Omnibus edition with 2 novels in one book. The first is a morality tale of be careful what you eat. Kind of takes you back to the Mad Cow hysteria of the 90s. Interesting theory and presentation of a little known disease. In the second story we meet a special effects man who is blinded in an accident at work and gets the transplanted eyes of a murderer which enables him to see future murder victims. It's a good idea but the character isn't very likable and he doesn't come across as believable. I did enjoy the twist and the fact that for once I didn't spot the killer before the hero.
