Have I said how much I love Indie Authors? No? Well, I LOVE INDIE AUTHORS! None of you have let me down with your brilliant work. This was such a beautiful book with tragedy and love. It shows that even though we fail as parents, it’s never too late to make it right.
One of my favorite phrases from the book was at the end and it says: "To love someone is nothing, to be loved by someone is something, to love someone who loves you is everything."

Short but Good Read
Don’t let the length fool you. It’s such a good read. It was like most stories where you immediately know where it’s gonna go. I was teary eyed at the end!

This book was AMAZING!! It gave me all the feels, there was so much action packed into this book! I loved the characters they were so developed, which is surprising for 200 page book. Had me on the edge of my seat multiple times, I was worried for the main character literally the whole time, if I could jump in the book and help her I would have!

3.5 star for me. I love indie authors and love being able support when I can. Definitely check at this book all the feels especially at the end. This story takes you into the life of Elizabeth who is 17 years old, she has a rough relationship with her mom. Her mom doesn’t see her the way a mom should, she bullies her with actions and words and Elizabeth kind of just gives up she’s a daddy’s girl. Although she envies the relationship Lainey her little sister and mom have nothing will change. Elizabeth gets through her days thanks to her best friend Noah, he is her light in the darkness of her life.Elizabeth is ripped from the life she knows as her mom takes her and her sister to live in Charleston after her parents divorce. Her mom has a new boyfriend, who isn’t well loved around town. His actions get worse the more he drinks and secrets of his comes to light. Noah is furious with the life Elizabeth is living and how her mom can be okay with everything. All he wants to do is save her before it’s too late. As time passes things start changing and looking good, until one night everything takes a turn.
