OMG Deliciously dark.
Abigail has a stalker. She can feel him. He's been in her house, but he barely leaves a trace. A note, a small "gift." She called the cops once, when he left a window open. But they couldn't do anything. Every day, when she comes home, she wonders what she'll find.
Her best distraction, though, is her neighbor. He's hot and tattooed and so not her usual type. But that doesn't stop her from looking.
One day Abigail comes home and Cooper is working in his garage. She's not quite ready to go in her house and see what her stalker has done today, so she brings Cooper a bottle of water. They talk a little, just to be friendly. But that leads to being more neighborly.
But her stalker keeps escalating, leaving flowers, gifts, toys. And more notes. Signed notes. But she doesn't recognize the name. She knows who she wishes it was.

Recently she's felt lonely, so she's tried dating apps, but to no avail. Either there's no response, or, after a date, she's ghosted.
Now she has a stalker. She had the police pay a visit, but they were unable to find anything. Besides, this stalker doesn't take anything. He's even done her laundry! Now he often leaves gifts with notes signed Laz.
Her bad boy neighbor, Cooper Swanson, has caught her eye, but she's certain she's too ordinary to catch his eye. She's not sure what he does for a living other than he usually seems to be doing mechanical work on cars when she gets home from work. Maybe she should try to be more friendly with him. If nothing else, he may help her push aside thoughts of Laz.

Another quick, hot and steamy read from the author. Abigail is being stalked, coming home each day to a home that has been broken into. Her stalker is slowly escalating in his frequency and leaving her gifts. She finds herself fascinated and wondering what is so special about her. At the same time, she finds herself watching her hot neighbour, Connor and wishing to get closer to him. Frustratingly Connor is behaving like a gentleman and Abigail needs more. Now its Valentines Day and her stalker leaves a gift and a note saying tonight’s the night, but Connor has just knocked on the door and has a surprise for Abigail.
This was a fun, quick read with lots of spice. The characters were likeable and interesting, although I would love to have learnt more about Connor and his family situation. The epilogue raised so many questions. The author can always be counted on for a great read.

WOW what a hot awesome stalker read. So wrong but it’s so good. Cooper/Laz has been stalking his next door neighbor Abigail but she doesn’t know it’s him. She just knows someone has been in her home, her bedroom, has even done her laundry and she’s not sure what to think. He also leaves her gifts and signs his name Laz. This is a hot hot hot steamy story and I loved it. I’m hoping there will be more like this for this author.

This book is exactly as the title claims. It’s a quick read that jumps straight to the point of it all. A quick bit of history, a meet and greet with the neighbor, of course some raunchy time then boom the final reveal! Not as many details to gather the bits in between but it holds your attention enough to follow along. Nice quick read to notch up the numbers on your reading challenge while giving you your OTT stalker vibes.

This is the first book I've read by Nyla Lily where the male main character is completely obsessed with our heroine. Laz is in it to win it with Abigail. I loved that about him. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with Abigail. He stalked her and moved right next door to be close to her. The man was great. He would do anything for her. I loved that. The only thing I didn't love was the ending. It was a bit too abrupt for me, but it gives us a tiny glimpse of what the author might be working on next. Other than that, the story was engaging and sexy.

This is another fun addition to the series and I love that although they have different plots, they're all based around Valentine's day. In this story, Abigail has a new hot neighbour and, apparently, a stalker that not only has been in her house, he's done her laundry. Um, this is a 'pick me!' moment for me. Lol! Of course, there's still a fab romance in here that's hot (and, yes, not appropriate for real life, but it's fiction and fun) and the drama of her stalker's reveal. Definitely has me wanting to read all the books in this entertaining series :D

This story has a bit of a dark vibe, though it is smexy AF*. Lazaro (Laz) has it so bad and he's determined to make her want him just as badly. Him, HIM, not the cover he shows the rest of the world. Abigail has a thing for her gorgeous neighbor, but she also has a stalker that's slowly taking over her thoughts. After Laz opens her eyes to darker the darker side if her desires, just who will our young FMC's heart yearn for the most?

Beyond dark to almost a nightmare to live. The point of story is obscured well but comes to the front very smoothly. Super dark part mixes with her normal life. Can she really like this dark stalker and want him? Will her crush on her neighbor scare away the stalker? Will she be able to live a day without the fear? The sex is detailed and has a bit of a dark side to it.
This was kind of thrilling to read from the dark perspective. The ending gives a bit of a cliffhanger feeling.

I loved V-Day Stalker Next Door: A Dark OTT Instalove Short Romance. Abigail doesn’t know who her stalker is but suddenly instead of being afraid, she’s falling for him. Laz knew the second he saw Abigail he had to have her. Being her fake neighbor is helping his obsession but she doesn’t know it’s him. She will one day very soon. I loved the story and the characters. I know you shouldn’t like a stalker but in this case I think it’s ok. I would definitely recommend this book.

V-Day Stalker Next Door is a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, stalker-lite, Valentine's Day darkish romance. Abigail is a sweet girl with a Stalker who seems nice? Cooper is her hunky, inked neighbor who's crushing on her. What happens when she learns who the Stalker is? The chemistry was insane and the ending was happy after the drama. Laz is Abigail's neighbor. As much as he is the new neighbor on the Block he also is a little bit alarming. Not just for his looks but for his semi odd behavior. Got chills when he described that this was the second time this occurred because he almost got caught during another event. How she was scared to and frightened and then all of a sudden taboo City it is a very interesting read. Possible triggers, not really sure how one would handle activities described.

I decided to read this because there’s a lot of mentions of Lazaro, the brother that left the “family” in the Ruthless Obsession Series. If you liked this book, I would definitely recommend grabbing that series to see exactly what kind of trouble Lazaro left behind.

A pleasing little palate cleanser between books, though did lack a lot of the attention to detail usually offered to assist in setting the scene and vibe of the story.
The premise was good and though the read enjoyable, it isn’t something I’d read again.
Laz (MMC) as a character was great, though Abigail (MFC) was rather bland, and slightly irritating.

I’m not quite sure why Cooper had to really be a part of Abigail and Laz developing their relationship … but comfort I guess. Loved this twisted and obsessive story. Laz created a situation where his presence was all encompassing … how could Abigail not become as obsessed. Santino is interesting and I can’t wait to meet the rest of Laz’ mafia family.

"Cooper," her neighbor, makes Abigail feel secure and hot. But before long, Lazaro has to come forward. This is a dark and intense romance. I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. Things take some crazy stalky turns but by the end Abigail gets the best of both rolled up in one hot guy. V-Day Stalker Next Door is a steamy addition to the multi-author Book Boyfriends for Valentine's series. I look forward to reading more books in this series. I really enjoyed this book. It was a fun quick read. Stalker romance is something I read on occasion and I enjoyed the tension and mystery of it (at least from her POV). I loved both Abigail and Lazaro. It was an easy story to get hooked to. 4 stars.

I really liked how we were trying to figure out who Abigail's mystery person was. We were given clues, but we didn't get the full story until the end of the book. There are a lot of spicy moments throughout this one.
