Ok where do I begin with this series...ughhhh...was there a story here???... because I didn't get it...Lilly is in college and comes home due to her mom having cancer...ok I get that part...dutiful daughter wants to help mom...on her way there...she gets into an accident...car hits pole..she walks out of car and sits on hood????....hmmmm ok...she hears bikers and is scared...but when one of them sees her...she doesn't run she stands there like a ditz....again ok it's a story...I'll keep reading...the guy is on his bike...Doesn't get off...but can grab her by the waist and haul her to the back of the bike???...HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???..again..benefit of the doubt (BOTD)...did someone edit this series???...she states that she gets on bike with pants....but I guess it's a magic bike...because when she gets off...HER SKIRT flows around her like a flower???...hmmmm....again BOTD...the guy Asher takes her on a ride...he takes her to her old school...against a tree he feels her up..kisses her...pulls down her bra...her books are out...and then he tells her TO LEAVE!!....What The Fudge???...he rides off while she stays at the tree still with her clothes half on....hmmmm....ok....moving on...she finds out who he is...ok maybe the story will get better....she stays with her mom for a few hours before she goes to see Asher...he feels her up and goes down on her...she gets shy...and says no to sex....uhmmmm...ok...bad biker guys come...kidnap her...ooohhhh yeah...story may just get better...they lock her up for a week...no food or water...she still lives???...not just lives..but still has strength to scream for food...they bring her greasy food...her body is ok with that???....hmmmm...BOTD...she gets to leave kidnapper twice....and Nothing!!!...she sees Asher..kisses him gets info that is needed for the bad biker...Asher without batting an eyelash gives her said info....REALLY???...more words...more words...trying to be a story without succeeding...Good bikers get into gun shooting war with Bad bikers...Good guys win...cops come and nothing is done???...You guys may have to reread what I wrote...Lilly was KIDNAPPED FOR A WEEK!!!!....Mom never called the cops????....WTF?????....Lilly comes back home with a concussion and brought in by cops...hmmmm.....as a parent...does that sound ok with you???...at least make the story believable....Lilly wakes up and Mom wants to go shopping!!!...then her Mom proceeds to tell het that she knows she is in love!!!....WTF...daughter missing for a week...and you think it's love???...my mom would be whipping my butt for being gone so long....and wasn't she supposed to be there for her Mom..because she had cancer!!!!...what happen to that story line????...story was poorly executed....I was left with huge "UGGHH"...after every book in this series....I would have paid good money for this book to be a novel and not a silly trilogy...and better executed....put more effort to the story....it was rushed....UGGGHHHH.....2 stars due to cover

This story had just enough for me to want to know what happened. Sadly I was underwhelmed. With a good editor this story could have been so much better. There where some factual errors, very few grammatical errors. The author can definitely write, the story was just under developed. Instead of selling a few chapters at a time she should have put wok into developing the story and releasing it as one book. I would have paid for a well written, fully developed book.

The final instalment of the Dark Riders series was raw and kept me on edge. I loved seeing Lilly and Asher together, fighting their way to survive through the rivalry with the mc Tarantulas. Blood showed us even more of Lilly’s strength. Her love for Asher kept her strong and determined to keep him safe from Venom, whilst putting her own life at risk. The scenes were gritty and left me emotional and shocked, especially when Lilly was shown the dark side to the Tarantulas game plan. Lilly was such a sweet girl when she began her journey with the Dark Riders, but being kidnapped by the Tarantulas and forced to bring down the Dark Riders, definitely changed her perspective on life and her hopes of a future with Asher dimming. The action between the two clubs was thrilling and exciting to read, along with the one-on-one combat with Asher and Venom which was rough and brutal. This was a fun short series, which pulled out all the action and emotions you needed to feel for two loveable characters, trying to express their love for one another. I loved the flashback from Lilly’s yearbook photo album, the incident with the dress was too funny and Asher put a smile on my face reading his thoughts. The guy truly thought the world of her. I really enjoyed reading the Dark Riders, I would liked to have seen abit more romance/happy moments between Asher and Lilly throughout the series, as the ending left me craving for more of their hea, they were such a cute couple! I look forward to what comes next from Elsa Day.

I received an ARC of Blood in exchange for an honest review

A great addition to the Dark Riders MC series. A fun, fast read that is full of danger, betrayal, risk, hope & love! The old yearbook was my favorite part

Again disappointing.

I'm still surprised I stuck with this series until the end but that's the thing with books like these they get you hooked which is why I generally try to avoid them, but the annoying thing is I wasn't hooked in a good way I didn't like any of these books. The story wasn't enough to be spread over 3 books, that was just crazy I mean there's hardly enough for one. The series was also littered with mistakes, silly ones like she gets on a bike wearing pants but then while riding her skirt is blowing around, she's kidnapped for a week and her mother doesn't call the cops, there's loads of them it felt like a rough draft of a book but the main problem for me was Lilly talk about too stupid to live.
I know a lot of the reviews are really good and I wanted to like it a lot more than I did since I love MC books but I just couldn't.

Done...

Thankfully it got a bit better.

I just wish there was more to this story. It felt rushed the whole way. This series had the potential to be good but it just didn't reach any great heights.

There was no real background just tiny snippets of their pasts.

I am pleased the got their HEA though, so that was something.

Rushed

I read all three books in one day. The storyline was good but like other readers commented, the story seemed rushed and not as well thought out. This book was not terrible but it was not as strong as other Mc romances.

