I actually abandoned this book for a few weeks but I'm so glad I picked it back up and finished the story! At first I thought this was going to be a typical fairytale but I was really surprised how good this novel was! Anya and Terrance were soulmates and their story was so realistic. I loved how the story counted down the weeks until Anya's move and each week their love progressed. The character development was good and even though this story had a few errors I still really enjoyed it. Terrance & Anya's friends and family also made this story even more enjoyable. I like how the topic of expressing love, step-families, divorce, family competition, children, & emotional/physical abuse were covered. I would love to see a story with Pauline finding love because she totally deserves a win.
I loved Anya and Terrence's story. They were meant to be together. Terrence should have cut Jasmine off right away. I couldn't believe he was naive to know that Jasmine was playing him. He and Anya should have had a conversation when she told him she loved him. I just glad they found their way back to each other.
This was such an enjoyable series I find that I wish a few of the others were given their own stories. The only negative for me is this author's obsession with letting the reader know this is a "light skin" woman. She didn't wash her skin, she washed her "light skin" - and on and on. Do better. It takes away from the story, but I didn't penalize her as it was a good story.
This stories is about trust and 💘 love. Love at first sight and will thing turn out like 👍 you want. Love how family and friends fight for each other. Will love wins. A great love stories.
The hero and heroine in the story had to make a connection and fall in love in 8 weeks. Sounds like a task right? The mystic said they would find one another and live happily ever after. The couple found love in the nick of time. The story was nice.
I loved this book! Even with the few grammatical errors it could do know wrong. It was minimal drama and lots of feel’s!!! I laughed, cried, and brooded a little!
