolutely nope! 😭📚 But will I dive in anyway like the unhinged book gremlin I am? 100%. Send thoughts and snacks… I’m going in.”
Spoiler: I was, in fact, not ready.
Ashlynn always warns us “there won’t be a HEA” or “it ends on a cliffhanger” and yet every single time I finish her books with my flabbers completely gasted like, “I know she did NOT just do me like that.” I finished this one staring into space, emotionally ruined, questioning my life choices.
If you thought Dangerous Allure was dark and emotionally devastating, Dangerous Beauty said hold my beer. The twists are relentless, the darkness is suffocating, and the emotional damage? Absolutely brutal. It hooks you from page one and never lets go, opening thread after thread and closing NONE of them, leaving you desperate, panicked, and turning pages like your sanity depends on it.
Presley’s life is an absolute disaster and somehow just keeps getting worse. Thrown back in with the Radleys, her men left in limbo, tangled up with Dalton (who wants her as his little doll), and Axel also trapped in his clutches. Meanwhile, the others are barely surviving:

Are you okay Ashlynn? I am not ok after reading Part 2. Part 1 Dangerous Allure had me choking for breath. Dangerous Beauty is the most stunning and realistic chapters that you will be glued to the page. I want chapter by chapter for Book 3. On the edge of my seat wanting all the answers.
I want to shout from the rooftops this is a must read because this is true pitch black dark romance with horror and thrills thrown in. These books deserve their own category because dark romance is too tame to explain the whirlwind of emotions that will rock through you as you fly through the pages only to end with the best cliffhanger you will read this year.
This is the most suspenseful pitch black book and you better read those warnings carefully.
In Book 1 you will read about Presley, a young girl who has lost her soul to the world she was raised in. Her duty is to be a trophy wife, do whatever her husband tells her (fu*k his friends or anyone who pays for the privilege of having her in every and all sad, sadistic ways they desire). Presley has no voice, she is a puppet in this world. She is set to marry the son of one of these four families. Yes even Dad is obsessed with Presley. His son will marry her, he will have her and she will get pregnant. Presley is one in a long line of wives that have endured this for decades.
The four families are untouchable. The men rule and the women are only alive to do their bidding.
Book 2 continues with Presley having to endure the unimaginable and she can’t take it anymore. She loves the Cyprus Brothers but she realizes she will only get them hurt, or 💀 if she tells them everything and asks for their help.
I love how Ashlynn warns you at the beginning of each chapter that contains elements that will hurt your mental health. Think of the worst triggers and that is what is in here. I cannot recommend this book enough BUT please examine the TW pages before you open this book.

I absolutely loved it and am hating that I have to wait almost a year for the next book😭this series has it all. It’s dark, suspends, packed with drama, and spice. Definitely an HOOKED on this series. It ends in a huge cliffhangers had me crying all through the book. The one definitely wrecked me💔This book is much darker than the first please be aware of the TW’s. Spice was about a 3/5🌶️🌶️🌶️ and plot was a definite 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Tropes include: RH/Why choose, 5 brothers, academia, fraternal twins, age gap, high school romance, m@fia-ish. Again as this is a dark romance PLEASE be sure to check TW’s. Damn, I literally ugly cried for at least a half an hour or so after finishing this masterpiece 🤧 😪 I should have known, as with all of Ashlynn's books, that the emotional damage 💔 would require me to keep a stockpile of tissues in my immediate vicinity! I'm not going to lie, I was super excited to be back in Daggerspoint with the Cyprus brothers, but my heart was in distress from the first chapter on!
I was excited to see Spade & Dario brought into the mix (I have a weird soft spot for these two)! I certainly was thrown for a long with Johnny but was glad he was there for poor Presley. I feel like she wouldn't have dealt with her "situation" as well if it wasn't for him. Also, the things that both Presley & Axel go through at the hands of "Master" (Dalton) just tore my heart to shreds!

I was excited to see Spade & Dario brought into the mix (I have a weird soft spot for these two)! I certainly was thrown for a long with Johnny but was glad he was there for poor Presley. I feel like she wouldn't have dealt with her "situation" as well if it wasn't for him. Also, the things that both Presley & Axel go through at the hands of "Master" (Dalton) just tore my heart to shreds!