FROM KOBO

There was lots of action in this final part of the series. I did find some confusing parts or I should really say not believable. However, when you have a hot biker who has loved his woman since he was a pre-teen, you can’t go wrong. You can forgive a lot for that! Loved Asher!

Amazing read

This whole series of books Asher and Lily's love withheld the test of time. Asher knew Lily would never betray him. How could she thier love was made in heaven. A beautiful ending for a beautiful couple.

All 3 parts

I liked all 3 booklets but I seriously wish all 3 had Been put together into one decent book... Part 1 had 80 pages, part 2 had 68 pages and part 3 had 68 pages, I just seriously think the story could have been stretched with more info and made a really great book.

For the entire Dark Riders Series (which is only 3 books) I will have to award a 2 to 2/5 star rating.

I found it lacked the necessary depth to be considered anything other than light entertainment. Asher, aka Wild, came across too soft and unnecessarily reckless; while Julie was much too innocent, pretending to be able to survive and fight through the trials and tribulations of being with an MC member.

And the crying. Always with the crying. Yea, not a fan of a female who cries all the time.

The final installment was, for me, such a let down. I wanted something big. Something profound. Something to be able to sink my teeth into.

Despite my misgivings with this MC read, I will probably consider reading other works by this author.

3.5-4 stars. The conclusion to Asher and Lilly's story wraps up nicely. The great thing about Asher is that he only ever had eyes for Lilly. I've enjoyed all the little snippets about them as kids because we don't get to know them, particularly Asher, in as much depth as adults so the flashbacks as kids provide more of that insight. Lilly was a likable character, she had some hard decisions to make throughout the series and she rose up to those challenges. This series was decent but there was room for more character development to really pull the reader into investing in them to a greater degree.

I read this book for the conclusion to this series. Lilly finds herself risking it all in order to save Asher from Venom and his club's plan to kill him and frame their club. Lilly helps Asher find Venom and seek his revenge for all that he has done to him and her. Joel is finally found out and Asher acts accordingly. The story was okay but there were far too many grammatical and sometimes spelling errors to really enjoy it for me. Lilly was also spelled Lily at times and that is just something that shouldn't happen. There were also words missing in sentences. Lilly's story and thoughts were juvenile and times. It was an okay story.

This is book 3 in the Dark Riders Motorcycle Club series. Lily is still being held captive by the Tarantula MC club and even though she fears for her life, she fears more for the life of her first love, Asher. Will Lily be able to let Asher know what's going on and save him and his club from Venom? Or will everything fall apart?

I love biker books and I love books about reconnecting with your first crush and finding love. Both Lily and Asher were great characters and I enjoyed watching them fall back in love after all those years.

Good story.

But they where not rough and tough, they were wimps. What happen to her taken care of her dying mother. Where we the sweets butts and other old ladies? Was she the only women in this MC? UGH.

Ok, I have to admit I was very disappointed in this last book. After following Wild (which I liked) and Venom (which I loved) this one seemed to be lacking. The first two books built on each other. After reading Venom I was expecting some serious action and heart ache to happen and instead I felt like what I got was a major flop. While I still enjoyed the storyline it just wasn't what I expected and I honestly think the author could have done a lot more with the last book in this series.

Couldn't put ANY of the books down.

Couldn't put ANY of the books down.

I read all three books and I had to read them one after another. it was a story that just grabs you and you feel everything Lily and Wild are feeling. I loved every moment. absolutely a series I would recommend if you love got, dominant biker guys, strong, brave women and just an all around great story.

It was okay

I gave the book three stars because it was just okay to me...Asher,Asher,Asher that's all up heard then it was not realistic n what happened to her mother it was like she pushed her aside to be with her old love like who does that?...and what was the point to the book venom? It was just lame...Asher is what kept me reading...

I really enjoyed reading this, it’s a fast paced book on the mc world. It had me from the start. It was a little short. Therefore, I flew through it. . and had to go and get the rest of the story. I loved the hero and the heroine

Sadly I was a little disappointed with this book. Wanted so much me, parts gripped me and other parts I got frustrated with. And then finally the end happened and I was like 'Really, that all' . Easy read and I did read all 3 in one evening. Like the style if writing

This is the third book in the series. The first book in this series was free and it was ok. enough for me to buy the next 2 and then regret it. Had promise, liked the idea and then it was terrible. Immature, didn't make sense. Asher was a douche and a baby. Just holy hell a mess.

Disappointing "series". Basically one story split into 3 books. Characters were immature and not at all written well considering what they were.

However, the action scenes were quite exciting if a little over the top. Entertaining but needs a really good editor.

Was expecting more

The story interested me at first but left for allot of questions. What started the rage between the two MC's. Why were they focused on Mav and Wild other than they were the leaders. Was there more to Lilly's past as to why she stayed away for so long.

This is really a short story and is the end to the book Wild. I am not sure why the author released these books as individual short stories when they should have been one book. It was a quick read and the characters were enjoyable. I just felt the story could have been more developed.

Great story

I'm pleased I decided to buy book 3, I needed to know if the characters got their HEA.
This is a good series. But I feel that all 3 books could of been made into one.
It is well worth reading though.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! My torture came to an end! I should let some things go, but apparently I needed a closure for these series... at least it was a short read. I'm not sure if I'm going to check other books by Elsa Day . If I ever do so, it will be after quite a while...
