While only of interest to a limited audience, this collection of interviews about the making of the 1982 Episcopal hymnal and comments about the future of the hymnal in the church (plus a good set of discussion questions and suggestions for themed hymn sings) would be very useful as a study for parishes involved in wars over music style or otherwise wrestling with the future of their music program.