I don't care if I sound like a broken record as I say this next bit. READ. THE. TRIGGER. WARNINGS. Do not dive into this book blind, I say this as someone who has been on the Ashlynn rollercoaster since Chaos. Your mental health & well-being are what matter most & no one knows your triggers better than you do. This book has me all over the place & I swear it will be a journey processing it all. I literally hadn't even gotten into the book itself & the tears wanted to start just at the dedication alone. When I tell y'all I am not ok... Pres & her boys are going through it in this one. I know we need to get through the dark to reach the light but d@*n! The dark has teeth & claws in this one & absolutely had me feeling all kinds of ways throughout reading it. I'm an emotion based reader & Ashlynn is fecking brilliant at hitting the mark every single time. Do I regret reading this book? Absolutely not! Did I rage & ugly cry while reading? Absolutely did! Holy wow! What a ride this book was for me. My heart is destroyed and I’m a little stunned by all of the things that happened in this book.
1. It was a very dark book so please read the TW and take them seriously.
2. I love that The Kings make an appearance and Jade’s name is mentioned throughout.

4. The ending! As usual, Ashlynn has left us with a huge WTF??? Axel did what? To whom? And Johnny is who? And only one person knew?

The twists are relentless, the darkness is suffocating, and the emotional damage is absolutely brutal. Multi-POV keeps the tension razor-sharp as the men spiral, fracture, and fight to survive without her. And that ending? Ughhhhh. I’m not playing this game anymore. I thought the end of the last one was bad this one was worse but in a good way. It kinda ripped my heart out and now I have to impatiently wait until next year for it to be mended. Ashlynn what are you doing to us.
Between the gun going off again with Caspian and Maverick, not sure how I feel about Johnny not knowing where or what has happened to Braxton. Poor Harley I never like Mila. Then Axel and Presley omg.
I still hope only bad things happen to Jacob Lee and Jake.

I really despise the Radley family. They are the devil reincarnated. And Senator Dalton Callaghan and the Aces. Wholly Moly let's bring all the evil devil monsters out to play with our fragile hearts.
This story is twisted, chaotic, very emotional, full of suspense and surprises around every corner, laden with trauma for Cyprus brothers and Presley.

I don’t even know where to start other than my soul is crushed. My little black heart has shattered into a million pieces at everything the 6 of them have to go through and now more lives hang in the balance. A huge revelation and a lot of Caspian's deals are coming back to bite him. But my god Presley is probably one of the strongest people, yet even then she’s been irreparably broken down and being kept from her guys yet they can’t stay awake which makes everything worse for her.
And Axel omg, hasn’t he been through enough and to watch him break all over again and then all of his anger and what they made Presley to do to him was just insane. That sweet baby just needs to be loved and it’s horrible the shit his mom put him through along with Presleys mom to her.

Why I keep thinking Ashlynn is going to care about my heart “I do this to myself every time” I know Ashlynn work when she will let it been known of the cliffhanger or if it HEA, but this one take me right out and I’m not OK I need all types of help to come back from this book. As always I love this book and the characters and if you been down with Ashlynn since the beginning you know she not done with us yet. It’s like my heart love getting hurt because I come back for more each and every time she have something new, but I hopeful the next book easy some of my hearts pain. I high recommend the book or hell any book by Ashlynn but just know to check TW and be prepared to speak to a therapist about your mind being fu*ked up and your heart breaking in half.

Ughhhhhh I swear I didn’t have an emotional damage k¡nk until I started reading Ashlynn’s books…She warned everyone this was going to be dark…I listened but I was still shocked, I can see why she was crying writing this book. Poor baby Axel…I just have no words for all of the bs these characters have endured for their short story. I hate Kayla more than ever….I have so many conflicting emotions over parts of this book, but no spoilers… I’m pissed at Brax, irritated at Harley, heartbroken for Axel and Pres, Caspian and Mav-good lord those clusters…I was pleasantly surprised that this is going to be four books instead of three books, so yay! I am so looking forward to being emotionally tortured for two more books… but also, when I book 3 coming out cuz that cliffy was rough….

Damn! That was a wild epic journey! Dangerous beauty is definitely on the pitch black side so check your TW’s before diving in. If you have read Dangerous Allure, just know that this one will hurt… but trust Ashlynn to get us there eventually! I was on the edge of my seat the whole entire time! The emotional roller coaster that this book takes you on is no joke! My heart goes out for Axel, Presley and Brax the whole book! We have some old faces in here… and a fun new one! This book is so tragically beautiful and the cliffhanger was definitely poetic. I definitely broke down a few times while reading this! Check this book out if you dare!
